Ya know the english language is generally fine and all but y'all just don't have decent words for some german essentials

For example I will never not hate the english word for Brötchen

I mean I know if I say either bread roll or bun people are gonna generally understand what I mean but neither of those words actually encompass the full range of german Brötchen

To me this is a bread roll:

But both of those words do not feel correct for any of these things:

Those are proper Brötchen and calling them bread roll or bun just feels so wrong

Seeing kinitopet fanart is so cool and creative but seeing those humanized fanarts or art when it’s more anthro but just wearing a suit or smthn really pushes the narrative you guys can’t appreciate a character unless it’s well dressed and sexified. I just think that, on the off chance we don’t get a sab s3 or soc spin off, the actors should do an audio recording of the books. Like Jessie Mei Li reading the sab trilogy as Alina while the other actors read the lines of their respective characters, the crows reading their own respective chapters in the soc duology (again with the actors reading their own lines). Same thing with King of Scars!! It would obviously never happen bc the actors are probably super busy all the time but yk, I just think it’s fun to imagine
