As a fellow Silent Hill obsesse , I just want to let you know that James adding the nine red squares to his jacket is a genius detail and I'm sad that I didn't think of it first

Ah!! Thank you! It's so funny, I think the very first iteration of the red squares on the sleeve was literally just a visual placeholder because I was drawing him after first getting into the series and couldn't remember what his actual patch looked like.

Only for it to become a big fanfic plot point and (apparently) something that wound up being associated with me specifically later on, lol!

I'm really glad it stands out in a positive way!

My brain keeps putting these two in situations, so here they are playing PT. i think Bill wouldn’t be phased by any of the horrifying concepts in the game since he’s seen (and done) a lot worse, but the parts that are like “a thing’s gonna get you” would still freak him out.

(Hi hello so sorry if this isn't what the ask box is for) I just read Gravity and I loved it a lot. Huge fan of the dialog, I can hear all the respective characters speaking in my brain. Your writing also made my chest hurt more than a few times because boy howdy is Mr. Sunderland having a bad time. Loved the humor as well, definitely got a snort or two outta me.

Thank you so so much for your kind words, I'm so glad you're enjoying it so far. Giving the story a good clean update has been really rewarding for a lot of reasons, but especially that it's gotten some new eyes on it! It means a lot to me that the characters' voices come through that clearly to you(and of course I always enjoy hearing that the humor is effective, lol!). More bad times are ahead for Mr. Sunderland I'm afraid, but it's all for the best. :)

The chapter I'm currently editing/refreshing is an absolute monster lengthwise, so I can't make any promises on WHEN I'll next have an update, but I hope you'll enjoy it when I do!
