welp i cant get lampray to work, so i tried really hard to manually mod my game. there's definitely a popup saying something's wrong that means SOMETHING happened, but unfortunately i won't know if it actually worked until act 2. i doubt it. i also tried to install a thing to make all camp clothes available at the first vendor, but that's not working. i guess i'll find out though. if it doesn't i'll just play as if it weren't modded and wear something else. i did kill the best companion original to this game already and i do get a cool robe for that. so. i guess i'll just wear my ill-gotten gains

I respect your take completely but I will hate joe bc it’s fun and seeing people bash him is funny to me (although people definitely go too far and rewrite history imo). I am the friend who has fun mean takes but always has to add a caveat that makes her unlikeable to both groups basically

you do you! idk, i just don't have strong emotional reactions to things, plus i had a ltr end last year and i know what it's like for it to just boil down to incompatibilities. i have a lot of tenderness still for most of my exes so i don't subscribe to the whole "talk shit about your friends' exes" mentality, i think it's mean and HOT TAKE! sometimes it comes across as making fun of your friend's judgment for staying with them. i'm not ashamed or regretful of the people i dated, i don't assume taylor feels that way about joe, so - shrug!

also at the end of the day i stan taylor, i don't stan her relationships, so i just don't feel that strongly about it.

To the anon that thought they had one up on you mentioning the minor run simblr, you do realize people can befriend younger people and not have any ill intent under that, right? Cuz Im 24 and I have a few friends that are minors, im happy to be here for them as a mentor to help make sure they dont end up going through what i did. Things only get weird when you start doing hangouts that are not appropriate or take conversations to a romantic/s*xual tone, thats when it becomes predatory. As long as both parties keep boundaries in mentor/protégé style everything is good.

I agree nonny! Shit, I wish I'd had adults that were friendly to me when I was younger. My brother is a minor (yes we have a 12 year age gap 🤡) and I have to interact with kids & newborns every day at work so I'm pretty protective of and used to talking to them. The idea that we can't share a (public) gaming space with them when these games are primarily targeted at them is weird to me.
