and so Vegeta spent the rest of the afternoon desperately trying to remember if that was actually true or if it was just something Nappa made up in order to force Vegeta to share a bunk with Raditz and give himself some extra space.

Headcanon: Vegeta and Raditz were brothers and I cannot be convinced otherwise. Not nicey-nicey brothers like Gohan and Goten but like awful, antagonistic, constantly squabbling brothers who made Nappa lose what was left of his hair from stress. Nor is it a sentiment that either Raditz or Vegeta would ever admit to, not even to themselves, not under pain of death.

But like at some point when Goten is really little he'll refer to Vegeta as his uncle, which Vegeta will vehemently reject. He is adamant that Kakarot was not his brother, therefore he cannot be Goten's uncle. Unfortunately when the word 'brother' passes his lips Raditz's stupid face flashes in his mind's eye and this cannot be undone.

I'm aware that the message of the final episode of saiki k (when he finally stopped the volcano) is that you may not know your friends completely, everyone have thoughts or things about themselves that they hide for fear, shame or more reasons but that's okay

you will never know a person completely and it doesn't need to be something bad, it's something normal, the thing is that you must accept that fact

maybe wait until the other is ready to spill the tea or just accept that you may never know

saiki's friends may not know saiki completely, at the end they accept it in the episode and wait for him to be ready because that's what friends are for

at least that's the message I got

said it once i will say it fucking again. flashback fitz was the most accurate version of fitz there ever was. he was sweet he was angry he was frustrated he was patient he was confident he was violent he never trusted alvar again he trusted sophie more than anyone (nearly unhealthily). i miss him. bring him back. he was so unapologetically kind generous and deeply broken. as much as i dislike a lot of the backstory re-writes in darkest dungeon 2, i still think it's cute that plague doctor loses stress when she sees her professor cough up blood. you can take the freak actions away from the scientist but you cannot take away the freak behaviour.
