okay but watching pomme and richas' family growing RACE gets so intense. okay. look.
pomme: baghera, antoine, aypierre, kameto, etoiles, bad, and max (from aypierre) for parents; dapper as sibling; maxpierre twin babies for siblings. she has ten family members in total.
richas: forever, pac, mike, cellbit, felps, roier, and quackity for parents; foolish and vegetta as grandmas; and leo as an aunt. if we count bobby as richas' deceased step-brother, then richarlyson has eleven family members in total.
they both have seven parents in total.
pomme is catching up. richas its time to start whoring your dads out again. dont let her win

thinking about oxenfree again. thinking about the tragedy of it all because you can do all you want and there’s a techinical ending where you get out of the loop but we all know that the alex we know is forever trapped on the island. maybe we helped another but our alex is still stuck. you can be the worst person ever and it wont matter to anyone but you and alex a bit. you can get your brother back from the dead but do you want to lose your new relationship with your new stepbrother? and in the end it doesn’t fucking matter. you can get ren and nona together you can kill clarissa you can save clarissa you can do everything right and in the end it still doesn’t matter. you are stuck on the goddamn island with the ghosts and with alex and alex is the only one who remembers the timeloop ever.

idk if it's just me but the fact that Mu was gonna let Hat Kid go I feel gets kinda overlooked?
like idk I feel like before we get to the throne room we were meant to believe that she was going to judge everyone very harshly. and maybe she was being harsh on people, we don't really get to see it much. but I just really like that it didn't jump straight into a fight I guess.
because Mu did care about Hat! they were best friends, and even if Mu felt betrayed, she didn't want to hurt her!
they only ended up fighting because Mu didn't see another way of winning. she wanted to keep the power because she thought it was the right thing to do, and to keep that power, they needed to fight. but then everyone started telling her they didn't need a hero and they didn't want her help… and then she lost the fight
but Hat still gives her a time piece. she doesn't really win, at all to be honest, but she gets one time piece. because they both cared…
idk my brain is foggy I felt like rambling

your tags on that fatin confession post where shelby & fatin are the internalized homophobia duo are so right bestie like especially when her parents threatened to send her to a traditional & strict muslim boarding school
babes the internalized homophobia is so there and they tried so hard to bury it but the island and toni/leah respectively made it rise jjkfkf. i need them to have a scene where they talk about it bc the parallels of having strict conservative parents is a connection that can run so deep and i just know theyre gonna understand each other so well. and the fact that shelby was super religious while fatin not so much is a contrast between how homophobia so close around you can make you either fully immerse and involved yourself into that toxic state of mind where it become totally normal or get away from it as far as possible where you dont even know what the rooted beliefs are. those two bring out so much trauma within each other and they dont even know it!!!

i’ve talked about how baby aaron found sawyer’s accent soothing. but it occurs to me that sun used to babysit aaron a lot (whenever the show needed aaron to be off screen or for claire to, rarely, do something else) so it’s possible that whenever older aaron hears the korean language he feels a sense of calm

“See you in another life, brother.” (From Desmond) @fantasywritten
The helicopter was almost ready, and Emma was saving the most painful goodbyes for last - though her first, with Hurley, who just knew she wasn't going to leave without Claire, not after they had lost Charlie, had devastated her; Desmond was the nicest one instead, not because she wasn't going to miss him but because she knew, in her heart, that he'd be okay soon.
"Come here, darling," she smiled through tears, pulling him into a hug, and when she pulled back she kept her hands on his shoulder, "Don't know about another one, but in this one there is not one doubt in my mind that you are going to see Penny soon. It's a long story, too long for now, but... I've seen it with my parents and I see it with you. You will find her."
"Live a good life with her, brother."
