I'm happy to be back with my second #Followers Gift and I'm amazed by the growth I've seen in just a few weeks since I shared my first one. 📣Please note that there are Hidden Room Markers placed on the second and third apartments thus once you place the lot in your game, the available room for purchase will be the first apartment. I have also set the second and third apartment doors to NPC so any homeless/service Sims will use those to 'go home'.

If you prefer the second or third apartments, please enable “testingcheatsenabled true”, “RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off” and “buydebug on” after to remove the Hidden Room Markers and place it to the other room you will not be using. Don't forget to remove the NPC Door tag by holding CTRL + SHIFT and click on the door to select the "Unmake NPC Door" option.

This lot has been play-tested however I noticed that Sims tend to prioritize using nearby objects. For example, if you're on the first floor and select the elevator to go up, the Sim will opt for the nearest option, which is the stairs versus if you select the third floor, Sims will then choose the elevator.

pretty + pink apartment.

been wanting to attempt building an apartment with the late night high rise shells from scratch and I love the colour pink, so here is a very pink apartment. pretty custom content heavy because I can't get enough of it, sorry to those who are not as fond!! furnished with a master bedroom and an office that could be turned into another bedroom if required. hope you like it!

I edited some of the windows/arches for this build to completely remove the light source, because exterior lighting coming in the windows drives me up the wall when building in this game :~) you can download those separately if you also want to use them, or just replace them with the actual windows if you don't care about the rooms going weirdly bright and blue. there's also an edit of the tiny circle light (possibly from outdoor living); I've given it a different light source because the original doesn't give off enough light and all the other lights are a bit ugly. that's also included separately with the windows/arches.

Born and raised in the great city of San Myshuno, Khia is more than used to the hustle and bustle of busy life. She's recently landed a gig as a tattoo apprentice at one of San My's most prestigious tattoo parlors, The Ink Blob. She lives in a small apartment in the spice district with her mother, Fran, and helps take care of her as well as their incredibly clingy Sphynx cat, Barbarella. Khia is literally the definition of 'life of the party'. Any time she shows up things instantly turn up a notch. She loves to dance and have a good time going out with her friends. When she's not partying she's definitely drawing, practicing tattooing, or daydreaming about her future life. She has a sketchbook full of tattoo ideas and sketches of her best friends, and it never leaves her side. She does have a temper on occasion, and will not hesitate to speak her mind on any topic. She's highly sensitive to smells and sounds, and can pick up on people's emotions very easily. So, if she pisses you off, she'll know. She loves mischief of any kind, and has definitely been known to prank just about everyone in her circle. The idea of being a familiar.. stirs something inside Khia, an unsettling but excited feeling that she doesn't know how to describe properly. This challenge is a bit out of her comfort zone, but she's trying to push herself to try new things and explore more of what the world has to offer.
