so, the new joints are currently in the oven.

i have squeezed unbaked clay onto the existing limbs, where i will simply press the joints into, sculp, and carefully extract to bake, too.

real particular about his shoulders bcuz i want them very articulate, so its gonna be super fun/annoying, this process, until i figure it out >:3

neck is on hold, for now, bcuz i havent finished his wig just yet. i think ill simply dye it because the embroidery floss i got wasnt right.

i need that to stay in place until i finish it! so, no head? for now!

but if I understood correctly, I really don't get why we carved a Klaus into the pencil.

like ok, claws are probably not good for penmanship, so writing probably wouldn't have worked anyway, but ??? I don't know what that was meant to convey if the problem is there's Klaus and a scary Clank lady in the labs.

Time for Fonseca is a perceptible multiplicity. It enables him to embrace both abstraction (associated with signs, symbols, and generalities) and representation (associated with realism and specificities). Fonseca punctures the orthodoxy of flat forms with dwellings akin to archaeological Joseph Cornells, a synthesis of both tendencies that does not demand unity.

In refusing to be conditioned by the society in which he lived, Fonseca followed his imagination. Yet a longing for classical equilibrium also held him, as is likewise visible in the deep melancholy that pervades De Chirico’s painting The Enigma of the Arrival at the Afternoon (1912). These intricate towns, ruins, façades of unbuildable architecture, haunting streets, empty piazzas, and water vessels of various shapes are alive, unpopulated because the shapes are the population, populating the stone and taking up residence as symbols, exuding their auras as objects made for backdrops and dreamscape still lifes.

Watched a vtuber video once and youtube started spamming me with other vtubers videos (which are mostly 3D anime girl boobs).

The facial expressions of some are extremely well done and It's giving me strong urges to make 3D models of my OCs and make them vtuber models so I can see my characters moving.
