I’m baacckk!

So much has happened over the last year it’s crazy. To catch you all up basically I got to my first goal weight of 190lbs yay! And then I found out I was pregnant with twins even bigger yay!

Long story short I gave birth to two beautiful girls ( fraternal twins ) and reached 265lbs by the end of my pregnancy. Fast forward to now “postpartum”and I weight 240lbs.

So once again I’m on my journey to loose the weight and become the healthiest version of myself.

Starting with a 5 day smoothie detox that’s breastfeeding friendly, and then merging to a 21 day raw vegan cleanse !

Down 0.4lbs

So full transparency... due to a medical issue (non covid-19 and master cleanse related) I’m going to have to end my master cleanse journey. In order to take antibiotics for 7 days.

However this doesn’t mean my weight loss journey is over, nor this blog. I’m going to continue to post on here and during these 7 days I’m going to introduce a “raw til four” lifestyle. That being said, I will still be posting my daily progress and what I eat in a day.

Once I get healthy again I think I’m going to do a 10 day smoothies cleanse. Instead of the master cleanse. But we’ll after the next 7 days.

I suffer from a lot of guilt. Guilt for having so much when I’ve done nothing to deserve it, while others are working with comparatively less. Guilt when I drop my daughter off at daycare to work—and I like working, and need to for the future I want to build for us. Guilt for not being active “enough” in the causes that I’m passionate about. I’m a type 1. I’m plagued by “ought to” so much, it can be hard to enjoy “this is.” In about a decade of awareness, I haven’t found a solution. There is just steady work to accept and appreciate what is and keep growing.
