That is what Simon had woken up to.

There you lay, sniffly and hiccupy at the far side of the bed. You sneeze again into a tissue. A teddy bear placed on your dainty lap as you whimper meekly.

You want to be held, but you don’t want to either. Hot and icky from the fever you have just caught.

You want papa.

You turn your head around- and only then does he capture you into his strong, warm, papa-bear arms. You’re not sure if you’re grateful about the heat he radiates and produce, but you’re clearly happy to be in his arms.

He squishes you as if you were just a little teddy bear. Your cherub cheek lies on his chest as you sniffle again. “Papa..”

“I know, I know luv.” He grunts softly, murmuring soft praises of affections in your ear- so much alike of sweet serenades being hummed. He presses a firm kiss on your forehead, “You stay ‘ere, yeah? I’ll make you some-

Clearly, you did NOT want him to go. As he stood up whilst mumbling, your hand clings onto his sleeves with a soft sniffle. This elicits a soft hum. Big beady eyes stare up at him, lashes dew-dropped with tears from the discomfort you were feeling as of now.

His heart pangs. He hates seeing you like this.

“Wan’ papa.” You simply state, shaking your head stubbornly. Clingy girl.

“Luv, I have to..” He trails on when he sees that sad look on your face. Much alike of a baby puppy seeing her owner at the door, closing it in front of her face. He clears his throat, calloused fingers coming to rub off the dew-drops that stain your chubby cheeks. For your sake and his, he has to be firm.

You begin to tear up again. Argh. He can’t do it.

Then- without a word, he grabs your fluffy burberry blanket and throws it over his shoulder. And he picks you up with the utmost care in the world- as if you yourself was just a porcelain puppy. Your little legs wrap around his waist, face in his chest, with arms around his broad shoulders.

“Papa.” You babble sweetly, nuzzling your cheek on his chest.

“Mhm. That’s me, bug.” A faint smile on his cracked lips is evident.

He plops you on the sofa, before wrapping you up in the soft blanket like a bunny nestled into its burrow.

“Y’want chicken soup with yoghurt or bananas, luv?” He calls from the kitchen.

You sneeze, peaking your head from the blanket to watch papa, “Mmm.. Yoghurt.” You hear a can being easily opened, and a slow pour to the ceramic bowls. The ones with the floral print. Your favourite bowl.

“Strawberry or.. Vanilla?” He asks with a gentle grunt.

You blink the sleepiness out of your eye. “Wan’.. Strawberry.”

You hear a low hum, indicating that he heard your little voice from afar.

You feel dizzy from the fever that had come to bite you. You feel miserable without papa. You let out a weak whimper from the sofa, “Paaapaaaa..”

“I hear ya, luv. I’m comin’ soon.” With a small plastic spoon and a bowl of chicken soup warmed up from the microwave, he comes to you with a stride brooding yet loving. He beckons for you to sit up, and you do so with a bit of trouble. You weakly crawl to him.

“‘Aaah,’ baby.” He cheekily coos. A spoonful of yummy chicken soup near your mouth. It oozes with a scent so homey and comfy, you eagerly open your mouth and allow him to put the spoon in.

But.. You droop.

You can’t taste it. At all.

You try to stiffen the tears that almost drip from your waterlines. It coats your wispy lashes as you blink multiple times to get rid of the dewdrops.

He looks at you with a sad frown, “What’s wrong, bug?”

With your frustration and sadness from just taking one spoonful- he notices, “Ah.”

“Can’t taste?” He places the spoon in the bowl to rub your head affectionately.

“Nuh-uh,” You shake your head sadly.

“‘m sorry luv,” He grabs the spoon and gently places it in your mouth again- and again, again. Until the bowl was empty, “At least you know it’s warm, yeah?”

You brighten up just a bit, “..Uhuh.”

“Warm just like your blanket,” A soft squish to your cheek. This elicits a hoarse giggle from your throat- and a soft sneeze.

“Still want the yoghurt?”

You look down at your fuzzy socks, tiny tots wiggling from inside out of pure boredom. “Uhm.. mhm.”

“Good girl.” He brings the yoghurt to your mouth. You can’t taste it, but at least it makes your throat feel just a bit better.

“Tummy full now..” You babble sweetly.

“Mhm? That right, bug?” Standing up to go put the dishes in the sink to wash up quickly, he does. He throws the empty yoghurt tub in the bin with a quick step on the pedestal of the trash-can.

“Luv?” He calls out for you from the kitchen-area.

“?” You peak your head from the blanket again, staring at him with those sleepy baby eyes of yours.

“Y’know I love you..”

Suspicious arises in your tummy. “..Uhuh.”

You squint your beady eyes, a tiny cough escaping your throat.

“And I want what’s best f’ you..”

“…Oki.”

“And.. you want what’s best f’ yourself, don’t you?”

Smart little girl you were. “Nuh-uh.” You don’t want to drink pills.

“Bug..” He frowns, “Just one.”

“It’ll make you feel much better baby, I promise you.” He grunts, filling up a cup of water. He feels bad for doing this- but for your sake.

You can’t help the whine escaping your lips. It’s hard enough to swallow things whilst sick!!!

“No no noooo,” You shake your head as he strides closer with the medicine. You try to back away, even holding the blanket closer to you, but you could not get out of this. Not one bit.

“..Yes, yes, yes,” He plops the medicine in your mouth and- dunks the water as soon as he could.

You sniffle and force yourself to drink it up. You shake your head vigorously, low pigtails bobbling about.

“Bad papa, bad bad..” You rub the sleep in your eye yet again.

He squints his eyes at you, “Oi.”

You meekly look at him, “Sorry..”

He softens up a bit, before pulling your burrito-wrapped self near his frame.

“You’ll be okay soon, luv.” And he presses a soft kiss on your forehead. A squeeze from his arms made you feel much better, as you rest your little head on him yet again.

“My good girl, so strong.” He grumbles out. The praise makes your cheeks bloom like a flower. Your papa-bear. With his warmth, you can’t help but shyly cuddle into his toned-self. You feel just a bit better since you were in his arms, and you were fed a yummy meal. But alas, the everlasting feeling of sickness always comes at you from behind, and catches you off-guard. It makes you broody and crabby.

“Daddy?”

“Mmhm?” He hums gently, watching you play with his much larger fingers.

“My tummy feels dizzy,” You hiccup.

“Dizzy?” He questions, amused.

“Uhuh..” A tiny ‘achu’ escapes your lips. A chuckle rumbles out of his chest at your little sneeze, which causes a glare sent his way.

“Not funny, papa.”

“Mm.. Just a bit, bug.”

How to be the girliest, coquette forest fairy, in bloom for the Spring season 🍃🧚‍♀️💌

Wake up early every Spring morning. Everything is in bloom! Read a light hearted book in bed. Open your window to smell the fresh air and flowers if your lucky like me and live in the countryside! If your in a city, go for a walk! Have a shower, do your skincare and make a healthy, Spring breakfast. Maybe some fruit with all the fresh colors now the weather is warming up? 🍓🍉

Wear floral print everything! (Especially in Springtime) 🌷 Pick an airy, fairy light outfit. But make sure it’s still warm incase it gets chilly and there are any April showers 🌧 Some Coquette Spring clothing essentials are (milkmaid tops, Mary Janes, floral dresses, pretty skirts, cardigans, flower crowns, satchels, light-knit sweaters, crochet items 🎀)

School or work can be boring. But Spring makes everything better 💐 Walk to school/work if you can and listen to Lana. Make your notes look pretty with some pretty flower doodles, leaf drawings or add flower pressing to your school books/journals. Wear flowers in your hair to school, make daisy chains at break/lunch. Bring in some Spring treats for your friends to enjoy. Maybe buy a new floral backpack and add some pretty flower charms to it, also invest in some pastel highlighters/stationary for Spring. Put some Spring stickers on your headphones/water bottle🌼

Go on a picnic. This is literally the perfect time of year to as the weather is getting warmer. Take a pink, gingham picnic blanket with you and go and have fun! Take some pictures for Instagram and you could even decorate a pretty cake to bring with you 🎂

Do some Spring baking. Heart shaped cookies, cupcakes, pastel rice crispie nests, jam envelope’s, cherry pie, the list is endless. You could also bring these sweet treats on your picnic! 🍰💌

Have a tea party. By yourself or with friends. You could go vintage shopping for some beautiful china teacups/tea sets. Bake scones, but biscuits and pretty sweets like marshmallows, party rings, bon-bons and macaroons. Buy a selection of Tea’s and dress up elegantly. Decorate your table with a pink tablecloth and add pretty decorations all around. Wear silk, lacy gloves too, so you look like a Spring princess sipping her tea 🍵🎀

Do some flower pressing 🌸

Buy anything that is “ditsy floral” print and anything that is Bunny themed 🐰

Have a yellow, pink, cream, beige and baby blue wardrobe all throughout this time of year 💝

Go on long Spring walks. Even if you live in a city. You can take pretty photos and see wildlife as you walk ⛅️

Wear flowers or bows in your hair everyday to really emulate Spring through your outfits. Wether they be casual or classy at all times 🪷

Have a new Spring scent. There are so many floral scented perfumes, and you could correlate one for this season. Then whenever you smell that scent again, you will be reminded of Spring 🌷

Buy a pink raincoat and umbrella to splash in April shower puddles. Take some cute photos with them for Instagram and put a “rainy day” quote as the caption💦💗

Don’t forget to indulge in sweet treats. Especially because it has been Easter. Now winter comfort food is out the way, Spring is a very sweet and refreshing time of year. Treat yourself and venture out of your comfort zone with some yummy looking new pastries or sweets from another country. (I love Japan’s sweets soooo much!) 🍡

It was a beautiful sunny day at the park. The grass extended for as far as the eye could see, and a huge playground sat in the middle, filled with slides, monkey bars, rings, swings and everything a proper playground needs. There were lots of kids playing there, and though they didn’t look all that younger than me their behavior and clothing did suggest they were indeed kids, at least at heart. As I watch them from afar I do get kind of jealous, after all it looks like they’re having a lot of fun. “Do you want to play with the other kids sweetie? I’ll wait for you if you want” said a voice behind me. As I turn I realize it’s her, and god she looks gorgeous. She’s wearing a beautiful floral sundress that hugs her chest and waist tightly, with a lower cut that makes her breast dangle to the sides when she moves. She’s also wearing a sun hat that gives her a somewhat elegant look. While I’m sitting there, dazzled by her looks, I almost forgot her question. “N-no… it’s fine… I was just looking. That’s all” I said only to get a condescending smile and a “ok sweetie”.

I had just realized we were sitting on a picnic blanket with a typical picnic basket sitting in the center. I also caught on my clothes, a purple dungaree, a long sleeve white t-shirt and white sneakers, and realized how infantile it looks. I didn’t mind though, all the other kids were wearing similarly infantile clothes, so I guess it’s ok.

“So, if you don’t want to play I suppose we could take a snack” she inquired, to which I just nodded in agreement. “Ok baby, then come here” She said while extending her arms and moving her hands, inviting me to approach her, to which I started to crawl towards her. She might have been just right there, but I felt like it took me ages to reach her, and when I did I realized something that had escaped me for some reason. She was huge. Normally she was about a head taller than me, but right now she was easily twice my size. It was kind of supernatural, but I wasn’t scared at all. Quite the opposite, her size made me feel safe and comforted.

As she picked me up with little exertion she said “Ok honeybunch, now let me put you right here” while she was sitting me just in front of her, with my head resting on her tummy, and her boobs dangling above my head, almost patting me with each movement she made. I couldn’t be more happy with that if I’m honest. “Perfect” She proclaimed as I was safely in place. “Now we can begin”.

She reached for the basket and produced a strange sweet from it. It was like a small pie but with an oval form and an almost solid pink meringue covering it. I didn’t had much time to study it though. “Ok sweetie, open wide” she said playfully as she sent it straight into my mouth, only to produce another similar looking sweet, this time to eat her herself. The sweet was alright, it was sweet and lemon flavored, with the meringue easily dissolving in your mouth. As I eat It I realized that it was more than good actually, it was delicious. So delicious in fact that my legs started to move playfully and for some reason I started to clap, almost as if my body couldn’t contain the joy of eating such a yummy sweet. “It looks like my little baby liked his little treat, didn’t he?” she said with that feigned enthusiasm one uses for little kids, to which I only giggled and said “yesh mommy. More”. “Of course honey, here you have” said Mommy as she produced a similar sweet, but this time with green meringue and melon flavored, which I eat with the same enthusiasm I did the last one.

And so I began to eat those delicious treats one after the other, and strangely I never felt like I was getting full, though I did had another problem. All of those treats were yummy, but they were kind of dry, so after I finished each one I felt like the next one was harder to swallow due to the increased dryness in my throat. I couldn’t stop at first though, and just ignored the problem, but after 20 of those sweets I just couldn’t ignore it anymore. So when Mommy presented the next one I asked “mommy, I’m a little dry, you have something to drink?”. As she heard that she put the treat back into the basket and then picked me up, this time to settle me in her knee and with my face right in front of her massive titty. “I see my little sweets monster needs his milkies time” She said as she dropped the upper part of her sundress revealing her massive boobs, both of them already dripping with milk. “Milkies!” I said as I latched on the tit that was in front of me and started to greedily suckle it. “Oh my. My little baby loves his milkies time” she said lovingly while patting me on my head and making a slow rhythmic move with her knee. And I really did love milkies time. Not only did I had the chance to drink mommy’s delicious milk, but it was such a lovely and relaxing time, and I knew mommy loved it as much as I did so that made it even better!

After I was fully relaxed on mommy’s chest, steadily suckling with my eyes closed, she said “Let’s take a walk in the park, shall we?”. As I remained unresponsive, mommy started to wrap my body around hers with a tight fabric. I didn’t understand what was going on, but after a while she got up and I felt how the fabric was keeping me in place, with my legs hanging from the sides and my body tightly pressed against mommy’s. So I just kept suckling while she walked through the park, bobbing me up and down, sometimes talking to other mommies in an indecipherable language about things I wouldn’t understand even if I could decipher their secret code. I just kept suckling blissfully until I felt a tingle in my crotch followed by a dampness. “Oh, it seems like my baby just had an accident” I heard mommy say while I just kept suckling, completely immersed in my own heaven. “He’s such a little fountain, especially when he’s breastfeeding” She said to someone else, but this time her voice was getting farther away. “If there was only a way to solve this problem” her voice was even farther now. “Something like… diapers maybe?” Said the other person while the dampness in my pants continued to grow.

Then, suddenly, I opened my eyes. I was back in my room. I was a little bit disoriented from just waking up, and my first instinct was to look at the window to see if it was day or night. It was early in the morning by the look of it. After confirming that and feeling a little more awake I shifted my attention to my sweatpants, only to find that I was not wearing them but rather the shorts I usually wear to sleep, and as I feared they were damp with my little “accident”. It’s such a humiliating thing to come while sleeping, it’s an outright betrayal from your body. Then I remembered the reason why they were damp and I went from mad to miserable. What was up with that dream? It was so weird. I didn’t even wanted to remember it, but I was painfully aware of it, of all of what happened and how hard it was for me to make sense out of it. But then, was it as weird as I thought considering… my little special time with Amanda yesterday?. “My god, what the fuck?” I said with a half asleep voice, fully realizing that the woman in my dream looked exactly like her.

As I was going through all of these extremely humiliating feelings and experiences I heard a knock on the door. “Can I come in?” she said, only to barge in without giving me time to answer. I remained completely frozen looking at the door as I saw her come in, wearing only her nightie, sleepers and with her hair still messy from waking up. As usual she looked beautiful. “Good morning Ashley” She said in a playful tone. “It’s Ash, you know that” I answered. I hated when she called me that. She just smiled and then directed her sight to my crotch. “Awwww, did you had another accident sweetie?” She said while approaching me with a worried face. Those words cut so deep into my pride I only could muster the strength to cover my shorts with the bed covers and mutter a “n-no”.

He stood outside her bedroom door, watching his watch finally strike midnight. He opened the door, holding her cake with one hand as he began to sing her happy birthday. Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa followed behind him. Eden covered her face, ears and cheeks flushing red before sitting up and chuckling like an idiot. 

“Happy birthday to you.” He smiled, making sure to protect the lit candles before she could blow them out. How he managed to hide a cake in her dorms was beyond her. As they finished singing to her, the girls clapped their hands as Seokmin sat down on the edge of her bed, holding the cake closer to her.

“Make a wish!”

She folded her hands together, shutting her eyes but being unable to prevent the corners of her lips from curling upwards. When she finally thought of her wish, she opened her eyes, blowing out all the candles on the cake as her audience clapped.

“What should we give you? 26 flicks or pinches?” Lisa joked, prepared to flick her across the forehead until Jisoo held her back.

“No flicks or pinches tonight. Her boyfriend is here tonight, let’s leave them.”

Eden held her hand out for the girls, thanking them for wishing her happy birthday at exactly midnight.

“Goodnight miss.” Jennie kissed the top of her head, pushing the rest of the girls out of her room.

Jisoo was the last one out, pulling the door shut as the couples attention was back on each other. Eden finally took a moment to look at her cake.

“How cute.” She looked up at him, unaware of him dipping his finger into the pink icing and leaving a dollop on her nose. “Hey!”

“So cute.” He started, chuckling before turning his face to kiss her on the lips. He tried not to get any icing on him but failed when he picked up a bit on the side of his nose.

She couldn’t help but wipe the little bit of icing off his nose, sticking her finger in her mouth to get a taste. Her eyes widened when her tastebuds met the sweetness. “This is pretty good icing.”

“Really?” His curiosity got the best of him, licking the icing off the tip of her nose and nodding in agreement with her. “Yummy.”

Eden snorted, covering her mouth as he set the cake on her nightstand, climbing onto the bed and hovering over her. His hands tickled her sides, causing her to squeal before he started his kiss attacks.

He left many kisses all over her, causing her to giggle. He pecked her collarbones, her neck, jawline, even all the high points of her face.

“Happy birthday, my love.” He squished her cheeks together, finally kissing her on the lips as she smiled against him.

Once she laid flat against her pillow, she couldn’t help but flash her endearing eyes at him. “Thank you. I love you.”

“And I love you.” He pushed a stray hair of hers behind her ear, leaning down to kiss her forehead. “I’ll pick you up as soon as I get off and then it’s all about you.”

Eden didn’t feel the need to go all out for her birthday, but the day itself was so special to Seokmin. He got to celebrate the birthdays of people who mattered most to him. Over the years, their schedules have always been packed so they couldn’t properly celebrate each other's birthdays. He wanted to do it right this year and make it one she could never forget.

She didn’t sleep much throughout the night. He had been telling her how much he was looking forward to their little date and she was getting excited. She even took it upon herself to get him a gift.

She was asleep for only two hours before she awakened to feel his hand snake around her waist, pulling her closer against him. Her hair tickled his cheek, being able to smell the fresh floral scent of her shampoo.

Eden hummed, pulling her blanket up just enough to cover her nose.

“Did you sleep?” His voice was muffled against her shoulder.

“Not really. Just a little.”

“It’s a bit chilly in here, isn’t it?” He tried spooning her until there was no space left between them, just their bodies pressed together.

She hummed again but in agreement with him, keeping her eyes shut as she turned in the bed to face him. She scooted closer to him, tangling her legs with his as he tucked the blanket under her body to prevent any cold air from creeping in.

“It’s usually like this in the mornings.” She pressed her nose to his chest, feeling him shudder before rubbing down her nose bridge with his fingers.

“I’ll get you warmed up.” He chuckled, pulling the covers all the way over their heads and his palm circling her back.

“Well, I’d like to breathe too.”

“You will,” He smiled, kissing her eyelid. “I’d hate for my baby to get a cold before our trip.”

She finally opened her eyes at his wording. It was dim in her bedroom so she didn’t have to worry about the blinding sun. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. “Trip?”

His expression went blank for a few seconds before trying to save himself. “Uhh, trip?”

“You said trip, Seok.” She pursed her lips, getting over the initial shock and trying not to laugh at how flustered he was getting.

He sighed, his head dipping down to her chest. “Surprise...” He sounded bummed that he had spoiled the surprise he was so desperately trying to keep from her.

“So we’re going on a trip?”

“Yeah.” He nodded, draping his legs over hers as he pouted. “I meant for it to be a surprise.”

“It’s still a surprise, baby. Cheer up.” She smiled, kissing the corner of his lips. “But I don’t know if my schedule is clear.”

“It is. I asked the girls if you had anything planned. They helped me out.” Her hair had fallen to her back, brushing his fingers through the ends gently. “We can celebrate our birthdays together.”

Eden smiled before her lips parted in a giggle. “Well now I’m even more excited.”

He nodded, taking the blanket off from over their heads to get some air.

“How long are we going?”

“It’s just a few days. We’ll be back before my birthday.”

She widened her eyes. “A few days? What am I supposed to bring?”

Seokmin smiled, pulling her against him as he giggled. “Just bring yourself. And some clothes of course.”

Her hands sneaked under his shirt, feeling his back until he shivered at her cold fingers. He snickered, pulling her closer.

“I’m gonna have to find all the blankets in your dorm and cover you up before I leave.” He teased, pressing his nose to her cheek as he traced over her ear.

“How soon do you have to leave?” She pouted, holding on tighter to him so he couldn’t go anywhere.

“I have about an hour left.” He sympathized with her, not wanting to leave either but he had several schedules today. “Are you gonna go back to sleep?”

She sighed, letting out a huff before she laid flat on her back. “I probably should. At least it’ll make the day go by faster.” He propped himself up on his elbow, leaning over to kiss just below her ear. Eden rested her hand on the back of his neck, laughing as he left tickling kisses on her chest.

“I can't wait to spend this time with you.” He used his free hand to stroke her cheek, pressing a long kiss to her lips and smiling after.

“I think I’m too excited now to go back to sleep.”

Seokmin had delayed getting out of bed, using his last 5 minutes getting dressed and packing his bag before having to be picked up.

She followed her boyfriend to the front door, wrapping herself with one of her spare blankets as he engulfed her into a hug.

She closed her eyes, feeling the warmth he had to offer as he cradled her head against his chest. “I’ll call you as soon as I’m off.” He kissed her temple, pulling away as he cupped her face in his hands.

Eden nodded, smiling at his lips before her attention drifted to his eyes. “Have fun.”

He leaned down, kissing her on the lips as they stood in her dorms. “Happy birthday, E.”

She reached for the doorknob, pulling the door open as she left a kiss on his chin. “Thank you, baby. Now hurry back.”

He snorted as she gently pushed him by the shoulders out the door. She was going to shut the door until his hands stopped her, sneaking back in and stealing one final kiss.

“You still aren’t going to tell me where we’re going?” The woman had her legs crossed in the passenger seat, looking at Seokmin’s face that was lit up by the traffic.

“Nope. You’ll find out once we get there.” Seokmin grinned, resting his arm against the center console and opening his palm. She quickly grabbed his hand, letting her head rest against the seat.

“How was your day?” She smiled over at him, watching as his gaze met hers as his car took another stop. It seemed there would always be traffic when driving through Seoul, it didn’t matter what hour it was.

He relaxed his body, squeezing her hand. “It was nice. I saw some of the boys again after not meeting with them in a few weeks. And we celebrated carats birthday too.”

She loved hearing him talk about things he was passionate about. Like his work and people he cherished.

“And you had fun?”

“Lots of fun.” He started, bringing their intertwined hands to his lips and pressing a kiss to the back of her hand. “Now I get to spend the rest of it with you.”

She was about to lean in closer to him to kiss him until a car behind them honked. The traffic began to move again, Seokmin stepping in the gas and coughing to clear the air.

“Did you eat?” She asked him, raising her eyebrows. He quickly frowned, squeezing onto her hand once more.

“I did. If you haven't eaten yet, I can cook you something when we get in.”

“No, it’s okay. We can just order takeout or something. You’ll probably be really tired once we get there.” 

It took them awhile before arriving at the airport, exchanging tiny talk and wasting no time in getting everything ready for their flight. Eden didn’t catch her breath until they were seated on their plane, looking down at her plane ticket.

“Busan, huh?” She looked over at him, smirking as he blushed.

“Yeah. I’ve always wanted to go there with you. Just you.” He raised his eyebrows, thinking of the time Eden tagged along with him and Joshua to Busan. He grabbed her hand, slouching in his seat before resting his head on her shoulder. “Can I nap here for a bit?”

“Go ahead. You had a long day anyways.” She pecked the top of his head, running her fingers through his ginger hair. She then rested her free hand atop their intertwined hands. Their flight took off and Seokmin had dozed off in no time.

Eden tried shutting her eyes too, but she failed to even drift off. She was more excited than she was this morning, she couldn’t even go back to sleep after he left her dorms.

“Oh sleepy puppy,” She cooed while patting his head, trying her best to wake him up as the plane was about to land.

He hummed, rubbing his cheek against her shoulder as he shuffled awake.

“We’re here. Wake up.” She tickled the bottom of his jaw like a cat, chuckling at his drowsy reactions.

“A few more minutes.” He whined under his breath, cuddling her arm close.

“A few more minutes and then you have to wake up cause I have no idea where we are going.”

It was already so late by the time they got their rental car and found a place to get food. When they finally pulled up for the cute, tiny cottage Seokmin had booked for a couple days, Eden’s heart began to pulse faster.

It wasn’t too big but not too tiny for the couple, and she could already imagine how fun their getaway was going to be.

“It’s so cute.” Her eyes were wide and her mouth agape as he came to stand next to her, entering the code to get their key.

“Wait til you see the inside.” He finally got the key out of the box, unlocking the doors and pushing them open.

She walked in first, carrying the food and pulling open the door so he had room to bring in all their luggage. He dropped their suitcases down, closing and locking the door behind them as he let out a big sigh of relief.

“And we’re here.” Her eyes twinkled as she took a tour through the house. It was so neat and cozy, and perhaps the closest thing to what she wanted her living space to be like.

There was a sit in window showcasing the beach and the bridge. It all looked so stunning and twinkly during the night.

“It’s beautiful.”

“Yeah but not like you.” He snickered, grabbing the takeout from her hand and leading her to the kitchen. She was a blushing mess upon seeing the huge bouquet of pink roses on the dining table, accompanying them with several bottles of red wine for their stay.

He put the food on the table before holding out his arms, Eden wasting no time before wrapping herself around him.

“I love you. Thank you so much.” She pressed her cheek against his chest that was covered by a fuzzy sweater.

“I love you too. Happy birthday, E.”

She pulled her head away, standing on her toes to give him a kiss. “Shall we eat?”

They talked about anything and everything over dinner. It wasn’t too long before the wine was cracked open. All the food they got was too much for Eden to finish herself, so Seokmin ate a bit more with what his stomach could handle.

She threw her head back, letting out a big sigh with her hand over her belly. “I’m so full.”

Eden noticed how Seokmin was a bit dazed and drowsy as she collected all her trash and separated it from the leftovers that would go in the fridge. “Should we go see the bedroom?” She pulled on his wrist, flashing her a lazy smile as he got up and stretched his arms before grabbing her hand.

He led her up the stairs, pushing the bedroom door open and being shocked at the sight. It was spacious despite how big the actual bed was. There was another window where you could gaze upon the city.

As the two reached the bathroom, she gasped at the hot tub in front of another window. It had its own plank for drinks and other assortments.

“I think I could live here if given the chance.” She chuckled, sitting on the edge of the tub and staring out the window. “It’s perfect.”

He smiled, approaching her and kissing the top of her head. He then rested his hand on her shoulder. “I knew you would like it. The girls did too.”

“You guys know me so well.” She put her hand over his, looking up at him with genuine eyes. “I didn’t bring a suit though.”

“Something tells me we won’t be needing any.” He covered his mouth before laughing, Eden quickly swatting at his arm.

“Let me wash my face and stuff.” She grabbed the hair tie off her wrist, putting her hair up before exiting the bathroom. Seokmin remembered that they forgot to bring up their luggage when seeing her standing around the bedroom looking clueless.

“I’ll go get them.”

He quickly brought up their luggage, Eden taking hers straight to the bathroom before locking the door behind her. His present was packed in her stuff and she didn’t want to risk him seeing it. She quickly found all of her skincare and placed it on the sink, which took more than 10 minutes.

She covered his presents at the bottom of her suitcase, throwing anything on top of it and zipping it up. When she was finally done, she took her hair out of the ponytail and opened the bathroom door.

She quickly stopped herself from saying anything when she saw Seokmin fast asleep on the bed. She gently closed the door and walked to his bedside.

He was worn out. He had promotions back to back and she couldn’t imagine how little sleep he got in the past two weeks. Even despite his busy schedule, he still made time to plan such a special trip for the two of them. And for that she couldn’t be any more grateful.

She grabbed the throw blanket at the end of the bed, covering him up before turning out all the lights. She figured she would tidy up the kitchen before joining him in bed.

10/10! I'm a HUGE fan of octopus (when it's prepared well, that is. It has a horrible texture if prepared poorly), and octopus carpaccio is a really nice and refreshing dish!! Yum!!

Likely a 6/10. I've never had it, but I do like other types of eel, so there's a chance I'll like this too. I don't know yet, but I'm open to trying it! ^v^

Apparently, Vil has specific recipes he uses, so I don't know what his smoothies are like. In general, though, I'd say they're a 6/10 for me. Some are really nice, but smoothies aren't my favourite thing to drink most of the time.

Least Favourite: Mayonnaise

I do enjoy mayonnaise - I'd give it a 7/10. It's tasty, and I use it quite often, on sandwiches, in tuna or pasta salads, mixed with other items to make tartar sauce to go with fish, and so on. (fun fact, you can bake with it, too! there are cake recipes which use mayonnaise instead of oil or butter, and it gives the final product a nice moist texture!)

For macarons, I'd say 4/10. They're pretty, and fun to make, and sweet. But they can be a bit too sweet for me sometimes.

For barbeque, probably 2/10. 1/10 if it's meat on-the-bone. I don't like meat on bones, and am not the biggest fan of most meats in general :/

Oh, apple pears can be nice! I'll say 7/10. Not too sweet, nice and crispy... it's a good fruit!

Honestly, probably an 8/10. It is a really, really lovely food. I don't have it often, but I really like it any time I do!! (Liver paté is actually one of the few pork-based foods I still eat, so I think that says a lot about how much I enjoy it)

Again, I offer my apologies, darling; I LOVE garlic. Lemon garlic shrimp, skordalia, garlic green beans, garlicky hummus, it's all delicious! 9.5/10! It's definitely more of an ingredient than a food unto itself, though... I'm not the sort to just munch on raw cloves of garlic!

Tasseomancy inspo part 2: Clothes and stuff

Part two of my post detailing the inspiration behind my Ed/Stede sugar daddy AU fic Tasseomancy. Part one (covering the setting) is here.

This part covers all the clothes, accessories, tea, and other stuff that Ed and Stede wear/buy/consume in the fic. Like Stede, I am unfortunately a bit of a clothes horse, so gird your loins for some over-enthusiastic gushing about fabrics.

Teas

Ed and Stede enjoy a few different tea blends in this fic, and it’s where the title comes from - tasseomancy (aka tasseography, tasseology) is the practice of reading fortunes in tea leaves.

Blue Lady is the first tea they share together. I picked it because 1. it’s really yummy, and 2. it’s a little bit floral and a little bit citrus-y and I think that suits Ed and Stede nicely :) I first started drinking this tea about a year ago and it’s so fucking delicious. My favourite variety comes from HR Higgins, but it’s pretty pricey so I try to drink it sparingly. This tea is also incredible as a cold brew - the flavour is more delicate, but it also makes it a lot easier to taste all the subtle little notes in there.

The three teas that Ed brings to Stede during his formal seduction are all from Bird & Blend. Tea Wells is an interesting one, sometimes if I drink it too quickly it makes me feel a little bit drunk?? which is very weird, but I have also had this experience with other green teas in the past. If you drink it at a normal pace though it’s a nice little pick-me-up, and the flowers and fruit pieces cancel out any bitterness that can sometimes develop in green teas.

Also it is very pretty, look at it:

Mint Choc Rooibos is the next tea that Ed brings, at lunch time. I’m actually not particularly keen on this one, but my boyfriend is obsessed with it and it’s the blend that managed to convert him into a tea-drinker. It’s sweet and creamy and even has cocoa shells in it, although when I had a little sippy I couldn’t really taste any chocolate coming through.

Finally, Ed brings a cup of Lady Lavender for Stede at the end of his work day. This is just a traditional Earl Grey blend with lavender added in. I drank a lot of this while writing the fic :)

Recipes

Ed makes boil up for his and Stede’s date night. The recipe I referenced is by Maori chef Cameron Petley, from his book ‘Hunter from the Heartland’. Boil up is a traditional Maori dish, basically a broth or soup with dumplings, and I haven’t made it myself but it sounds yummy as fuck. I love stewy soupy things, and I especially love dumplings. 

It’s around the middle of October when Ed cooks this for Stede, so it’s perfect for a chilly night. It also represents home, comfort, and love for Ed, so of course he wants to give those things to Stede as well :)

Ed also makes some Sidecar mocktails. When I saw that the recipe called for both tea and marmalade, I couldn’t not include it in the fic. I haven’t tried making this either - I’m not 100% sure if I’d like it tbh, since the one time I tried lapsang souchong tea I just found it way too smoky for my tastes.

Clothes and thingies~

I’m going to do the rest of these by chapter, since there’s quite a lot :’)

Chapter 3 - the trip to the department store

Stede is, of course, wearing this AU’s version of the pink bird robe. I picked a camp collar (or cuban collar) shirt as it’s a bit more casual, and because Stede wears suits all the time it can be very easy to fall into the trap of looking like he’s always on his way to a formal event or something. 

I knew I wanted the shirt to be silk, but since it’s already quite loud with the bright pink and all the birds and flowers, I didn’t want it to also be shiny in the way that a silk satin or charmeuse are. So I picked a sandwashed silk instead - it has all the gorgeous drape and delicate fluidity of a charmeuse, but its sheen is much more subtle.

And then I decided his suit should be a kind of bronzey-brown, since in the episode where we first see Stede in the robe, the suit he (briefly) wears after taking the robe off is kinda bronze.

Ed wears a pair of Dickie’s overalls for the shopping trip, similar to the pic below but a bit more shapely and sexy since this is my fantasy world and I can do whatever I want. 

I specifically wanted Ed to wear and look good in something that he already owned in order to try and avoid Pretty Woman-ing him, implying that he doesn’t look good until his clothes are completely swapped out for a load of expensive designer stuff. I also wanted to show that his natural personal style is already solid, and Stede isn’t there to change it, just to help him nurture and develop it.

Then of course we also have the Yves Saint Laurent sunglasses, which Ed very quickly decided belonged to him forever. If you want to buy these, they will set you back a cool £335!

Ed buys several things for himself from the department store, but the only things I properly envisioned were the cashmere-silk blend crop t-shirt, and the medusa belt.

The t-shirt is just this AU’s version of his sexy pirate crop top, obviously, but the belt is a Versace belt. The medusa is a recurring symbol in a lot of Versace’s stuff and they’ve made tonnes of belts over the years, mostly with a less-detailed cast of their medusa symbol, but I found this more detailed one on an auction site which I thought was very cool. And snakes, because of course.

The silk scarves that Ed bought for Stede (and which Stede then wears constantly forever because he and Ed are such good buddies 😇) aren’t based on any scarves in particular, but I was thinking about Liberty, their lovely illustrative silk scarf designs, and also their extensive archive of heritage fabric patterns for their haberdashery.

Chapter 7 - the trip to the Old Quarter

The perfume that Ed buys for Stede from the fancy shampoo shop is Decadence & Debauchery, made by the perfume house For Strange Women. Please believe me when I tell you that this. Perfume. Smells. So. Fucking. Good. I got a bottle of it a few years ago and I just. Hhhhhhhhhhhh. It’s very deep and sexy and a bit masc and I just. Get feelings when I wear it. So I had to include it in the fic, because Reasons 🥴

For Ed’s purple suit, I was thinking about that peachy-coloured suit that Taika wore, and more specifically I was thinking about the cute little crossover element. The peach suit looks like it’s made of a cotton-linen blend or something else fairly structured, but for the purple suit I picked a light wool crepe so it would be softer and more fluid and drape really nicely. I ditched the three-piece and kept it to just trousers and a jacket, and chose a shawl collar instead of the classic notched lapel to keep up the soft vibes.

I KNOW I don’t need to put a pic here of Taika in the peach suit because we are all well aware what it looks like...... but I’m going to anyway because he is very sexy and I enjoy looking at him.

And here’s some purple wool crepe fabric, see how the folds here are soft and rounded, while in the pic above the folds are much sharper? Fabric 👌

Chapter 8 - date night at Ed’s house

The boys are both wearing Bottega Veneta for their date.

Stede is in this gorgeous light wool pistachio green suit that I am very much in love with. The colour, the lines, the cute breast pocket flap, I am honestly just enchanted and I think Stede would look lovely in it. I thought it would look nice with a lilac t-shirt just because I’ve been really digging pale green and lilac together lately and I reckon it’d look great with Stede’s colouring, and also because if I put Stede in a shirt-shirt then he’s going to look too formal and this is a cosy and relaxed date night :)

If you want to buy it, the jacket alone costs almost £2000!!! Can you believe that Stede jerked off in this??!

For Ed’s look, I wanted something that was a bit cosy, a bit comfy, a bit cheeky and sexy - he’s at home and having fun and feeling himself, and also planning on absolutely boning down with Stede. I actually couldn’t find a product listing for this sweater on the Bottega Veneta website, it’s just worn by this model in a product listing for some (rather questionable) leather shorts. I didn’t have anything specific in mind for his jeans - they’re probably just a pair he’s had forever and that are perfectly moulded to hug all his good bits.

Chapter 9 - egg-smashing breakfast

I didn’t have a specific brand in mind for the jewellery that Stede buys with Ed’s credit card, but I was thinking along the lines of Alighieri, Ottoman Hands, and Schiaparelli - they all make beautiful, interesting stuff with that molten gold texture. To be honest, Schiaparelli is probably a little bit too out there for Stede, but I can totally see Ed wearing some of their huge weird earrings.

today i bought a new hairspray and it smells like exactly how i imagine sigma’s hair would smell like…so it got me thinking abt other characters too!! since you talked about how dazai would smell like

dazai: he has a faint scent, i don’t think he smells bad at all. his natural musk is pleasant but other than that i don’t see him using too much perfume. ada dazai seems well kept to me so i think most of the time he smells decent. if he decides to feel fancy and use perfume that day, he would use a light and pleasant one and only you can smell it when you are close to him ❤️

fyodor: i can’t see him smelling much like anything. i think he would smell sanitized? but his own skin scent is not really noticeable imo. i think he genuinely would like floral light scents, i don’t know what he would like on himself though. contrary to popular belief i feel like he is clean and tries to keep himself clean even though he can’t really pay attention to his self care so i feel like he would smell sterile most of the time. if he decides to use a scent on himself, i think he would like herbal scents

sigma: his hair!!! i KNOW it’s silky and smooth and he pays extra attention to keep it that way!! 💖💖 i feel like his hair would smell lactonic and sweet, creamy milky vanilla…i feel like he would love sweet scents, he has lots of scented candles like that in his office. i want to eat him

hello! may i ask you for recommendations? though i have two wild sexy colognes i wear on dates (wolf brothers Boar and Bear. Boar if it’s flirty, Bear if i mean business), i’d like to have a light, clean, warm and easy everyday fragrance i could wear to uni. any combo of these notes would work for me: grass, moss, soap, myrrh, beeswax, bergamot, tonka bean, maybe a little white floral.

virginia by strangers parfumerie

very vibrant and fresh, yet still earthy (which i assume you're into based off of your other fragrances!). however, the earthiness is mostly light and grounded. genuinely morphs over time throughout the day, but overall it smells like a fresh meadow of wildflowers!

lost in heaven by frencesca bianchi

the cumin is pretty forward with this one, but i definitely don't hate it. the amber goes very well with the beeswax! sort of warm, spicy and woody, yet with a touch of natural sweetness and powdery white floral. deliciously musky

sunday cologne by byredo

a sort of soapy, fresh green citrus. sort of weak admittedly, so you might want to layer up with it or be prepared to re-spray, but it's a good inoffensive clean soapy bergamot-driven fragrance! pretty formal and classy

myrrh & tonka by jo malone

jo malone has yet to make an appearance on my blog i believe, but i don't hate the house! this one is actually one of my favorites that i've tried from them so far. very warm and deep, but the creamy tonka bean and vanilla is so good with the myrrh in this. it is powerful, so a few sprays is more than enough to last you the day, but it smells so yummy.

admittedly this might be too deep if you're looking for a more lighter fresh one, but since you like myrrh and tonka bean i figured i'd include it

gardenia by penhaligon's

now this is a peak light fresh white floral green fragrance! it is pretty sweet. very clean, super heavy on the white floral, but the citrus and musk notes balance it out very well. gardenia is the main face for this fragrance, but i think it's complex enough to let the other notes shine through as well

lazy sunday morning by replica

this is one of the nicest 'soapy' fragrances i've tried. it smells like you just washed your whole bedsheets and blankets and laid down to inhale the fresh soapy scent. the pear and rose are really nice. i'm not usually into floral scents, but i enjoy how clean and comforting this one smells

and lastly, the greening wood by alkemia!

i also recommend the scents of wood house if you like wolf brothers

"Take the jug," Snape urged, whilst transferring the finely chopped mixture to a stone bowl. Harry grabbed the glass pitcher of clear liquid.

"Smell it."

Harry sniffed obediently. He coughed, his face contorting in disgust.

"What the hell is this?!"

"Broth of the Eternal Deathstench," Snape announced with satisfied mischief. "It’s a natural antibiotic and excellent at fighting infection."

"Well, the name fits."

The professor's long fingers disappeared into the stone bowl, scooping up a pinch,  and he shoved his hand in front of Harry's mouth.

"Taste."

Harry sniffed cautiously. "Am I going to throw up?"

"If so, please get away from the table so you don't ruin my potion."

Harry grinned. Gathering his courage, he opened his mouth in surrender, letting the mixture pour onto his tongue. He quickly closed his mouth before Snape could escape, licking his fingers thoroughly; at least let me have something of it. Amusement bubbled up inside the professor.

The mixture tasted bitter. At first. But then, on the back of his tongue, the taste dissolved and slowly turned into a rich sweetness.

"Yummy," Harry appreciated. "More!"

"Dark holly. It can bind harmful substances in the blood and then expel them from the body."

Snape grabbed Harry’s right hand, dipping it, along with his own, into a nearby tub of water that smelt distinctly of disinfectant. He washed them, dried them with a spell and put them into a bowl with the holly.

"Now pour in the broth. Slowly. Right, yes... More. More. That's enough. And stir."

"Wow, that's disgusting," Harry groaned. "Yuck, it's like troll excrement. What a stink!"

"What, haven't you already put your hands in?" remarked Snape in amazement.

Harry giggled, turning his face away and burying it against Snape's shoulder in a vain attempt to escape the stench struggling to rise from the liquid mixture. "I’ll die!"

"Do you still want a taste?"

"No!"

"Then continue. Give it a good stir. You have to grind it between your fingers. That way, yes. The holly must be perfectly dissolved and interwoven with the Deathstench until the mixture is perfectly smooth. No lumps, no grains. That's it."

"How can you stand it?" wailed Harry. "I'm going to die!"

Snape fumbled with his other hand, then shoved it under Harry's nose, smearing something there. As if by magic, the stench disappeared, leaving a faintly floral scent behind.

"Oh," Harry remarked, "and you couldn't do that right away, could you?"

"I assumed you wouldn't let me smear your face with centaur urine before."

"Centaur urine," Harry repeated darkly. "Well, that's just great. I need a bath. Help!"

Yay!!! I’m so glad you like my stuff!! Also yessss I do take requests and I would love an excuse to talk about fragrance! My credentials are I worked at Sephora for a year and a half and I spent a lot of time on the frag wall huffing every single bottle. As a general thing I’m very obsessed w genderless, warm spicy scents so that will be reflected in this post.

Jack: By The Fireplace by Replica was my gut reflex for Jack as soon as I saw this ask. I think he’d really love the woody notes and I think he’d also like it because he has the vibes of someone who smells like a campfire in general. A quick side note, I don’t think he’d wear fragrance too much and I think Normally he would smell like Gillette shaving cream. Also heads up, Replica will be over represented on this list because I love all their frags

Sam: not a perfume by Juliette has a gun. One of my personal favourite frags bc it has no base scent really it j mixes w ur body’s natural PH. I think she’d like it because it’s entirely unique to her and also because the brand name Juliette has a gun totally speaks to her

Daniel: Either Jazz Club or Coffee Break both by replica. I really think he’d go for a heavy musky scent as frags like that tend to be both timeless and classy. I think he’s definitely the type to consider names when he buys frags too, so these town seem perfect for him. Also as I’m writing this I am HUFFING Jazz Club like I’m fucking Jeremy Fragrance.

Teal’c: I desperately want him to smell like Carbon by Prada. I think he’d be super into the earthy scents but not the warm earthy. Just a nice cool kind of scent but still heavy. Overall, idk if Teal’c would be 100% into frags but this is my vision.

Janet: Chanel #5 100%. I think Janet would in general go for a light, barely there scent. It’s for that reason that I think she’d go for an eau de toilette as opposed to a full on perfume bc I think she would want it to wear off a bit quicker than normal in case she gets called into work (I’d imagine the infirmary is a scent free environment)

Jonas: THIS MAN HAS 1 MILLION FOR THE MEME!!!! I don’t think he cares about notes or anything I genuinely think that he saw a bar of gold on the Jeremy Fragrance “SEXY SWEET YUMMY” clip and just added it to cart lmao

Vala: when I first saw this ask I had so many ideas for vala that I think she would just be a fragrance addict. Like obviously Black Opium crossed my mind bc I do really think she’d like a heavier scent BUT I also thought about Miss Dior for a bit of a softer more floral moment. Then, I immediately was brought to Burberry Her for a more fruity floral. And, obviously, because she’s Vala, she would 1000% have a vast collection of Victoria’s Secret body sprays. Anyway I think she would have YSL Black Opium as her signature scent but she would be at Sephora every other weekend trying out a new roller ball.

Cam: Dior Sauvage enjoyer and not because he likes it but because it’s what he was told he should like. If I were to pick a fragrance for him, I would stay away from the warmer scents and actually go for something a bit lighter and fresher. I would probably steer him towards Gentleman by Givenchy bc I really think of him as more of a fresh and clean kind of guy as opposed to such a heavy and smell-him-before-you-see-him Sauvage type of guy. Idk I think Cam would walk into my Sephora I would also guide him to Sailing Day by Replica for that fresh goodness.

General Hammond: Tom Ford Noir Extreme. Not only can he afford it but I think he’d really like Tom Ford as a brand. General Hammond seems like he’d go for more earthy and woody scents that can air on the side of overwhelming. Also he seems like he’d like sandalwood but not know it’s called sandalwood. Unrelated I think he’d be a really good client at Sephora and we’d all love helping him. He would have a beauty insider account so he can get points for his grand daughters.

Apophis: Dior Sauvage (Derogatory). Look, to my core I am a hater towards this frag. Everything about it gives me the ick. I knew what Sauvage clients were like in the store and I knew men who wore Sauvage everyday. They were both unpleasant groups of people who bought it because Johnny Depp was the face of the line. Obviously this is a perfect pick for Apophis.

hii ezra!! ooh i haven't heard of figuier noir but i just looked up the notes and that sounds sooo yummy!! looking at the notes on fragrantica and seeing cardamom in the top notes i loveee a good cardamom .. and amber mystique also sounds so fab def adding both to my want-to-smell list<3

the above have been my go-to's since abt april!

tempo by diptqyue and accord oud have def been the two i've been wearing the most out and about. tempo is a perfect patchouli w just enough other notes for it to have a really lovely, rich earthy complexity to it. and accord oud is another one w a patchouli note to it but has the loveliest bright hint of blackberry making for a super nice fresh sweet note that is a natural fruit sweet and not gormand sweet :) they both have patchouli and cleary sage in them <3 note break down below<33

and then my current Obsession r two from thin wild mercury, i've talked abt them both before but i will talk abt them abt bc i love them... laurel canyon 1966 + whisky 1969. laurel canyon is another lovely complex patchouli fragrance w ambergris and cannabis among other notes and is sooo lovely and also laurel canyon itself has a very special place in my heart so it just makes the experience of wearing it a very lovely one.. whisky 1969 is a really sexy spicy, ambery+wood fragrance that makes me feel like i can conquer the world in it lmao. actually looking at the note breakdown it + the amber mystique that u mentioned have a good few shared notes! which makes me even more intrigued by amber mystique.

then for two newer ones, the other sample shown is purple oud by christian dior which i did spray for the first (though technically second) time today but can tell i will become obsessed w her.. in april i was in the christian dior fragrance store in paris and i was between purple oud and the new look 1947 but went w the new look based on the sample i sprayed but i think i got them mixed up bc i did get home in april and realized it smelled way dif than i thought it would and now that i have finally gotten around to spraying the sample of purple oud i was given there... 👀 but tbh i do think it was for the best bc she does smell simillar to things i already have and the new look is a unique powdery floral that i don't have anything like. ok whoops back to purple oud. anyways she is a simple oud but has a bit of saffron and pink pepper that peak out every now and then! i think it'll become a new fave to use when layering bc oud + pink pepper r two of my fave notes so having a very simple smell with just those two will be perfect!

and the other new one is prada candy! i got a sephora sampler w redeemable full size voucher set and chose candy as my full size! it's a caramel-y + musky gourmand w benzion in the base note that makes it so nice and warm but also a bit woody... def going to be my fall/winter go-to gourmand!

and last but certainlly not least is the most unqiue scent in my collection... cuir mauresque by serge lutens! it's rich and strong and smells like incense and spices and leather with sweetness from resin and orange.. the description from lutens is "an iconic fragrance, an elegant, sophisticated leather tanned on acacia bark," but it is so much more complex than that.. i love this review of it on fragrantica
