If time travel really is gonna be a major element in Sonic 3, then that means Sonic X Shadow Generation couldn't have possibly come at a better time. Honestly, I'm surprised Shadow trying to change the past hasn't been an official story before.

That’s an interesting point, my dear. Shadow’s a smart and calculated individual, but I don’t think that he’d risk it. Time travel is a real pain. I say that nicely. There would be so many bases that would have to be covered if he did. That, and the state in which Maria would have been in. Even if he brought her to the present there’s no guarantee that there would be a cure for her.

I think—I feel really horrible for saying this—that Maria was never meant to be saved.

i like to think that they’ve started teaching each other a little of their respective skills, just in case it’d be useful in the future. maybe kazui shows shidou some self defense tactics (so that he isn’t completely screwed if he gets attacked), and shidou tells kazui about a bit more advanced medical stuff beyond just basic first-aid

I think Kazui would be kind of cynical about his ability to help people the same way Shidou does, but he'd try his best nonetheless :) meanwhile Shidou would probably incorporate some level of daily practice/training into his routine, during which he gets to spend some more time with Kazui... (imagine Kazui holding Shidou's hand and guiding it to the correct technique... augh)

Also I have a question, a while ago on tumblr (well on my feed haha) there was a post going around how some people were getting their favorite tanfics published for their own personal collection. And I’ve been super inspired by it and I love book binding (I’m still a novice at it) I wanted to ask you’re permission if I could take your beautiful works of art and create my own personal copies to have on my shelf? Of course I will make sure your name proudly seen on the work. I’d even share the finished project too.

Of course they would only be for my personal use, I love reading on my electronic device but it’s not quite as the same as sitting in front of my window cuddled with my fuzzy blanket a cup of tea or hot chocolate in hand and reading a book flipping the pages.

Of course if you don’t want me to I will 100% honor that.

As long as you only use it for your personal collection and not make any profits from it, I don't see why not 🥰 and I totally agree with what you said, nothing beats the feeling of having an actual book between your hands. There are some fics I've read in the past that I would LOVE to have them turned into books too. And to think that my work is good enough for you to think so... AAAAA I'M GONNA CRY

(Or drama/angst tbh) not even in a shipping way (tho I wouldn’t be opposed to that either) I just want more of them interacting. someone write an au where yuma decides to tell astral despite rei’s whole ‘noooo keep me a secret so we can keep astral safe 🥺’ stuff and vector has to do a mad scramble to try to salvage his plan. Astral does not believe his shit for a single second and every time yuma turns around they’re just looking at each other like 😡
