CREATIVITY - DRAWING (AUGUST)

I am trying to be diverse when it comes to comes to topics for practicing my drawing. This time I decided to draw a portrait, since that is a topic I really enjoy. In a portrait it is important to be able to Cartier the most characteristic traits of a persons face and that is what I am trying to learn. The only way to be able to do it perfectly is to practice, meaning simply to draw as many portraits as one can. I am really satisfied with this one. I think it resembles the person well enough and although I did not spend much time on it, so it is more „sketchlike” I think I captured the shadows quite well.
