— Graphic Props For The Hunger Games: The Ballad Of Songbirds And Snakes.
(MADE AND DESIGNED BY SCHEIN BERLIN)
LUCY GRAY’S name lot, which was drawn during the reaping.
Experimented a lot with different types of folds and seals until the version with black paper and an embossed golden seal was finally chosen.
📖 BOOKCOVERS FOR THE ACADEMY.
Designed various textbook covers for the Academy. Some of them can be seen in the lecture hall scene.
While most books deal with scientific topics, "Panem History" will be a work with which the Capitol brainwashes its young citizens.
The story of Panem is certainly told in a propagandistic way.
📰 THE CAPITOL – "VOICE OF PANEM" NEWSPAPER.
Designed three covers: one for the Snow Apartment, one for Hoff’s Office and one for a café.
💵 "PANAR" & "CENTAR" - BANKNOTES AND COINS FROM PANEM.
The symbols of the districts are shown on the reverse of the coins in ascending order. District 12 on the 1 Centar piece, etc. The 5 Panar piece in turn shows the "Panema".
Portraits of the presidents of Panem are depicted on the banknotes.
The banknotes were printed on special paper and finished with gold and holographic foil.
🪖 PEACEKEEPER STATION ORDER WITH STAMP.
The district of the Peacekepper recruit is noted on the station order. The station order is issued when the recruit enters service.
Several blocks with tear-off sheets and stamps with the district logos were produced for the scene.
Redesigned the district logos for TBOSAS to show that this story takes place in the past of the other films.
📜 10TH HUNGERGAMES REQUEST FORM FOR APPROVAL OF AN OBJECT.
Mentors can request objects for their tributes that can help them during the games or in preparation for them.
Coriolanus requests a guitar for Lucy Gray.
♠️ CARD GAME FOR LUCKY FLICKERMAN. Enhances his performances as a presenter with various magic tricks to entertain the audience.
His tricks include the "magical" fanning of his playing cards.
Designed a deck of cards (without jokers) for him that was produced as single cards and also as a kind of fanfold.

I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY BUT I JUST GOT THE COOLEST GIFT EVER????
@ouroboros-hideout and @blackrevell DESIGNED A KNIFE FOR MY WIOSNA I LITERALLY CAN'T I CAN'T I CAN'T IT'S REAL LIKE WHAT THE FUCK????? INSANE
We had this brainrot going on that in one AU Wiosna and Kurt get married and Aon (@ouroboros-hideout OC) would gift Wiosna a knife as a wedding gift AND BORO DECIDED TO MAKE IT REAL?! So these are pictures of Shooting Star the most beautiful knife I have ever seen (one day I will be rich and commission it irl out of metal) that was dedicated to Wiosna by Aon 😭💜 I can't even express how impressed I am by the amount of thoughtfulness put into this design! Boro even wrote a note "from Aon" that explains it (I will drop it below!) and Rev even paid attention to such a small detail like me saying that purple is Wiosna's color 💜 AND THE LITTLE LYNX LOGO THAT IS AON'S ANIMAL!!! Here's Aon describing it:
„It´s name is Shooting Star. I chose this name partly because of your heritage and your family's connection to the stars. That's the obvious side. But shooting stars are very ambiguous for me. On the one hand, there is the scientific aspect. A meteor that first stands so high in the sky and then falls down and burns up in the atmosphere. I admit that has a somewhat negative connotation. But we're all shaped by our past, aren't we? On the other hand, there is something magical about them. For centuries, people have stared up at the sky to catch a glimpse of them, hoping they would grant a wish. Basically, something that triggers longing, that is desirable and beautiful. Two sides. Black and white. That's why I split the handle of the knife. One side in dark ebony, a very expensive wood, luxurious, but also durable and resistant, and the other in light maple wood. The maple tree is a symbol of love, passion, and eternal commitment in a relationship. Since this is a wedding gift, I thought it would be a nice touch. The shape is also very dynamic, like a racing celestial object, so not really traditional yakut. The sheath is made from white synth-leather. It's very elegant, so it goes well with your closet. You can wear the black or white side of the handle up, depending on your outfit, so it might even be a nice accessory for the snob-parties. I really wanted to test my limits and do something I've never done before, something unique for you and that special day in your life. I hope I have succeeded.“ ABSOLUTELY INSANE???????????????????

It's unfortunate how people have forgotten how cool Eggman is lately. Like he isn't some innocent old man, or a soft wholesome dad, or goofy harmless clown, he hasn't been at any point in the games. He's genuinely super cool and badass but it's being downplayed in favor of presenting him as some silly harmless docile domestic old man
I genuinely see him reduced to things like "silly angry dad" in those posts about summarizing Sonic characters for example- and despite it being a joke (one that really misunderstands his character), it does seem it's all the majority of fandom sees him as now. It's sad when you want to appreciate the cool stuff but nobody around you seems to like it or care
Now he's mostly treated like he's just a guy who doesn't really want to be evil and is actually innocent or excusable, or wants to be a villain but he's hardly one and is just very silly and not a threat at all (that's Boom Egg not game Egg), or is just A Dad to all the characters and an uncharacteristically perfect one at that. But man I just like him as he is in game
He's a villainous egotistical scientific genius, a dangerous destructive diabolical world conquering threat! He has dark intentions and builds epic machines, has thrilling intense violent fights with enemies, is selfish, threatening and murderous, commits world shattering atrocities, enjoys being terrible and causing trouble!
One of the ways he's most entertaining is through all the crazy diabolical shit he does! He's responsible for tons of the coolest moments in the series and many of the stories wouldn't even happen without him and his schemes! A lot of his charm and charisma is in the way he thrives as a villain with his showmanship, dramatics, and passion
His determination to keep trying to reach his goals and not let anyone stop him is a strength and admirable, it's not something he needs to give up and become good and sit around doing nothing like in Frontiers forever. His agency, security, and genuine confidence in himself and is villain is great and he doesn't need to lose it
Both his creativity and how fucked up he is shows in his awesome destructive robots, weapons, and dangerous theme parks and that makes it so fun and fascinating. His qualities and what makes him entertaining and admirable are all in his villainy, showing not in silly cute harmless ways but thrilling entertaining badass ways which is great
The way he's selfish, manipulative, dangerous, and lethal makes him an exciting threat and results in shocking and impactful moments in the series when other characters are affected by his harmful actions. It also makes him and his mind interesting to dig into and explore to understand his mindset and what makes him tick too
He wants to conquer the world, make everything about him with the entire world changed and built in his superior image with his logo on everything, and rule a glorious empire full of crazy creative deadly theme parks and robots, where everybody is forced to worship and serve. And he'll raise hell and cause mass amounts of destruction to get it
He builds dangerous destructive violent robots and traps poor critters inside and theme parks designed to kill you that throws you off the coasters, tries to wipe out cities, blows up government facilities, blows up half the moon and threatens to destroy the world next, holds people hostage sometimes with a gun to head, literally broke the world apart, and awakens terrifying eldritch horror monsters to use in his plans and will fight to the death to accomplish his goals and much much more
THAT'S COOL AS FUCK
It makes me more sad than angry that this isn't recognized, appreciated, and explored by more fans and people don't get that. I just want to find more people who enjoy this and are fascinated by this and want to talk about and explore this as much as I do but most people hardly ever really give it much thought. I only know a very small amount of people who actually talk about what Eggman does in the games at all, even though everything he does is badass and exciting and deserves so much more attention
Eggman is FUCKING AWESOME and I'm always going to emphasize and appreciate that here 💜🥚

i think sometimes abt how there was a stretch of about a week when we first moved into a new house back in canada where we had a new computer but no internet, so as an unfathomably bored child i spent hours upon hours using Microsoft Publisher to make fake websites with the default templates and stock images. at first i think i tried making "personal" websites like the ones i saw on webrings back in the day but i quickly clued into the fact that Publisher was optimized to make corporate/brand websites with official logos and such, which led me to create a fictional megacorporation that spanned every basic template in the software; the Lotus corp (thus named bc the only decent stock image i had on the computer to create the logo was the default water lilies background image windows xp came with) sold everything from office pens to chairs to coffee cups for which i wrote little ad blurbs ("this cup is scientifically designed to keep your beverages warm for your entire coffee break!") as if they were actual products and not extremely bland stock photos that looked like this
Tumblr media
the Lotus corp also had a restaurant chain, for the sole purpose of letting me use the menu template; their specialty was samosas bc the only stock image in the program was a samosa (or what i thought was a samosa. it might not have been. i was 8 and had never had indian food before.) there was also, probably, a company newsletter, that i filled with complete bullshit bc i was only passingly familiar with what a newsletter was let alone a corporate one
there isn't much of a point to this post other than i feel like this would be the kind of hobby a young roy might have gotten into and im glad this didn't prime me for a lifetime job in marketing or some such

Valve has released a 25th anniversary update for Half-Life.
Half-Life is free to own on Steam until November 20, 2023 10AM PT / 1PM ET.
Overview
BRAND NEW INTERVIEWS WITH THE HL1 DEV TEAM!
youtube
We got the band back together to celebrate this anniversary, and we invited the fine people at Secret Tape to film it all happening. Getting together after all this time was the perfect opportunity to revisit the game as it existed in its earliest forms, and to talk about how and why it eventually took shape the way it did. Check out the film to see what it was like to be a part of the team, way back then.
THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY UPDATE FOR HALF-LIFE INCLUDES:
HALF-LIFE UPLINK
Originally released as a CD exclusive for magazines and hardware manufacturers, this mini-campaign was built by the Half-Life team right after the game went gold. As this was many people's first experience with Half-Life, we thought it was finally time to bundle it with the main game—no sound card purchase necessary.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
4 NEW MULTIPLAYER MAPS
Built by Valve level designers, these new maps push the limits of what's possible in the Half-Life engine.
Tumblr media
CONTAMINATION
Two-foot-thick steel doors block off access to this contaminated waste facility, which has questionable scientific goals at best. Strap on a gluon gun and roast all intruders.
Tumblr media
POOL PARTY
Enjoy a relaxing stay at this abandoned Xen outpost built around a cluster of soothing healing pools free-floating in space. How do you breathe here? It doesn't matter!
Tumblr media
DISPOSAL
Processing Area 3, a massive radioactive waste plant gone quiet. Tons of room for you and your colleagues to do experiments with a Tau Cannon or some hand grenades.
Tumblr media
ROCKET FRENZY
The creaking weight of this decaying orbital satellite launch facility somehow feels familiar… If we could switch on the oxygen lines, power, and fuel, we might just be able to light this candle.
UPDATED GRAPHICS SETTINGS
Play the game the way it looked in 1998, but on a modern monitor.
Widescreen field of view!
Option to disable texture smoothing on the GL renderer!
Lighting fixes including the long-lost GL Overbright support!
Software rendering on Linux! Crisp colors, animated water, and unfiltered textures!
CONTROLLER AND STEAM NETWORKING SUPPORT
A proper gamepad config out of the box!
Added support for Steam Networking! Invite your friends or join games instantly with no fuss.
STEAM DECK SUPPORT!
Tumblr media
We finally put our game through our own “Verified” tests, and... we failed super hard. So we fixed it! After re-testing the game, Half-Life gets to officially wear the green checkmark.
Now you can play Half-Life on the best handheld gaming computer in the world in glorious 800p with improved controls and UI.
UI SCALING SUPPORT FOR HIGHER RESOLUTIONS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The entire UI has been reworked to scale at larger screen sizes. We built most of this stuff for 640x480 CRTs and apparently some of you have upgraded since then.
RESTORED CONTENT
We brought back the classic Valve logo video with its iconic music and reskinned the menu to match the 1998 build.
Tumblr media
IVAN THE SPACE BIKER AND PROTO-BARNEY
Tumblr media
After all this time we finally shipped the original heroes from the alpha builds of Half-Life, available as multiplayer skins!
AS WELL AS THESE RARELY-SEEN EXTRAS!
In 1999, Valve released a CD called Half-Life: Further Data at retail stores, and we're finally including much of that content.
THREE MULTIPLAYER MAPS
Tumblr media
Double Cross
Tumblr media
Rust Mill
Tumblr media
Xen DM
TWO MP PLAYER MODELS
Tumblr media
The Half-Life: Further Data CD also included some multiplayer skins made by the original team; we've brought back this incredible skeleton (now with tintable eyes!) and fan-favorite Too Much Coffee Man.
DOZENS OF SPRAYS
Tumblr media
While playing a bunch of multiplayer matches we kept wanting more sprays... So we grabbed several megabytes of them from the Further Data release!
BUG FIXES AND CHANGE NOTES
New Content
Now Verified on the Steam Deck (and our native Linux runtime has been set as the default).
Half-Life: Uplink — the original standalone Half-Life demo — has been added to the game, and is accessible through the "New Game" menu.

Improved font rendering.
Many stability and behavior fixes.
Other
Localization files updated.
Miscellaneous security fixes.
Notes
The previous version of the game has been archived to a publicly visible Beta branch named "steam_legacy", with the description "Pre-25th Anniversary Build." If a mod or feature is behaving in an unexpected way, you may need to run this archived build until the issue is resolved in the default build.
We now consider this anniversary version of Half Life to be the definitive version, and the one we'll continue to support going forward. Therefore, we'll be reducing the visibility of Half Life: Source on the Steam Store. We know Half-Life: Source's assets are still being used by the Source engine community, so it'll remain available, but we'll be encouraging new Half-Life players to play this version instead.
WALLPAPERS
Celebrate 25 years of Half-life by decorating your desktop and mobile phone.

tmagp episode 19 thoughts. no or not a lot of context but still read at your own peril
to be clear these are just things that are popping into my head as i listen, not a particularly well-thought-out analysis
index of these posts
2:20 this "every photocopier" line reminds me of being in college for animation and printing literally every character sheet i could possibly find from any character design ever off the school computers. i had a 3 ring binder that was like. probably 4 inches thick and 20 pounds. it was fucked up
2:50 ok sam now go and look at your own department's logo
3:20 "don't tell her i said this" is so real. also where is alice if they're able to talk about keeping something from her, is she good.
4:20 REGRETTABLE PROTOCOL
4:50 scientific ethics were so weird at this point in time but also i'm sure future scientists will think that about present-day ethics too
11:20 i'm not sure where my brain went for the last 6 minutes (fascinated i guess) but anyway. also: i'm fascinated that the dog was *already* sort of disgusting to hooke before *this shit* happened
12:10 the sound effect here as he says "it knew me" is so effective. to my brain it's an audio representation of that feeling you get when you encounter something Wrong or Horrifying. perfect
13:10 so the liquid in the flask is keeping the tree in stasis, i'm assuming. if it reverses the effect of the fruit then it stands to reason it should keep the tree from growing rampant
15:40 and here again evidence of how deep sam and alice's relationship is, or was. she's seen him do the 'twitchy eye' enough times to link it to what causes it
19:00 least convincing 'i'm fine' ever
20:00 more alchemy talk : ) we are Getting Into It Now My Friends

How to change the world
-by an aspiring conservationist and environmental activist, and by a person who’s sick of doom scrolling.
If you’re not sure what you want in life, are angry about injustice in the world, want to directly affect the world in a noticeable way, or are curious how activism works in real life, this post is for you
1) don’t fall into the trap of social media activism. It’s a great thing in general and has led to some significant improvements in society, but when taken to the extreme it will lead to stress and burnout. Posting about issues in the world and trying to garner attention for problems requires specific skill sets. If that’s what you want to do with your life, studying journalism is the best way to get there.
2) take a break from social media. Not the whole internet, just social media. Try accessing public information, look up the things you’re interested in. You want to know more about how weather forecasts work? Nearly all the methods used are in the public domain, you’ll definitely be able to find articles and journals on nearly any topic.
3) reach out to people. The scientific journal you want to read is behind a paywall? Find out who the author is and send them an email requesting a copy. They’ve already been paid for their work, and will very likely send one. More than that though, find organizations in your local community who are trying to take on the same problems you want to.
3) keep reaching out. Seriously, the people in this world who are directly affecting the most change are the ones who are focusing on one issue to address and learning how to be really good at addressing that issue. Find the right community, and put roots down.
4) try and stack your skills. You might not be able to be the best physicist out there, but you might be able to be the best physicist/mycologist/bio chemist. Find skills that intersect eachother and pair together well. I’m using the sciences as examples, but so many fields and skills and crafts have the power to affect change. Artists making prints and stickers and logos for activists groups. Writers and public speakers to help get the rhetoric across. People with skills in management and organizing, skills in web design, in film or video.
It’s devastating that societal individualism in some places has gotten to the point that people need to relearn how to be part of communities.
Learning how to rely on and be part of a community is such an important thing, and while it might require some trial and error, finding the right people and the right purpose can be the most wonderful thing in life.

NASA's secret mission: Bastet II
Tumblr media
In 1976, NASA launched a secret mission called Bastet II, an ambitious and controversial project to send cats into space. The aim of the mission was to study the effects of weightlessness on felines and to evaluate the possibility of using them as companions for astronauts on extended space missions.
Tumblr media
Despite the utmost secrecy, some information about the mission was leaked thanks to an insider who revealed the existence of photos and the mission logo. The pictures showed the cats inside a space capsule specially designed to house them, while the logo depicted a stylised cat with an astronaut's helmet and the inscription 'Bastet II'.
The reasons why NASA chose to keep the Bastet II mission secret are still not entirely clear. However, it is speculated that the space agency wanted to avoid controversy surrounding the use of animals in space experiments, especially after the criticism it received for sending dogs and monkeys into space in the 1960s.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Despite the passage of years, the outcomes of the Bastet II mission remain shrouded in mystery. No official report has ever been published and the fate of the cats involved in the mission is unknown. Some claim that the felines managed to survive and were recovered at the end of the mission, while others believe that the mission failed and the cats died in space.
Tumblr media
The story of the Bastet II mission remains a fascinating and disturbing enigma, a dark chapter in the history of space conquest that raises as yet unresolved ethical and scientific questions.
Tumblr media
The name of the mission was very probably inspired by the goddess of ancient Egyptian religion, venerated since the Second Dynasty (2890 BC) whose name is rendered as B'sst , Baast , Ubaste and B'aset precisely. Bastet was worshiped in Bubastis in Lower Egypt, originally as a lioness goddess, a role shared by other deities such as Sekhmet. Eventually Bastet and Sekhmet were characterized as two aspects of the same goddess, with Sekhmet representing the powerful warrior and protector aspect, and Bastet, who increasingly was depicted as a cat, representing a gentler aspect. The fact that there is a number 2 in Roman numerals suggests that this was the second mission of this type. The movement of the mission which in Latin avoids ""The hasty cat makes blind kittens" makes us think of an attitude of NASA that wanted to take the necessary time to do things right. But what exactly it refers to remains a mystery

Introducing my Twst Pomefiore OC, Sialia Beaumont 🐦
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Facts about Sialia:
He is twisted from the blue birds that usually appear in Disney Princess movies, such as in Snow White and Sleeping Beauty.
"Sialia" is the scientific name of blue bird
"Beaumont" is a French placename for any of various places in France, with roots that inherited from Middle English, borrowed from Anglo-Norman, from beau ("beautiful") +‎ mont ("mountain"), that means "beautiful hill/mountain".
If those names is interpreted as a whole, then you will find a beautiful meaning: "Bluebird of the beautiful mountain".
His birthday is inspired from "Bluebird of Happiness" day.
His unique magic’s name, “Harbinger of Happiness”, is inspired from the symbol of a bluebird as the harbinger of happiness that found in many cultures and may date back thousands of years.

The Chicago Mercury - c. 1936
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The "Train of Tomorrow"
Of Henry Dreyfuss's railroad designs, the locomotives got the most notice, so much so that his work on passenger cars is often overlooked entirely. For the Mercury, he achieved a streamlined appearance by covering the exterior pipes, whistles, and other fittings in a smooth "bathtub" cowl. The sides of the cowl were cut away to show the driving wheels. "The … drivers sported centers painted in aluminum with a black band separating the aluminum discs from the aluminum rim and tire. Dreyfuss had installed three 50-watt and two 15-watt lamps under the cowling on either side to illuminate the drivers and rods. The effect at night was most striking. The lights illuminating the driving wheels was a novel concept and purported to be the first of their kind. The Mercury trains also incorporated roller bearings on their axles, which helped them reach their speed limit of 80 miles per hour (130 km/h), but also made them harder to stop. Although in service the speed would be restricted to 80 mph, it was reported that the train's top speed was over 100 miles per hour (160 km/h). It has been said that, "As opposed to [some of his] contemporaries, Dreyfuss was not a stylist: he applied common sense and a scientific approach to design problems." However, it can be seen from his treatment of the driving wheels that Dreyfuss was not above paying close attention to merely stylistic, non-functional details. The exterior of locomotive and cars was medium gray with brushed aluminum trim. On each side, the passenger cars displayed the Mercury logo in the form of a silver medallion, showing the god Mercury in traditional representation with winged cap and sandals.

if this is too personal, skip it, but; from where do you get the inspiration for your body mods, and the dedication to commit to them? :0
( i ask as a veeeeerrry fickle person who can't keep anything about herself consistent for over a year. i've had to have my ears pierced thrice because i keep losing interest in earrings! )
I don't know. There just are some body mods I've wanted as long as I can remember, and now being in my mid 30s, knowing I still want them, I figure it's safe enough to get them.
I've wanted a septum ring for, like, two decades or something. It's an aesthetic I've always liked, although my parents didn't let me when I still lived at home. (and once I moved out I kept chickening out. My parents' opinion on body mods nowdays is "it's your body, we don't own you") Whenever I made WoW characters where septum piercings were an option, I always took it. Etc. I also have several friends with septum rings too, who helpfully let me know what it would be like to have one. Took me making a pact with one of my body mod enthusiast friends to finally drag me to get it done, twenty years later, haha!
Tattoos same thing, though less specific. Always wanted tattoos, just took me a lot longer to decide on what or where. When I first asked my mom about getting a tattoo as a teenager, she warned me about its permanence, and said if I wanted a picture, I should tape it somewhere I could see it at all times, and if I still felt I needed that picture one year later without getting tired of it, I could get the tattoo. I never found a design I'd like long enough. It was great way to turn me away from logos and other franchise memorabilia too. Dodged that bullet!
The first tattoo I got was after my first ever cat died, and I wanted a memory of her. I also wanted the tattoo to have some me in it as well, so I designed an ink splatter (for art has always been part of me) with cat paw prints over it, one in ink, the other an absense of color. I was 29 when I took it, I knew I could never hate the best cat to ever exist in my life.
The second tattoo I took was on my chest. I was 32, had loved dinosaurs since way before even elementary school, and if I still hadn't fallen out of love for dinosaurs in all this time, I think it's a relatively safe bet. Though I did exaggerate its design, with things like a flowing tail mane in absurd proportions, so that if/when science marches on, it can be a magic fantasy unicorn version of a dinosaur instead of a scientifically accurate one, to keep it safe. I also wanted flowers around it, and to make it mean something, I asked my mom to pick her favourite flowers, and gave the list to the tattoo artist to design. (my prompt was literally "horse girl's dream tattoo: late Cretaceous edition")
The third tattoo I took, last week, I was 35. Cats have been very important to me since I was a kid, so it's for the cats I've had in my life. It's also for my love for cats in general, it's for the cat(s) I hope to have in the future, and it's also a personal pagan thing, as a flavour. I drew the cat design a full year and half ago, and I still like it, so it passed my mom's tattoo test from decades ago. Also, since I already have my mom represented by plants of her choosing over my heart, I wanted to have something from my dad on my drawing hand, which is where the lingonberry comes from.
I love nature, always had, and my heart belongs to the forests outdoors. The plant patterns give me life. Now I get to carry them on me as well. They don't have to be perfect, as neither am I, but I am extremely picky about the tattoo artists I choose to do my inks, and both times I've been satisfied.
I have no desire for further piercings. While I do like the aesthetics of ear piercings, they aren't something I wish for my own flesh vessel. (I have, since I was a teen, sometimes toyed with the idea of having my ears made pointy, but at this point in life, I don't really want to go through the healing process. As tempting as the uncanny valley effect is, just don't think I will.)
I have plans mapped out for further tattoos, but no worthy subjects yet. The bracelet on my right wrist will someday extent over the back of the hand. My left shoulder will some day have ink (might ask fir my brother's fave plants), but I'm not yet at a point where I want to disturb the chest tattoo's lily-of-the-valleys. I want a half sleeve covering my left forearm (that's gonna cost a fortune, though). Possibly an ankle bracelet on my left leg. I'll need to find designs I can tolerate having as markings first, though.
I don't know. I have moles that are part of me, few scars, and vitiligo. I like those just fine, and I didn't get to choose them. All scars are stories after all. The ink markings are mine because I chose them, and I have reasons for all of them. They are memories, they are feelings. In a way they are love too. AND they look dang awesome, I still haven't stopped staring at the lingonberry leaves, the artist did such a great job!!
