I've had this half written story gathering dust for half a year now. I do not have inspiration nor motivation. Does anyone have any ideas how I could finish this? I can not promise I can find the motivation but than I at least have the inspiration. If someone else wants to finish it just message me.

PROMPT: Suryong's students love making trouble for their teacher... until things get serious, at which point they need teacher to come help!

SCENARIO:

Its the first of April so the students have decided to drop a bunch of glitter on the student Council president. They hadn't accounted for teacher Namgoong Su to be there as well. And definitely not for them to be kidnapped.

Was this a good idea? Probably not. But they are considered troublemakers anyways, and it was April Fools. To him, that was reason enough to cause some chaos.

The plan was simple. They would launch their attack from within the old city gate, inside the gate they span two big rags, on top of the two rags was a big heap of rainbow coloured glitter. When the target walked exactly below the point of impact they would cut the rope so the rags would swing to the side. Then the glitter would fall on top of the target covering them in glitter. The victim they had chosen was the student Council president, Dokgo Jun. Or rather, he was the one Wonkang had insisted on targeting. Everything was set up now all they had to do was wait.

He was sitting on the roof next to the rope he needed to cut. Next to him sat Wiji and on the opposite side of the glitter pile sat Geo and Yasu. At least he hoped they were there as he couldn't see them due to the enormous pile of glitter between them. He knew Geo was rich but he had really out done himself today. He smirked, Dokgo Jun wouldn't be able to get rid of the glitter anytime soon.

Yangmin was a little up ahead on the lookout for their target. If she saw Dogko Jun approach she would signal them to get ready. Turning his gaze back towards her he waited for the signal. What the students where unaware however was the figure approaching from the opposite direction Dogko Jun came from.

It might have been bad luck on all sides that they passed Dokgo Jun right below the trap set by the five above them. They had already cut the rope before anyone could voice a warning of any kind and the enormous amount of glitter rained down on the three below.

The first to realize what exactly just happened was Dokgo Jun. "HOENWON KANG! YOU DO THIS EVERY YEAR." His yelling was answered with laughing. "Where did you even get this much glitter?" He was still mad, but at this point the effort put in was impressive.

After he was done laughing he answered although with some difficulties. The sight of the student Council president covered in rainbow glitter wasn't an image he wouldn't forget anytime soon. "I had some help." With a wave of his hand he gestured to the the other four. "And I can't believe you fell for this, again." He smirked.

Dogko Jun glared at him. "The day was almost over, I thought you forgot or something." He then turned his glare towards the other students. Who in return, just smirked back at him. "I can't believe you teamed up on me."

Yasu Hyeok was about to respond when the other now glitter covered figure cleared their throat. Dogko Jun tensed, having momentarily forgotten he had passed someone right before the trap was set off. The five above him stilled when they realized who was caught up in their shenanigans. Under all the glitter they could identify teacher Namgoong Su.

The death stare teacher Namgoong Su send each of them told them they were in for a scolding of a lifetime and a one on one talk with the student head. Eventually teacher Namgoong turned towards the five still standing on the roof. "Come down, immediately." He commanded with a voice full of restrained anger.

Very slowly they did as told, knowing that disobeying now would only get them in more trouble. Now standing in front of him they waited for the speech they knew they would get, which they hoped they could take seriously as teacher Namgoong was still utterly covered in rainbow glitter.

The speech about their behavior never came however, because when he was about to start his mouth suddenly snapped shut, tilting his head as if listening to something. Before they could ask what was wrong they were knocked to the ground by a net.

Before anyone could get their hands on their weapon to try and break out however there was someone on top of them holding them down. Kang was spitting curses he was sure he would be in deep trouble for if it wasn't for the five men holding the teacher down as well.

He could here the men above him screaming to the others. "Just knock them out!" There was an audible thump and the lightning that had been in the air just moments before dissolved into nothing. Then everything went dark.

Suryong was having tea with his grandfather at the end of the day. They were just talking, the topic mostly being the happenings on the academy around April Fools. It had mostly stayed between the students but there had been a few cases where the teachers got dragged in.

He wondered when one of his disciples would pull something. Knowing them they definitely would team up on someone or have an all out prank war among each other. It was either one or the other. When he voiced this. His grandfather laughed. "For the last two years Wonheon Kang has dropped something on Dogko Jun's head. The first time it was just a bucket of water. But the second time he had again gone for the bucket above the door only this time he had mixed some kind of fragrance in it." He smiled thinking back on it. "Dokgo Jun had smelled for weeks of what I'm assuming was the sweetest scent available." He couldn't help but laugh he hadn't known about that. It was brilliant.

"I'm guessing that's part of the reason Dokgo Jun doesn't like Wonkang very much." It was funny but he would be pissed of too if someone did the same to him. He was about to speak up again but stilled. He sensed something, he didn't know what or where but there was something. He couldn't place it but he had the feeling something had happened, something bad.

He didn't sense anything nearby so it couldn't be at the academy. He was pulled out of his thoughts when his grandfather spoke up. "What's wrong?" He knew his grandson had the uncanny ability to sense when something happened, so seeing him suddenly tense up like that was concerning.

Furrowing his eyebrows he tried to find the source of whatever it was for a moment longer before answering. "I don't know."

Scanning his surroundings he got up onto a nearby rooftop to get a better view. After a moments his grandfather joined him. "Caught a scent?" He didn't answer. Instead he slowly turned in every direction as he searched for the source of his discomfort but couldn't find anything of use.

He hesitated for a second what he was about to do was risky and stupid but it was his best option. And so he simply ran into a direction that felt right, trusting whatever sense had told him something was wrong in the first place would guide him.

When he stopped he was faced with a scene that very much pointed to an April Fools joke. The ground was covered in glitter, there were two big pieces of cloth hanging off to the side, he could see footsteps approach from both sides and briefly wondered who it was aimed at. Looking more closely he could see signs of a fight and some of the glitter was burned by what appeared to be some kind of qi induced electricity.

Then something caught his eye. It was half covered by glitter and dirt but it reflected the sunlight just enough for it to stand out. When he picked it up he recognised it immediately. It was a necklace. Not just any necklace, it had an expensive looking but surprisingly bare cord from which hang the emblem of the Golden Dragon palace. This was Geo Sang-Ung's necklace.

Looking around a bit more he tried to figure out what happened. The ones behind the glitter trap were, not much to his surprise, his own students. The victims of their mischief he thought to be Dogko Jun and Namgoong Su.

When he again searched on the roof, this time a bit further, he could see traces of men sneaking up on his disciples from both sides. They must have gotten close when his disciples had gone down. Back on the ground that must have let to the fight. But how had six very capable students and Namgoong Su been defeated?

That's when his grandfather appeared. Right. He had followed. He nodded a greeting but then focused on the ground again.

Back on the ground he could see that all traces of the fight were as if they were laying on the ground. So they must have been taken by surprise and knocked down. By what he wasn't sure. Even so these people snuck up on seven martial artist even if six of them were mere students. They knew how to hide.

If he didn't hurry he might not ever find them again. Making up his mind he turned to his grandfather who had been waiting patiently for his assessment of the situation. "Can you inform the director I have the suspicion Namgoong Su and six of our students, including my disciples and Dokgo Jun have been kidnapped." His grandfather's expression turned serious. He had looked around too but he couldn't see anything that pointed specifically to a kidnapping of these people. It looked more like another April Fools prank.

"Are you sure?" Suryong nodded at the question and held out the necklace he had found. "Among other things. Geo Sang-Ung would never willingly leave this behind without reason." After he gave it to his grandfather he continued. "I'm gonna go after them, see what I can do before the trail goes cold." He started to leave but was held back when his grandfather grabbed him by the arm.

He hesitated for a moment. "Be careful." He looked back at him with a smile. "I will."

He looked back at the scene at their feet. The trail, although faint, to him it was easy enough to find. Just like how the culprits had arrived, they made their escape over the roof tops but now they were carrying some people with them.

How annoying. Why did those seven have to get kidnapped. He sighed. No matter, he would find them and bring them back. He just hoped he could do so with them all in one piece.

First with the shoes and now with this... I love this for him. He's suffering but he's finally doing his best.

Here's another thing that makes the Hwal/Sangwoon ship so frustrating to me, it's that it could have been great if only they had been ready to portray it like the 1000 years old epic romance that it (probably) is supposed to be.

Granted, I may be getting ahead of myself since there are six episodes left, but their romance has been so unsatisfying so far that I think my point still stands. Going off the assumption that Hwal and Bulgasal Sangwoon were in love in their past lives and that despite losing their memories, they still fall in love through every reincarnation, then it's on the writers and directors to show on screen how inevitable and inexorable this fated attraction is. Show the anguish, the fear, the confusion, the rage as they cannot help but feel drawn to their mortal enemy. Show them struggling with themselves, fighting with all their heart to crush the feelings growing inside of them. Show them butting heads and pushing back against each other, if only to prove that the hatred is what is real, not the love. Show more scenes like Hwal's dream with Sangwoon strangling him on the bed, wherein his subconscious turns the whole thing into something almost erotic because although his mind hates her, his heart and his soul feels differently. And when it becomes more or less certain that neither Hwal nor Sangwoon was the one to murder the other's family, show the intense relief that they would feel after discovering that they don't have to be enemies, actually, and show how that feeling is mixed with the confusion and uncertainty that comes with having to unlearn what they had been convincing themselves was true for so long.

Instead what we got was Hwal being hateful with Sangwoon every time they're on screen together (except in episode 10 when suddenly he is gentle towards her), and Sangwoon seemingly choosing to interepret his hatefulness as friendly banter or something. We got piggyback rides and ahjumma mistaking them for a couple. Wordly things. Mundane. Except it shouldn't be mundane? These aren't two normal people falling in love, not when both initially want to kill the other and neither has any reason to completely trust the other. These are near gods with a thousand years worth of history between them and if there must be a romance, it should be as epic and grandiose as the rest of the plot!

the script stuff hasnt been released yet (sadly), I was just saying the parts of the story that were in the novel but not the show, (sorry for the confusion)

i do wish the drama was longer to add these parts in, and flesh out the ending a tad more (especially the part after the break up - cause it basically skipped to Myungha disappearing with no time seeing how either of them were affected), but that being said I loved the extra parts the drama added, (like Ahn Siah coaching Yeowoon, Sangwoon punching his old friends, and Khyunghoon being happy after eating with Myungha and Yeowoon)

IF they ever do a true special episode (or season 2 if we're being optimistic), i'd love for the new 22-chapter story to be included - cuz its kinda like a retelling and a new entry, (plus you don't need to watch season 1 to understand the second)

TBH i read the 6 chapter side story during a family gathering cuz I got bored lmao - its short and sweet, but the side characters arent really in it, Kyunghoon and Si ah get one mention each.

Sangwoon defo grew on me, notably in the drama and the later chapters of the novel - especially when he is softer and puts down his rich-boy arrogant facade. its clear he's just a boy who wants to be loved so dearly. (also I can't be the only one who thought Sangwoon and Kyunghoon would end up together, [Also, also, someone said they were cousins, I don't think that's true tho])

Honestly, I read your OT3 fanfic on AO3 before I found your Tumblr page, and then when I pressed it, I was like, "This is so familiar," and then I realised. i love it btw <3

that scene where Yeowoon is jealous of a cat is so cute, cuz Myungha asks if they should get a cat and Yeowoon quickly refuses before literally saying "One pet is enough for you, and that's me," and Myungha doesnt even question it,

oop- i got impatient and brought the spinoff too, (well only 5 chapters of it) cuz I got the rest from the free-daily skips thing. I haven't read it yet, but I plan to do one big read after I finish my exams, work and my 'Love For Love Sake' inspired fanfic.

I'm also still so curious about the contents 19+ chapters - like whats in them that makes them 19+, you know? LMAO. for some reason I still cant access them, cuz even though it says 18+, apparently you need to be over 20 (Idk why either)

I wish i could buy the Blu-Ray, but I'm a poor college student. and you said two editions, what two editions are you talking about?

it's my current hyperfixation and I'm obsessed.

And since you are more knowledgeable and read ALL of the Novel, there is something I'd like to ask that has been confusing me -

But what are the last two?

Also why is a 'special' story 18+ on Ridibooks?

And if you could tell please, where did you read the whole story? Was it in English or did you read in Korean/use a translator?

I gotta admit, I didn't read the novel and webtoon... I mean, I started it but I haven't finished yet. I've read the fan-translated version of a novel (which is like 1/3 of korean novel?) and I have access to Ridibooks where I decided to start with reading Spinoff story (since I sort of know that's completely new and kdrama closely follow original novel)

I can assume 18+ story might be including chapters with somewhat NC scenes? (I haven't read them yet tbh I'm still wary of buying such things on Korean websites, blame my paranoia) but other than that, the rest seemed like the typical novel (118 chapters) + Special side story (I haven't read it yet) of 6 chapters + bonus stage released in 2024 with 22 chapters . You say 6 chapters about proposal? I gotta read it then! Though the proposal was hinted at in the last spinoff story though...xD

I don't see different separation in Ridibooks. I see 118-6-22 chapters too. Oh, but I see 19+ version with 7 and 5 chapters, maybe that's the one you're talking about? But sorry, I haven't read them yet... I might do it though xD

But I have Kdrama storyboard + scriptbook right now to read! As in actual physical book, so I'm very curious to read and check what differences there are in actual drama (Taevin said they had to give up some scenes because of the weather etc). + I will work on translating spinoff soon while somebody else has been translating the original novel. Not sure about 19+ version one xD

And also they are releasing Bluray and DVD right now with extra commentary and everything... I should not spend more money on LFLS editions... I should not...... please tell me you guys don't need to know all those extra commentaries and behind the scenes....xD

O coração dele quase parecia que ia saltar pela boca com a possibilidade até o mesmo ir de encontro ao chão e se partir em mil pedaços quando o pai do alfa fez questão de mostrar um outro ômega tão alto e esbelto e dizer que aquele era seu noivo. Que aquele era o homem que seu filho iria casar para trazer a paz entre as alcateias.

"Quem é esse aqui?" Sangwoon ouviu atrás de si antes de ver outros dois homens aparecendo ali e ele não sabia para onde correr. Ele olhou para frente, mas aparecer na frente de Insik não parecia uma opção, então ele simplesmente correu para cima dos dois homens que pareceram atordoados com a ideia inusitada do rapaz e saiu o mais rápido que pode dali, da alcateia, de Insik.

Corria em sua forma de lobo, uivando alto em seu choro por ter sido traído daquela maneira até sentir um solavanco e cair no chão totalmente atordoado. Meneou a cabeça para os lados tentando focar até ver Insik ali parado em sua forma humana à sua frente. Sangwoon não teve outra reação além de rosnar para ele ainda que lágrimas rolassem por seus pêlos.

Ele não tinha aquele direito.

A cada passo que o alfa dava para se aproximar, eram vários de Sangwoon para trás, ele não queria o toque dele, não queria ouvir sua voz, não queria vê-lo. E por mais que a voz grossa ainda lhe arrepiasse, por mais que quisesse sentir o calor de seus braços, ele não conseguia ir para frente, ele não conseguia se aproximar. No primeiro vacilo que Insik deu, o ômega saiu correndo novamente, nem se dando ao luxo de olhar para trás, nem mesmo quando o outro gritou em plenos pulmões para que ele não fosse embora.

Mas não tinha como Sangwoon ficar...

...Aquele alfa nunca foi seu.

Nome: Ryu Chaemi

Do que gosta: Nadar e tudo que envolve água, carne, a cor verde e qualquer coisa de montar (blocos, lego, quebra cabeça)

Do que não gosta: Verduras, coisas fora do lugar, receber ordens e suco de uva e maracujá.

Primeira palavra: Infelizmente não pegaram, mas quando a adotaram, ela disse “eu gosto daqui”, que era a casa do Insik.

Com qual dos pais se parece mais: Por incrível que pareça, ela tem o sorriso do Sang, mas só.

Quem ele gosta mais entre eles: Gosta de ambos, mas troca os pais facilmente pelo avó Ryu... O pai do Insik mima ela demais.

HC com a criança: Chaemi gosta muito de lego, então o pai do Sik compra vários para ela e sobra pra quem montar? Isso mesmo, o Sangwoon porque o Insik inventa que tá ocupado já que não tem paciência alguma; mas fica de longe observando, porque acha fofo a filha falando que tá montando errado.

Do que gosta: Subir em árvores, ler, legumes e carrinhos.

Do que não gosta: Carne vermelha, sangue, qualquer coisa com morango ou laranja e quando briga com alguém que gosta.

Primeira palavra: "Papai Sang”, dessa vez, adotaram ele bem recém nascido quando a mãe veio a falecer (Insik estava responsável pela ômega que apareceu sozinha em sua alcateia).

Com qual dos pais se parece mais: Não parece com nenhum deles, mas a personalidade tá ficando cada vez mais parecida com a do Sangwoon.

Quem ele gosta mais entre eles: Grudado no Insik, porque ele quer ser o próximo líder da matilha, então acha que grudando no pai, vai ter resultado.

HC com a criança: Brigas na alcateia são frequentes, então Insik sempre tem que separar e em uma dessas vezes, estava acompanhado do marido e dos filhos, o problema é que a briga foi mais intensa do que o esperado e enquanto separava, um dos lobos machucou o ombro do Sik. Quando ele voltou a forma humana e o Tae viu o sangue, começou a chorar e saiu correndo atrás de alguém para ajudar, porque ele não queria o pai machucado.

Também acho que elas não teriam filhos, a Nabi tem pavor de criança chorando por nunca saber... Ia preferir cuidar dos sobrinhos dela ou dos filhos dos amigos, do que ter um só seu.
