Gentle Reminder
Your job should not take all your spoons! If it is taking that much from you every day, you may want to consider finding a new job. I know it can be scary and imposing, daunting to find new employment, especially in a job market as turmulous as ours. I promise, if you choose to do it, you will, eventually, find your place. My place right now, and my place in three years, are likely not the same at all. Change can be scary, but staying stuck in a place that isn't good for you is scarier. Remember friends, you are worthy of change, of work that doesn't harm you. As you step forward into your future, keep your health (mental and physical) at the forefront. Don't forget friends, take a breath, stretch your neck/back, unclench your jaw. Maybe take a snack break, and get a sip of some water! Did you take your medicine today? I sure hope so! We love you! 💜
