Jennifer nailed the hopscotch game outside however everyone else seemed a little confused about how she got through it so fast. Nebula's emotional control is beneath the earth due to her Mean trait and poor childhood response and is now having additional trouble controlling her emotions as a teen.

Vidcund is back to spending his nights at the telescope but it’s gotten a lot colder since last time and he nearly freezes.

Which leaves Nebula’s care to the other members of the household, thankfully his brothers don’t mind pitching in to help look after their neice. And that wraps up the Curious family for this round!

I turned my closest friends into nameless ghouls (to not so sneakily try to get them into Ghost) so now Vapor has a canon family tree lol (we have sort of an ongoing joke IRL that we have this exact family dynamic within our friend group)

Nothing here is biological, it’s all a very silly found family trope and everyone is approximately the same age

Parents #2 - Moss (earth) and Polar (air)

Weird gay cousin - Tide (water)

Oh, and I’m totally not making dating sim intros for every ghoul for them to pick a mate since I already lowkey ship Vapor with Phantom and Ifrit 🤭

So my idea of a crossover between Death Note and Durarara!! would be to have Mikado find the Death Note.

A lot of people think Izaya would be the Light Yagami figure, but Izaya isn't the master manipulator genius type that a lot of people think he is. Yes, he can and will manipulate and he is certainly bright, but not in some grandiose, "I have everything set up and planned" sort of way. He likes to have the image of that, but it's not who he is. He prefers the randomness of it all. He loves humans, and therefore treats them like the Sims left on free will, with the occasional little tweak on his part. On that same note, Izaya wouldn't kill random people. He could care less if some people get hurt by his actions, or if they decide to kill each other, but killing is not his forte. The only exceptions to his style are those he dislikes (eg. Shizuo, Saika, maybe Celty) and the odd jobs that require him to take such actions in order for him to get paid (eg. the Amphisbaena arc). In these cases, his actions are more direct and involved, with him at the centre of the danger, which may involve the death of a person.

So instead I see him playing as a Ryuk figure to a much more naive and increasingly unpredictable Mikado. Watching to alleviate boredom, and occasionally poking in to get the ball rolling more.

Mikado with a Death Note is a much more interesting concept, because I can see him actually using it, granted with some hesitation from the start. While Izaya may get rid of any non human characters he considers in the way of his love for humanity (would it work on a demon sword?), Mikado would start using it in his reach for an extraordinary life. And we've seen how far he can push for that in the last arc.

I can see him finding it in the park, in the Mika Harima arc. While I considered giving it to him later, I think right from the start could help him settle into the idea of murder for the right reasons. Of course he wouldn't use it right away. Either he considers it a prank, or sees it as wrong to just test it out and kill a random person, or even just wish death upon them. He would feel tempted when he thinks Seiji and Namie killed Mika, but until he has all the evidence, he would resist.

In the Saika arc, the urge would grow stronger, but of course nobody knows who the actual Slasher is, so he has no way of confirming the books abilities by killing them. Takashit would be a good contender, but there is no final push moment there that could lead him to it.

I think the best contender for the first victims would be Horada and his group, right at the end of the Yellow Scarves arc. After chasing Anri (I know its anime only, but lets include it) and getting Masaomi severely injured, I can see Mikado asking who did this to them, and writing his name down in a sort of silent fury. It's not until the news confirms that Horada and his group were found after dying of heart attacks, when the horror of what he had done sinks in for Mikado. He would quickly hide the Death Note, vowing to not use it again, and won't touch it for a while, at least until the Akane arc.

During this time, I can see Izaya being curious as to the cause of these men dying in such a way at the exact same time. So he might investigate it.

On top of that, I can see the Death Note once belonging to Celty in this universe. She is a sort of grim reaper after all, so if she's lost her head, it's not far fetched to believe, that other aspects of her roll were lost too. Maybe Nebula and Yagiri pharmaceuticals had it, but saw no use for it, and threw it away. Maybe after seeing Horada's death on the news, Celty realises what's happened, remembers her Death Note, and rushes to try and find it before anything else happens.

Perhaps Izaya notices this and decides to try and find it himself. And this is what leads to him finding out it's Mikado who has it, at about the same time Aoba offers to help purge the Dollars. Izaya doesn't really do anything about it, and instead decides to watch how things go. And to prolong it a little, he decides to keep Mikado's secret identity as this universes "Kira" safe.

And of course, after being given the idea to "purge" the Dollars by Aoba, Mikado then begins to consider using the Death Note to do so. His next group of victims are the ones who kidnapped Chikage's girlfriend. And from there, he starts killing anyone in the Dollars who misbehaves. This goes hand in hand with his hope for the Dollars to become like an urban legend. Whether or not he sticks to the murder as a last resort, or he just ignores Aoba as an option I have left undecided. I say this as if I'm gonna write the full thing.

1. Mikado kills the guy who attacks Shinra. Izaya, for once, takes a disliking to his actions, because he wanted to make the guy suffer more for what he did. He doesn't specify why though. Mikado, maybe getting a little more unhinged and tactical at this point, warns Izaya that he himself has hinted at causing problems in the Dollars, and that it would be a lot easier if he wasn't around to do that anymore. Izaya has a rare moment "oh fuck, what have I done, oh fuck, this kid might kill me."

From there I don't know fully how things would go. But I do have some vague ideas for big dramatic moments and how other characters might fit into this. Some of them may be illogical and not add up, but I just think they would be cool ideas:

Can't decide if Aoba: knows about the death note, and is in a similar position; doesn't know, but is part of a growing follower base for this universes "Kira" because it's shown to benefit him in some way; or just straight up dies quickly because of endangering Anri.

Assume that Mikado has a way to ensure nobody else gets ahold of the Death Note, because if either of these guys decide they have had enough and steal it for themselves, that would just be boring.

3. Shizuo gets killed because of acting up one too many times and negatively impacting the Dollars image. Yes there is irony in that.

2. Mikado is definitely posting as "Kira" on the Dollars site, confirming why he killed certain people and ensuring the rest of the Dollars stay in line.

It also emphasises how it might be giving Mikado too much of an ego with how much power it is giving him over some of the most notorious people of Ikebukuro, further cementing the Dollars into the history of the city.

It also gives further fuel to Celty finding her Death Note.

5. The van gang could give some funny references, but they are also there to find the killer. Because they are ruining what was once a decent community.

4. Vorona wants to find and kill "Kira", because if they can kill anyone, including Shizuo, then surely they are a worthy opponent. She also has the added benefit of having a fake name.

Other "Kira" hunters might include: Simon, Akane, Masaomi and the Awakusu.

But those are all my ideas for it. They sort of came to me a while back when someone in the fandom was talking about Death Note. Can't remember who, or what about, but I finally got to have my chance to talk about it.

I’m very sorry that I’ve been gone for so long and left all of the asks hanging in my ask box for a terribly long time (since May). At first I wasn’t able to write replies at all, but then, when I finally got some free time, I prioritised writing Nebula instead. Very sorry once again 💔

Ooohh, Anon, now I’m curious who you’re talking about 👀 If they have at least a little bit of the eliteTM aura about them (even Soma has it...), they’ll be fine. Unicorns have to deal with each other while thinking they’re the most important people in the world due to their upbringing, so they have a surprisingly working flow among themselves that saves them from getting their egos hurt, which is the most difficult problem for them to solve. They’re also supposed to behave if they don’t want to get expelled, but it’s so hard and expensive to put your child in this institution, that few boys end up like this lol But thank you for sharing anyway!

You’re not a pinhead, Anon! In fact, I’m very happy you don’t quite get what’s going on there because it’s a spoiler of his route. All the boys got this type of comic (to celebrate me finishing with the plot summaries of their individual routes), but I could post only Liam because it’s so vague and hard to understand. Nothing good is going on for Edmund, that’s for sure <3 I’m sorry, I’ll have to keep you in the dark.

Read the notes, y’all! Warnings: Uuuuh none Summary: I had gone stock-still when I’d realized we weren’t on the Enterprise.

I had only had the pleasure of meeting Admiral Cornwell over holograms and viewscreens. Slight though she was, I found her incredibly imposing. Of course, it probably didn’t help that I was severely under prepared. I had expected to beam up to the Enterprise for a holo-conference, and here I was on the Admiral’s personal craft, out of uniform, delinquent because my communicator was off.

I had gone stock-still when I’d realized we weren’t on the Enterprise, but Una poked me hard in the back, spurring me into stepping forward and introducing myself after the Admiral had done the same. 

“What-- What can I do for you, Admiral?” I asked, clasping my hands behind my back. “I’m sending you on a special assignment to Larilia.” “What about the attaché? Is it really so bad that I need to be on-world?” “I understand that you believe the situation there is not dire based on the conversation we had earlier this week, but it has grown exponentially worse since we spoke last. I’ll brief you on our way, but I assured the Co-Chancellors that you would be there within the solar day.” My stomach churned uneasily. “Admiral, with respect, I did not negotiate their deescalation alone. Captain Pike and I worked on it together, I’m not adept at steering these conversations alone.” Cornwell arched a critical brow at me. “Well you're not being sent to put a stop to an eighty-year-old conflict this time. And according to the logs retrieved from the initial Larilian negotiations, as well as testimony given by both Pike and the Co-Chancellors, you recommended the de-escalation of Willfall.” “I was trying to divert Spargo from doing anything else dickish.” Where I cringed at my phrasing, Cornwell’s lips quirked in amusement. “It also shows on your records that you attended intensives for Diplomacy, Interspecies Protocol, Leadership - Basic, and Intergalactic Relations the last time you were at the Academy," She added. Why was all of my hard work the last time we had leave coming back to bite me? “...Well there weren’t any intensives on Klingon Poetry,” I joked. No one laughed. “I’ll give you time to beam down to the Enterprise, gather some things. But we need to be quick about this,” Cornwell said. I swallowed thickly, nodding a little. -- Packing was a flurry. I was trying to anticipate what I’d need while on Larilia, which surely couldn’t be much, right? I hadn’t seen anything but my guest quarters and the conference room the last time I’d been there. Una had beamed back down to Novisis after a firm (but warm) pat on the arm. 

By the time I was back aboard the Cornwell’s captain’s yacht, my bag beside the chair and sitting in the co-pilot’s seat, nerves were beginning to settle in my stomach. My communicator beeping snapped me out of it, and I frowned. Who-- Oh. “Excuse me,” I muttered, standing and rounding the co-pilot’s seat. I hurried down the hall, back to the cargo room before I flicked it open. “You’re on a ship to Larilia?” Chris sounded almost dazed as his voice crackled through. “I’m sorry,” I groaned, leaning back against the wall, “I meant to comm before but I had to pack fast-- Cornwell promised the Chancellors I’d be there before the day’s out.” There was a moment of quiet on the other end of the communicator, and I waited, heart thumping in my ribs. “...Guess you’re gonna be a little longer than half an hour, then,” He finally said. I cracked a small smile, lowering myself to sit on a bench. “Maybe forty-five minutes,” I conceded. Chris chuckled tiredly. “I’m sorry,” I added. “It’s alright.” “Do you know where the Enterprise is heading to next?” “Our orders from command are sending us to the Pergamum Nebula.” “The Pergamum?” I repeated, brow furrowing as I leaned back against the wall of the ship; that was on the opposite end of the Beta quadrant than Larilia, “Well… As far as we know, there isn’t much out there. You wouldn’t need me anyway.” “And if we’re wrong?” “You’ve got Thaleh and Pal.” “I know.” We went quiet for a few moments. “So,” I peered down the hall to see if Cornwell was coming looking for me, “What do you think you’ll do with your last day of leave?” “Una said that there are a fair few holochambers around. I’ve been meaning to give them a go.” “You ought to. There are some really great flight sims. Could relive some of your test-piloting.” “That a fact?” “Uh-huh. I used to spend hours on them.” “I might just give that a shot, then,” Chris conceded, “Let me know what you get to Larilia.” “Sure. Let me know when you’re headed for the Pergamum?” “I will. We’ll figure out getting you back to the Enterprise.” “I’ve gotta do my job on Larilia first,” I reminded Chris, smiling. “You feel alright about that?” Chris asked. “...Yeah,” I answered after a moment. “Wanna try that again?” I laughed a little bit, tipping my head back, “It’s fine,” I shook my head, though he couldn’t see me, “I’m just-- I think I’ll feel better once I’m there, you know, see what I’m really dealing with.” “If you need me, I’m a call away.” “I know,” I murmured, resting my head back against the wall again, “I should get back to Cornwell.” “Alright. Be careful out there.” “You be careful,” I teased. “Yes ma’am. Pike out.” 

I closed my communicator, looking down at it for a few moments. As badly as I wanted to remain in that warm exchange, as badly as I wanted to be back in bed with him, I couldn’t be there. I was on my way to Larilia, with an unfamiliar Admiral to a diplomatically tense situation.

I present to you G4l4t314 Ax4rt3ll although on our planet would be Galateia Axartell. It is an alien from the K2 nebula of the planet N4x14n in the M1k4s0 galaxy. They grew up with them big family and grew up very happy though with a huge curiosity to know other planets and travel through space.

The inhabitants of the planet N4x14n are born through the dust of stars so such inhabitants can endure for many centuries and G4l4t314 is no exception. At 250 years old, they was just a little blue-haired N4x14m learning to feed themself and with 1023, them father, P4rb3rt, built them a contraption of a planet called Eart? They could not understand about that planet but every day it was more and more interesting. Later in them 1678 years, G4l4t314 entered a rather big dilemma, should they stay on them planet or set off to discover galaxies as many N4x14ms did at the age of 1900? It was very well complicated because they had to leave everything behind them family, friends and even culture. One day they remembered the contraption them father had made for them amusement and the great illusion they had of it, only then did they get them answer that was quite clear in their head but that they did not want to admit for having to abandon everything.

At the age of 1900 they decided that it was better to leave to meet new planets and to them surprise, they loved it too much by giving them the curiosity to learn, until at the age of 21736, they was able to visit the planet that them father had told them about, the planet Earth. They fell in love with this planet and decided to stay on this planet until they was again stardust traveling through space but would never change them appearance to remember them planet and them origins. Their years on Earth were wonderful, visiting different cities including Brindleton Bay, Glimmerbrook and Windenburg but always living since they arrived in StrangerVille, a city with great mysteries and a beautiful desert. Them last breath before turning into stardust and returning to space was at 99865 years but they never regretted everything they lived.

Some curious facts: the N4x14ms have no gender and their names either, the K2 nebula is too far from Earth but the N4x14ms have a lot of technology to get to planet Earth in 1 day but once you leave N4x14n, you can’t go return to that planet. The N4x14ams come from the stardust that once belonged to the Big Bang.

Misael Kovan the start of the Nebulae Dragon Saga

Oh, this one is old.

Misael Kovan is the embodyment of Gluttony and Pride, so Prideful as gluttonous Kovan was literally a Nebula Dragon who decided they were going to eat a Black Hole, because another dragon told them they couldn’t and they were hungry and decided to try anyway.

Turned out that Black Hole had another dragon embodiment who beat the shit out of Kovan and sent them across space. Breaking through the fabric of reality, Misael was shot through space, eventually falling prey to the Sixam’s hands and extensively experimented on. Creating a whole species of hybrid Scales, half dragon, half Sixam.

I never actually played with them, but they started all my dragon stories on sims.

Lee the Lonely Star Dragon - Another place, another time

Lee is from another time, another story, though I might bring them here one day, who knows. Lee is a Star Dragon. Lee is actually an hybrid, or scale who ascended into becoming a full dragon. They’re half dragon half sim. That’s why their eyes are that pretty green color and not purple or pink or white, and why they’re blond. Like me, Lee has my experiences with autism. Lee is autistic, socially awkward and anxious.

Well, all my dragons are technically in the spectrum. But Lee would be the one who’s most clearly autistic.

Cain’Inlys - The Leviathan

This was the closest to a legacy start here. The story of our little leviathan dragon. It was mostly just a way for me to play around with mermaids.

Animalistic in nature, Cai is a curious, adventurous and troublemaker dragon, lost and ashamed to return home. They lost their tongue after a bad fall with a couple of sailors.

Merinn Kavar - The last Star Reef dragon

Controled, broken and calm. Merinn is not just a prince with a secret, they are a prince subdued to obey a shattered broken royal family desperate in maintaining a bloodline that should have vanished decades ago.

Merinn is honorable and kind, with a generous nature, caring deeply for those less fortunate than them. Though they care deeply for the people of Beszarin, for the country itself, not so much. A sea dragon living in a desert?

after thinking about it for literally 10 hours, i decided to give myself the best birthday gift of all, and that is a very condensed color palette i actually fucking like. i think the only reason i’ve finally decided on a mini palette is because my new medicine calms down my ocd. having actual ocd is very ass sometimes.

one last thing i may do is make minor adjustments to afterglow and nebula. i’ve always hated how flat nebula looks compared to every other color, but i’ve yet to figure out a way to add more depth without ruining the tone. afterglow just needs some very subtle shadow saturation, the pitch black shadows don’t do it for me.

so i’ve always secretly wanted to switch to using 4 naturals, but i didn’t know what to do about the gray. because like... i only need one gray. gray is the only color i don’t bin. so i would always be left with an uneven number. well, i have a new sim that has white-ish hair, so i made another new color for them called “twilight” which is a pinkish platinum that also fits in the unbinned category. 

also, are you curious about dumb shit like i am? this is the color you get when you average every single one of my colors, all 50 or so. you can tell a palette is good when it makes a pleasant brown instead of an angry, shitesque one i think.

also also i am still working on various projects. just have been having some health issues and can’t sit at my desk for very long. i’m making progress on that skin set, just... very slowly.

After yesterday's eventful party, the family and overnight guests opened leftover presents and focused on trying to relax with some gaming. Olive and Pol's ghosts did show up in an attempt to talk and cheer up everyone which helped a lot.
