lately I've been feeling like I'm not good enough for my body because I don't know how to treat it well

I know how to feed it but not healthily enough. I know that my toenails are barely staying there and I'm just hoping they fix themselves or fall off and that maybe I can start from scratch there. I know I've had this cough for almost a month but I have no idea how to fix it and I thought it was the smoke but it seems like it's not

and this is making me feel useless in a new way, useless to my body for not knowing and not being able to care for it. I don't know or don't care to bother to figure out how to make my body look nice like everyone else I seem to see

but I'm trying, you know? I'm making sure that I do eat and take my vitamins but it seems like it's not enough these days
