Here for Katniss and Peeta annoying everyone with how in love with each other they are. And it’s not even how horny they are. It’s the pure love that’s just as annoying. The banter and flirting just gets worse with time now that they’re heart eyes towards each other while doing it.

They're definitely that couple that communicate non-verbally. Like, they're hanging around people in town and someone says or does some wildly unhinged shit and they just LOOK at each other like, "Oh we're HELLA gossiping about this when we get home" and the heart eyes???? constant. neverending. literally ALL of the time. The SECOND that Peeta gets to call her his wife, he's bringing it up ALL the time. Basically like, "My wife, the inventor of the toaster strudel..." and KATNISS? hooboy. level 12 koala cling. peeta just walks around town wearing her like a backpack sometimes. people don't even think twice about it, it's just normal now.

Honestly if I (or Rina) were to celebrate his birthday I feel like it would probably be on multiple days or occasions rather than just one day 😭 like holidays n stuff. but I feel like if me or Rina had to pic one day it would probably be either my birthday or the day after (ALSO ME AND RINA HAVE DIFFERENT BIRTHDAYS IDK WHY BUT IVE NEVER GIVEN MY OCS THE SAME BDAY AS ME. SHES LIKE 3 DAYS AFTER ME)

So TPP can definitely get a little wonky-donky for the Ocelhira times because Ocelot has hypnotized himself. This puts a minor wrench in things, depending on what Kaz knows. And I'd say there's a good chance Kaz doesn't know he's hypnotized BUT I think Kaz might know something is up. He's known the guy nine years at this point (give or take) and he knows Ocelot is the master of mind games, but after that long working together, I think even Ocelot is going to have some consistencies with his personality-at least, the very basis of his personality himself.

But I don't want to complicate it too much, so anyway. I think that Kaz asks a lot of questions in this time period, and the answers he comes up with boil down often to things like: Boss is back so Ocelot's mindset and priorities have (of course) swapped over to his favourite person of all time again. The stuff they've been building for 9 years is now in fruition, their needs and mindset have changed and Ocelot has other things on his mind besides Kaz, etc. Intense, unforgiving self-loathing. Kaz assuming he's not desirable or interesting anymore. Etc.

I do think Ocelot helps Kaz out (whether he wants that help or not) because it has to be done. If neglect or otherwise starts affecting Kaz's work, he is going to step in. I have shaving headcanons here too-Boss is off base half the time (and often by Kaz's request, especially early on when Kaz is giving Venom mission after mission after mission) and Ocelot's good with a blade (IMO anyway). Kaz doesn't shave much in this time (as we can see), but if he does. Ocelot is there and waiting with the straight razor.

Their banter got WAY worse in this time period. Like, way worse. Banter is a normal thing for them, it got dialed up to 11 in this time. This one gets explored in fanfics periodically and it's one I agree with, or at the very least it is one I like to explore and ponder myself. It's where Kaz actually does catch onto the hypnosis, and confronts Ocelot about it. I have a headcanon about them orchestrating Kaz's capture together.

Far as Parasite! Verse is concerned, I headcanon Ocelot being one of the first to really clock into the parasites, and start coaxing them out to play because his morbid curiosity gets the better of him, and he knows it's around and happening of course he's going to pry.

The worst fights they have are about Quiet (though Ocelot just makes Kaz admit he's jealous and maybe gets slightly petty and teases him about it)

Ocelot loves to fuck with the office. They probably share an office, but Ocelot will do shit like move Kaz's pens slightly to the left, or hide his favourite notebook somewhere stupid. Rearrange things JUST enough that Kaz knows something moved, but can't quite pinpoint how, or where too.

NSFW/Darker

Ocelot has probably offered Kaz Venom's wormwood more than once. With or without complete total consent. Just dip a little bit into the food, the coffee. Anything that will get him to chill out for ten seconds. It's for Kaz's own good (is how Ocelot justifies it to himself)

I imagine they have probably the least amount of sex here than ever before. Ocelot is distracted, and I feel that Kaz's own sex drive is about the lowest it's been since he can even personally remember. There are a few lackluster quickies, maybe. Sometimes there's the sudden re-surge where it's as good and as intense as before, but it's not a frequent thing.

That being said, I think Ocelot is one of the few people who doesn't 'kid glove' Kaz. He will still get physical with him, he will still call him out. They will still fight/fuck. Kaz takes a little bit of perverse pleasure in it because it makes him feel something like his old self again, to some degree.

Hi Mystery! Back again with another question, this one again, about the Sonic 3 trailer, but not a rumour.

Many people (myself included) think that we could get the trailer for Sonic 3 this friday at Summer Games Fest, what do you think of it? Do you also think we could get the trailer at SGF, or do you think we'll get it at a later date?

I’m in the boat that the trailer will drop sometime in June, but Summer Game Fest would be ideal. Like you, I think that it’s quite possible for a trailer—or even a mention—to be shared there. That, and I think that we’re all going through withdrawals on SCU-related content…preferably anything that has to do with Sonic 3.

Sonic the Hedgehog is a video game icon and franchise. It would be ideal to share that along with Shadow’s game at SGF, but I wouldn’t be too upset if it didn’t. Does that make sense?

I just recently went to a meet and greet where I met both Nicole and Jesse! At the Q&A, they revealed a lot of stuff I think you'd love to hear!

The Bottle Episode with all the different Brainys was actually Jesse Rath's idea. He planned out all the different personalities of the characters. It was also his idea for Brainy's personality inhibitors to come off and him turn back to green.

Someone asked Jesse and Nicole what they thought Brainy would be like as a dad, and Jesse and Nicole both agreed that he would be the type to encourage his kid to do all extra curriculars possible. Jesse also said, "Or he'd just be boarder line abusive. The type of dad to just throw the kid in the pool and say 'You have to learn to swim sometime. Why not now?'"

They were honestly both the coolest people I have ever met. Jesse is 100% the nicest celeb I have ever met and he did SO MUCH for Brainy's character, it's insane.

OH! Another thing that happened at the Q&A with Jesse and Nicole:

Jesse and Nicole talked about how Jesse once had this idea for a season cliffhanger where it turns out, evil Brainy was pretending to be Brainy-Prime and that the real Brainy-Prime had ended up trapped in the bottle. Jesse said the reveal would be "Brainy" and Nia embracing after beating a bad guy in an ally only for "Brainy" to stab Nia and then... well... yeah.

The crowd was super shocked but turns out it's a plot line in one of the comics that Dream-Girl dies, and Brainiac 5 is the only one who could see or talk to her, and I guess Jesse kind of wanted that plot. Nicole even thought it was a really cool idea.

Oh my god you were at the Superman Celebration!? I am jealous! I'm so happy for you too, of course, and that you got to meet them both!! Sounds like you had an excellent time!

I found out about the Q&A the other day and watched the whole thing on YouTube so I know exactly what you're talking about! All that info was so cool to hear; I knew Jesse had some input in what he'd managed to bring to the story and had my suspicions he'd fought for certain things (especially going green) but to hear just how much he'd been able to suggest and fight for and get into the show in some form or another was just mind blowing. I love when actors are so passionate about their characters and want to see them done justice on the screen.

The Brainy as a dad commentary had me cracking up too, I loved Nicole and Jesse joking about Brainy throwing their kid into the deep end and referring to them as acting like a "fourth level" intellect. 😂

And I died when Jesse started talking about how he'd not only pitched Nia's "death" but also his own "death". Like absolutely legendary behaviour. I would've loved to see them both play out honestly and I love that Nicole was just as enthusiastic about doing a death scene for her character as Jesse. They really do make a great team. 😂

That scene Jesse pitched of Brainy kissing Nia only to stab her and thereby reveal he's the evil!Brainy who's swapped places with her Brainy... *chef's kiss* levels of angst. Right up my alley. I'm half tempted to write the scene for myself. 😉

almost cried today because it’s my dads birthday and his 87 year old dad - who never really shows affections in any way - sent him a picture of himself holding a happy birthday paper with a big smile on his face, it was so cute and unexpected I nearly cried. just random things but. <3

That is the sweetest thing 🥺 so happy for your dad (and you!) that that happened. Sometimes we're shown love in the most unexpected ways.
