I shouldn't have gone to the office today, I was supposed to have lunch with a friend and stayed at home in the morning.

She had an emergency and missed the lunch. I thought about keeping working from home but... Kaori was such a pain in the ass today that I just fast dressed myself, throw the Mac in the backpack and ran away before they could realize what was happening.

I love those two, but I definitely needed a break.

so while explaing to my friend why ronance is superior and why its such a good ship. i made a little metaphor for why vickie and robin wouldnt work out even if they do get together. also remember this isnt a vickie hate post, i in fact love vickie and want to see more of her in s5 BUT I DO NOT WANT HER TO BE WITH ROBIN AND HERES WHY

robin in this setting is like a fucking boat. a boat in midfuck nowhere with waves going higher than the other's waves. she is constantly moving, her boat (mind) contantly moving faster as to survive the waves that is bigger than the average.

now see, we saw how vickie says the exact same thing robin said in the beginning of the season and is basically the same fucking person, so she is also a boat in the waves.

when these two boats are put together (like a relationship) they collide. they smash into each other and they encourage each other, making the waves bigger and harsher. it just doesnt work. it doesnt mean it's IMPOSSIBLE but it will not do fucking well in the end. especially since it is robin's first relationship. she needs someone who can ground her.

nancy on the other hand, is not a boat. she is an anchor. (due note we are not saying this in a literal way bcs if u anchor a boat in the middle of a storming ocean then the boat fucking dies but thats not what im talking about-) ANYWAYS

nancy is an anchor. she is calm, collected, she knows how to ground robin. example being the hand holding in vol. 2. nancy can calm the waves of robin's mind, she doesn't force it to stop bcs there is no stopping it, but she can help robin's bot and guide the way around to healthy mechanisms.

robin and vickie is cute but robin and nancy quite literally complete each other.
