Summary: Just some headcanons on what spending a day at the parks would be like with your favorite boys. (btw, this is based on the Disney parks in Anaheim!)

BAKUGOU KATSUKI

You had to do so much convincing to get him to even go to one park, let alone two

Teases you and smirks saying, “Why do you want to go to some lame theme park? I’m all the fun you need, princess.” 

Bakugou ends up giving in to your begging because… how can he resist such a cute face? 

He is super whiny in the beginning, literally complaining about every little thing

“Why the fuck is all the shit here so damn expensive?”, “The lines are too fucking long!” 

Don’t even bother trying to get him to wear any kind of Mickey Ears either

He thinks it looks adorable on you though, not that he’d admit it 

However, after seeing how much fun you were having, he eases up a bit and begins to enjoy himself too

Actually, he ends up becoming more excited than you

Once you start getting tired from all the walking and constant queuing, he mocks you and says “What? You’re tired already? I could keep this up for hours!” 

His go-to pose for the ride photos is to flip off the camera

And yes, you guys end up buying a copy of all the pictures because he thinks it’s fucking hilarious

His favorite attraction to go on is Toy Story Midway Mania because he knows he’ll kick your ass and get a higher score than you; or Radiator Springs Racers, so he can win the race and kick other people’s ass 

KIRISHIMA EIJIROU

He’s such a child at heart that he was actually the one who asked you to go to Disneyland

Had already bought the tickets in advance because he already knew you’d say yes. You felt kind of bad that he had to spend all that money for both of your tickets

“E-eji, are you sure you don’t want me to pay you back? These tickets must have been so expensive!” 

“Don’t worry about it babe, I’ve been saving my allowance to buy us these tickets. I wanted to take you out on a magical date at the happiest place on earth!” 

He really was the sweetest boyfriend

On the days leading up to your date, you two start planning out matching outfits, what rides you guys for sure want to go on, and all the new foods you can’t want to try! 

The night before, the two of you have a Disney movie marathon, snuggled up on the couch eating popcorn while watching all those childhood classics! 

His favorite movie is The Little Mermaid because where else did you think he got the inspiration to dye his hair red? Princess Ariel

Day of, you guys are BEYOND excited

Kirishima wakes up extra early to start getting ready, letting you get in a few more minutes of sleep

Once you get there, the first thing you both do is take a picture in front of Main Street! He pretty much documents your entire trip on his phone, taking candid photos of you being the cutie you were

He makes it his new lockscreen wallpaper

While he was waiting in line to buy some food, you went to the shop and bought a matching pair of Mickey and Minnie ears, wanting to surprise him

Smothered you in smooches because he was so happy you guys were matching head to toe, literally 

“Thanks babe! I’m never gonna take this off!” 

And he never took his ears off. He wore it all day. How it didn’t fall of his head was a question you had no answer to

You two were the definition of cringey couple; matching outfits, constant PDA

Not that he cared what other people thought. He was happy and you were happy, that’s all that mattered to him

Go-to ride pose is leaning over next to you, grabbing your entire face, and giving you a big kiss on the cheek 

Favorite ride is Hyperspace Mountain, loves the thrill of it plus, it makes his hair look extra spikey because the wind pushes it back up 

KAMINARI DENKI

You guys are such kids, after you guys went the first time, you came back so often and ultimately decided that it would be better to buy annual passes

Your guy’s Disney trips were always very spontaneous, to say the least 

Kaminari would be like, “Hey babe, what if we go to Disneyland tomorrow?” 

“Come again? You want to go to Disneyland tomorrow?” 

“Yeah, why not? We haven’t been in awhile” He says, nonchalantly 

Giving in to his pouting, that’s how the two of you usually end up at the parks

You go so often you basically have a routine down

You two take turns doing everything; driving, paying for parking, paying for food, etc

During the drive there, you guys are singing non-stop. For some reason, he knows almost all the lyrics to every single song, making you wonder how he can memorize all those words and somehow still have no clue how to remember a simple math formula

You guys also try to Disney Bound (basically, it’s a lowkey cosplay) most of the time, but if not, you guys will always wear matching outfits

Unlike most people, he actually really enjoys wearing the Mickey ears, he thinks he looks extra cute in them. You agree

His ride pose often changes, from ‘hitting the woah’ to literally bringing a prop on the ride, he just does whatever he thinks is funny

But you often collaborate with each other while waiting in line to decide what pose you should do together; if no ideas come up, throwing up a peace sign is the standard move

Favorite ride to go on is Splash Mountain, hands down. He always asks to sit in the front. For some reason, he loves the feeling of getting absolutely fucking drenched

As a tradition, you two always make it your last ride of the night. Since it’s colder, there’s really not much of a wait, meaning you guys have an entire log to yourselves and can pretty much go on it as many times as your hearts desire 

TODOROKI SHOUTO

You were aware that Todoroki had probably never been to Disneyland before, considering he spent most of his childhood training

So when you asked him if he’s ever actually gone to the parks, he was like, “Isn’t that the amusement park who has a rat as their mascot? His name is Mikey, right?”, “So, Elsa has an ice quirk too?” 

You swore that this boy would be the death of you

You were quick to educate him on all things Disney, telling him stories of when you were younger and how they were some of your fondest memories as a kid

Wanting your boyfriend to share the same experience as you, you eagerly suggested that the two of you must go together one day, and he seemed just as eager with his response

He said, “Okay then, let’s go this Saturday. It’s the weekend so we most likely won’t be busy anyways.”

“Uh Shouto, honey, I’d love to go but I’m pretty broke right now, tickets are expensive so it’ll probably take me a few weeks to save up for —“ you complained

He cut you off right there and says that he’ll pay for everything, whipping out Endeavor’s credit card 

Why did he have that on him??

Before you could protest and scold him for using someone else’s card, it was too late because he already bought them

Once in the parks, he seems to be quite fascinated by everything, but his focus tends to stay on you, watching how excited you get over every little thing

You guys get matching ears, but he’s not too keen on wearing them. At most, he’ll wear it for pictures, but that’s about it. But he also can’t help but admire how cute you look in them 

Buys you literally anything you want. Overpriced merchandise? Done. Overpriced food? You bet. Overpriced everything? Abso-fucking-lutely. Doesn’t care about the price, as long as you’re happy

Even if he doesn’t explicitly show it, he’s actually having a lot of fun! 

Being in such a magical place with his favorite person in the world makes him want to go back, reliving those childhood moments he didn’t really have

Inevitably, he ends up upgrading your tickets to an annual pass 

“You bought us annual passes?! Why did you do that, and when?!” 

“I did it on the app, while you were in that long line for the bathroom.” He said, feigning innocence

You two end up going at least twice a month, if not more. Pretty much going there to just hang out and walk around 

His poses for the rides aren’t really poses per se, it’s really just his poker face. Occasionally, you’ll pinch his cheeks to give a little flare to your photos 

Favorite ride is Soarin’ Around The World. He likes the visual appeal. Plus, the orange scent smells really good 

MIDORIYA IZUKU

Both of you guys were equally excited to go! 

You two had planned to go for some time now, saving up enough money to buy tickets and acknowledging the fact that you guys would spend a lot on food and other things 

Izuku is such a nerd that he basically makes an entire schedule of your guy’s stay, morning until night

He grabs a copy of the park map and actually brings a pen to circle which rides you guys want to go on throughout the day

He will definitely download the app in order to keep track of wait times 

Plans for which rides you guys should go on first, taking into account the the events that people would be watching instead of waiting in lines, making the most of your time

“Okay, if the wait time for Radiator Springs Racers is 90 minutes, by the time we’re done, we should make it just in time to use our fastpass for Grizzly River Run…”

It kind of amazes you how articulate he was about this whole thing

“Wow, babe. I can’t believe you planned for all of that, I thought we were just going with the flow.” You said, teasing him for being such a nerd. How cute

His hero costume basically had bunny ears on them, so he didn’t complain about wearing the Mickey ears 

You two take lots of pictures, you guys even wait in that long line to take that cliché couple photo in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle

Go-to pose varies depending on the ride, usually the camera catches him by surprise, so in almost all of the pictures, he looks like he’s about to cry 

Doesn’t really have a favorite ride but his absolute favorite thing to do is to watch the fireworks towards the end of the night

He enjoys just sitting there and holding you close in his arms while you two watch the show and sing along to the music

Hongjoong

Hongjoong works on Merchandise in Magic Kingdom’s Emporium.

One of the best workers in the store, loves keeping everything in place and is actually very nice to guests by nature.

Probably gets to be a trainer way soon because he’s always helping the newbies anyways.

Gets Cast Compliments on a daily basis but doesn’t brag about it unless someone else brings it up.

Very nice when turning down people who flirt with him as he’s checking out their souvenirs but is highkey flustered by it.

Seonghwa

Seonghwa is a character attendant, although he could be a prince himself (Trust me, he’d get the joke waaaay often)

He works at Epcot most of the time with the characters around the World Showcase.

Is used to getting the attention of the older siblings as the children wail excitedly about getting a picture with Donald Duck. 

Has also become an expert on turning them down without being rude.

I mean Seonghwa is a gentleman but won’t hesitate to call out your actions specially if you won’t let him or his fellow Cast Member do their job.

Do expect him to talk shit about the worst people he encountered through the day once he’s off the clock.

Yunho

Yunho is another Merchandise worker, and his favorite spot is selling balloons on Main Street.

There’s just something wonderful about turning around and seeing Cinderella’s Castle just a few steps away.

He also loves that he gets to see tons of people, and doesn’t mind when people ask him to borrow his balloons to get a picture, he’ll gladly do it.

Gets a lot of the dumbest questions just because people who find him attractive want to talk to him.

‘Uh... where can I find the Castle?’ He’ll just smile and explain gently that they literally need to walk a few feet more.

Yeosang

I see him working on a fancy restaurant tbh, like the California Grill (Contemporary Resort).

Yeosang got used pretty quickly to the (mostly) snobby people who visit the restaurant. 

Will not take your shit if you work there too and you want to act all stuck up.

People love having him as a waiter though because he’s soft spoken and has gotten very good at recommending things to costumers.

Has probably gotten numbers attached to his tips but throws them away immediately.

Yeosang is a very nice worker, probably talks to everyone who works in the hotel’s restaurants and shares scary customer service stories with them as the leave the place.

San

At first I thought I wouldn’t trust him with working on Attractions.

But working at Nemo’s can’t be harmful for him (or anyone else) it’s Nemo!

Also he’d look adorable in those clothes, please.

San might get bored every now and then but he also enjoys that his attraction is not super crazy with people. 

Probably will make a conversation with anyone that approachs him to ask anything. 

Enjoys walking by the aquarium and probably gets distracted for more time than he’s supposed to.

LOVES CHILDREN, he will call everyone princess/prince, buddy, etc.

Mingi

I see him either in ‘It’s tough to be a bug’ (Animal Kingdom) or the Muppets Show (Hollywood Studios)

Mingi will laugh even if he’s heard the show and the jokes 900 times during the day.

Smiles at everyone on their way out as he picks up the 3-D glasses and gives children high-fives.

If he gets to be at the start of the line he’ll also greet everyone passing by, he also gets very stupid questions just for the sake of interaction.

Don’t do that to him, he’ll get awkward and in the end won’t know how to explain.

Wooyoung

This little shit brags about working at Soarin’ (Epcot) all the time.

The rest of the boys make fun of him for the clothes they wear at Soarin’ but he claims they’re jealous bc his job is cool.

And he does love where he works but like, there’s so many people all the time... and they just won’t listen!!!

Wooyoung gets tired of having to use his costumer service voice instead of just telling them “WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DON’T GET?!”

His favorite part is actually being in charge of starting the Attraction.

Jongho

Jongho works at the Satu’li Canteen at Animal Kingdom!

Working fast food is a little crazy but he enjoys it a lot, specially in a place such as Pandora, where everyone is just wonderstruck at everything.

Enjoys talking to people and doesn’t mind answering questions, even the dumb ones, because he knows people can be confused.

He really doesn’t like when people get rude (I mean who does) but he gets a tiny wee bit passive agressive.

Is constantly bickering with Wooyoung about whose workplace is cooler.

Constantly gets told off for taking too long with costumers when taking their orders but it’s not his fault they all wanna chat him up.

Late night visit

After being home for a few days and getting settled in you finally got friends and family over. The twins have been home for a week now and are starting to show a bit of their personalities. After being exhausted from visiting family and friends for a week on top of taking care of not one but two babies. You are so ready to just get some sleep. But something tells you otherwise that isn't happening tonight.

"Keigo, I'm worried what if something happens?"

"Lovebird I am one of the top heros, we have the highest security, and we are at the top of the building."

"I know but-"

"You need to sleep! It has been a good few weeks since you got your last through the night sleep. You need this… We need this."

"Okay" but there was still an uncertain feeling in your stomach.

The first night all of you get a good night's sleep something unexpected happens.

You hear crying and sit up to see your worst nightmare you see he's holding your son.

"So Keigo it's been a while? You had a kid and I wasn't even invited to the baby shower or anything? You actually had two and said nothing? Huh what a shame I thought we were closer than this."

"Put my son down Dabi. NOW."

"Oh we must not wake them now. You know it is important for babies to sleep. And how frail and fragile they are." He tightens his grip on Soarin. And he continues to cry. Hawks flies across the room in a flash. He's a foot away from Dabi. His wings puffed out and the shadow looming over them both making him appear larger.

"Hm your funny Keigo you think this scares me? I know all your little secrets, your weakness, your strengths. All of it." He smirks

Hawks lowers his wings and takes a step forward looking straight into dabis ice cold blue eyes.

"Why are you here and what do you want with my children?"

"Well I would be a bad uncle if I were to not visit my newest niece and nephew."

"What do you really want with them?"

"It looks like only one of your kids has wings? Do you prefer one child over the other? I know you've always wanted to have kids that have wings. So is this one insignificant to you seeing the one thing you wanted he doesn't have?" Dabi responded ignoring hawks question

"DABI WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH MY CHILDREN!?"

"You know how much kids sell for? Let alone a hero's kid. He might even develop a quirk later on and make him worth more. And you are one of the top ten heros. Man the more I talk about it the more dollar signs I'm seeing. But that little munchkin over there is worth almost double seeing that she was born with her quirk. And selling her feathers could stack up fast. But I figured you wanted to keep that one cause she has your wings." He shrugged

"You are a disgusting piece of-"

"Ah I heard somewhere that talking negatively to someone with another person in-between. That person actually feels your emotions and thinks it's directed at them. So watch your mouth while I'm holding your baby." Dabi cocks an eyebrow.

Tears begin forming prickling hawks eyes blurring his vision. His chest rising and falling rapidly with his hitched breath.

"I don't know why the fuck your here now. Or Why you want to hurt my children. But I never had a family. I never thought I would. And I've told you this Dabi... When we were kids. I looked up to your dad as a figure."

"Don't bring my old man into this Keigo. This about you, me, and your kids. "

"Dabi please, why are you doing this. Why now? Why my children of all things." He says crying

"You know why Keigo. It's not just them. You left me to train intensively all alone. With that piece of shit father of mine. You promised me that you wouldn't leave... And you did anyway. I waited for you to come home. To see me, visit,call me, anything. I missed you and you never reached out.

"Dabs I-"

"Keigo no it's too late for that it's not just one thing. Not just you didn't tell me you were a top hero. Not just that you were working for my dad. Not just that you got married. Had kids, bought a house... Keigo our dream house that we built as kids."

"Excuse me is there something that I missed? Why a villain is in my house holding my baby and talking to you like he knows you?"you ask

Keigo turns to look at you.

"So me and Dabi grew up together. My parents sold me to the hero commission and his dad is a hero training him to be the best. We lived in a room together, trained, played, grew up together..."

"Ok so your childhood best friend is a villain?"

"The training we endured at such young developmental stages was horrific. So we grew and talked through our trauma together."

"That doesn't explain why he is as batshit crazy as an ex girlfriend"

"The hero commission decided we spent too much time together and spit us up but continued training. We would sneak out to talk to each other. By the time we were 16 and had our provisional license they let us go. So the first thing we did was go live in this cheap little beat down apartment together. Sharing such a small space.meant we had to share a bed. Which wasn't unusual to us because when one person had a bad dream as kids the other would get into bed with the other. We kept having nightmares after nightmares and reliving the trauma. One night we both woke up and talked about what happened and how we feel and something just clicked and it lead to both of our first kiss. After that things felt weird. So Dabs decided to move out with some of his friends from work. We started hanging out less and less and one time we were getting coffee he brings up this girl(toga) he was introduced to by a roommate and she was super weird into dead things and stuff like that she invited him hang with this group she's with all the time(lov) so dabi hung out with them. I got jealous and left the coffee shop. Once I got over it I texted dabs I want to meet these new people he's hanging out with. And he said why not hang out and meet them at my new place. I'm staying with them now. So I go over and see these super weird people. I meet them and hang out a bit and me and dabi go to his room and pits on some of our favorite songs. We kissed again that night and I left him immediately after. Once again I get over myself and we start talking again like old times except he isn't into the same things. I'm going and seeing him whenever I'm not at work. I'm working a ton! Then one night exactly like when I first went over he put on our old favorite and we are laying in bed. As a kid I would trace over his burns to show him it didn't have to hurt. So I started to mindlessly draw shapes all over him but I noticed he was way more scared than ever but it might be because he's working now rather than training. And that night we slept together in a different sense. So in a way yes Dabi is my ex… We were a lot of each other's firsts."

"That still doesn't explain why he is holding our son. He is still one of the top villains Keigo!"

"Oh so I'm famous huh? Didn't know I had a following."

"Dabi I understand that you could sell my son for money but what is your real motive?"

"Alright alright it's because I am jealous"

"Of a baby?"

"No you dipshit of y/n… this was supposed to be our life. This is our dream house that has a balcony for you and a fireproof bedroom for me. As broken kids we wanted to adopt so we could change their lives. Have the family we could never have."

"BUT YOU LEFT!"

"ONLY CAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO RUIN WHAT WE ALREADY HAD!"

Soarin starts to squirm and hiccup. And they both lower their voices.

"what about toga hmm? Did you have a thing? That's why when we got coffee you talked about her.

"I was telling you how weird she was and all those new people I was around. And how they couldn't compare to you Kei. I hung around them cause they were so different not cause I was interested but to see if you were paying attention. But you were too busy focusing that I was with another person. Also that coffee date was to ask you if we could love together again. And try this thing out."

"Touya… I. I'm so sorry I didn't know and I'm sorry I treated you like that."

"Too late for apologies now hot wings."

"Well what now? I'm married and have kids. And of all that I'm a top hero and your a top villain."

"You really think I would sell your kid? I am hurt and broken and all these other things because you didn't even mention to tell me that you were having a baby let alone two. But I'm here to see if we can start over. After all there are two new lives literally."

"Touya." He says with tears smiling

"Excuse me do I not get a say in this? After all I did make,carry, and birth the babies. He just put his dick in me and came. And I also had to deal with the shit he went through with you Dabi. He was such a wreck when we first got together I couldn't believe all of that was from one person!"

"Heh you definitely picked a good one Birdy."

All three of them sit in silence watching the two babies sleep peacefully.

He stands in the window a second longer to look at them both and jumps down. He walks down an alleyway and says out loud to himself.

“You really expect me to let you go home with that?”

“It’s fine, Timber, I’m okay,” Flash said, shoving his basketball jersey into his sports bag. There was barely any wind blowing through the open windows of the boy’s locker room but Flash still felt a harsh sting at his calf. It was probably still bleeding, but he’d deal with it when he showered at home – he was definitely not showering here. Sweat stained the back of his t-shirt as he quickly packed everything up, obviously avoiding Timber as he tried to talk some sense into Flash.

“So you call wincing every time you walk fine?”

Flash ignored him. He zipped up his bag, slung it over his shoulder. He clenched his teeth when he made his way to the door, now hiding his flinches as he walked because Timber was way too fucking observant.

“Flash, don’t ignore me,” Timber said, reaching out for Flash’s arm but he just missed.

He was honestly just too pissed at everything, it wasn’t Timber’s fault, not by a longshot. Timber didn’t do anything wrong, he could never. He just couldn’t look at Timber after that fight yesterday. Flash had never let his temper get the better of him. But it all, sort of, came crashing down and he simply lost it.

Flash couldn’t look at Timber after that, seeing absolute fear in the younger boy’s eyes when Flash tore himself away from the kid that drove him off the edge. He still remembers the blood stains on his knuckles, the mess inside his head freezing when he laid eyes on Timber.

Flash furrowed his brows at the memory, forcing the tears back in his eyes.

“Flash—”

“Timber, I’m fine! Just, go home, please, I’ll be okay.” Flash tried his best to not raise his voice, to not cry in front of him. He was the older one, he should control himself. He failed once, he wasn’t going to again.

When he began walking through Canterlot High School’s dimly lit hallways, he could only hear his own footsteps. He stopped, just in case, and heard nothing but the silence the school carried. He was a good few corridors away from the boy’s changing room, so he couldn’t hear whatever ruckus was going on in there.

Blood pooled down the wound in his calf and Flash couldn’t help but hiss. Amongst all the shitty things the world could possibly topple onto him this week, an opponent of their basketball team decided to charge at Flash who was near to scoring a basket, completely knocking him out of the court. He wasn’t sure what, but something stabbed into his calf, leaving scratches and deep cuts all over part of his shin. He could’ve sworn he spotted Rainbow completely fuming at their opponent behind his teammates.

Normally he could brush this off with a pained laugh and hold Rainbow back from beating the living shit out of the opponent, however he was actually considering letting the beast in Dash out. From what Soarin told him, Flash also looked like he wanted to beat the living shit out of his attacker. He had stolen a glance at Timber and Twilight sitting by the bleachers, looking horrified at the wound Flash gained from that, and he had winced. 

Flash wasn’t an angry person. His Dad told him he had a bit of a temper but ever since he was young, he had never taken it out on anyone. Always dealt with it on his own. There may have been times in the past where he let bits of frustration out but never anger. He fucking despised himself for feeling like this, for what he let himself do yesterday, for not controlling himself like he always did.

He reached CHS’ entrance and pushed open the door, biting back his regret when the cool breeze hit his half bare self, bare arms and bare legs from knees down. He squeezed his eyes, sighing through his nose, and adjusted his bag on his shoulder, walking down the steps with pain mocking his steps.

A hand grasped his wrist. Flash loved and hated how he knew who it was just by the texture of the boy’s hand – rough and worn, strong and still so fucking warm. He didn’t have it in him to snatch his hand back.

Flash turned back, tired eyes meeting Timber’s firm ones. He had never seen Timber look so serious before, his eyes were always the softest thing in the world. Flash had seen Timber at his worst, crying for his sister, crying for him, and he had seen Timber at his best, eyes smaller from laughing, bright and energetic when something happened that got him excited. But he had never seen him like this.

And of course he had a fucking first aid’s kit. He was Timber Spruce after all.

“You’re not going anywhere.”

“Timber—”

“I said,” – Timber tugged Flash’s wrist, pulling the boy closer to him – “you’re not going anywhere. Sit.” He gestured at the steps behind them with his eyes.

“But—”

“Sit.”

Flash did as he was told, yanking his leg up because he knew that was what Timber was here for. He sighed out loud, hands in his lap and bag slipping off his shoulder. Timber sat with him too, clicking open the first aid kit and tore open a wipe.

“It’s—”

“Flash,” Timber said in a soft voice suddenly. Flash wouldn’t be surprised if he got a whiplash from the sudden shift in tone. “You always take care of me. Let me take care of you for once.” Despite his words, his eyes changed. From firm to pleading. And there was a second Timber’s eyes also turned glossy but the boy blinked the evidence away too quickly.

Flash bit his lip, glancing down at the wipe in the boy’s hand, and then back up at Timber.

“Okay.”

So I was thinkin' thoughts last night and for some reason Despacito kept playing in my head, I don't even know the lyrics to it, I just know the beat and Despacito, but couldn't help making an animation in my head. I had been playing with ships the whole day, wondering who to place certain characters with, and then.... this just sort of happened. Spitfire x Cloudchaser x Fresh Paint. they were dancing n shit and it was adorable and I imagined at the end they cuddled together on a couch so uh yeah

Spitfire was a divorced single mother when she met Cloudchaser and his girlfriend Fresh Paint. Her brief marriage with Trenderhoof fell through, and she was left to care for their young daughter, Brimstone Sparks. She was raised in an on-again, off-again marriage, and wouldn't raise Brimstone like that, so she gathered full custody of the filly. Still, no matter how much Spitfire adored her little Sparky, she was overworked by the Wonderbolts and easily exhausted with daily life. Eventually, despite running the biggest flight academy and most popular aeronautics team in the country, Spitfire lost her house due to forgotten bills. She was forced to move in with her best friend, Soarin, and his husband Thunderlane, along with their boy Steamroll. Spitfire's spirits went to a new low. She tried as much as she could to put on a smile for her daughter, but sometimes she just snapped at her, or was too tired to play with her, or she locked herself in the room so that her baby didn't see her meltdown.

Soarin and Thunderlane were in the middle of making Thunderlane's brother Steamroll's godfather. He was flying in and bringing his girlfriend with him, so Spitfire and Sparky would have to share their room. The pair arrived from Las Pegasus; hugs were given all-around, and Cloudchaser introduced them to Fresh Paint, a fun, kind and scatterbrained professional graffiti artist. Cloudchaser was wild, scrappy, and just as fun as Fresh Paint. Spitfire was somewhat annoyed at their happiness. She sucked it up, and played nice while they were there. She was friendly, but she certainly wasn't a friend. One day, she returned home from work to find Fresh Paint teaching "Sparks" and "Rollup" how to paint. The walls were covered in rainbow prints. But, with her daughter smiling so big and bright, Spitfire couldn't be mad. She laughed, picked her baby up, and helped her paint higher. Cloudchaser came in with snacks for the baberinos and pretty soon, both kids were standing on his shoulders, trying to get their messy hands on the ceiling. There was laughter echoing from the walls. For the first time in a while, Spitfire felt.... happy.

Over the course of their stay, Cloudchaser and Fresh Paint went from sleeping on the floor while Spitfire and Brimstone cuddled on the bed, to the little girl huddled between the three.

When it was time for Cloud and Paint to go back to their dinky Las Pegasus apartment, they found that they didn't.... wanna leave. Spitfire didn't want them to leave. Spitfire had finally rummaged enough money to get her own place, a small one for the moment but it would do. She thanked her friends for everything, packed up, and on the first night she and Brim spent there, Cloudchaser and Fresh Paint had stayed late to help unpack. Spitfire told them to just spend the night, as it was too late and them going back to Soarin's would probably wake up Steamroll. So the couple spent the night. This time, Brimstone had her own room and her own bed. There was nothing to hold them back.

The next day, while painting Brimstone's room, they had a little talk with her. They asked her if it would be okay if Fresh Paint and Cloudchaser stayed for a while. When the young filly asked why, they explained that mommy really liked them and wanted to spend more time with them. Brimstone chimed that she really liked them, too, and she hoped that they'd never leave!

... They did, though. Eventually, they had to go back to Las Pegasus, so they could sell their apartment and get their things. Because they were moving in with Spitfire. They talked with Sparky again, and asked her how she would feel if Cloudchaser became her daddy and Fresh Paint was her mommy, too. Brimstone was sooo excited like FINALLY

Cloudchaser is Thunderlane's identical twin brother. When Rumble was a baby, their parents were killed in a weather accident. The twins were barely old enough to foster Rumble, but they were allowed to adopt him as legal guardians. They raised Rumble together, until Thunderlane married fellow Wonderbolt Soarin and Cloudchaser was offered an athletic scholarship in Las Pegasus. That's where he met Fresh Paint, who was taking art classes from the same school. It wasn't long before they became study buddies and friends with benefits, and they became boyfriend and girlfriend quicker still

Spitfire is bisexual, Cloudchaser is a bi trans man, and Fresh Paint is pan. Cloud and Paint had ID'd as poly when they met Spitfire, who used to think she was totally mono. you're an idiot, spitfire

Brimstone very much views Cloudchaser as her only father. Trenderhoof is just a guy she happened to get some DNA from, Cloudy is her real dad. He's the one who helped teach her to fly, the one who hugged her when she was having bad days, the guy who helped her with homework and ruffled her mane and gave her goodnight kisses and took her to games. He's the one she loves, not "like" a daughter loves her dad, but as a daughter who loves her father. Even so, in her teen years, Trenderhoof warred for partial custody of her and got a few man-dated visits with Brimstone Sparks. He was not happy that he called some other stallion her dad. maybe you shouldn't have cheated on her mom if you didn't want spitfire to find someone else you lil bitch

OH yeah Trenderhoof cheated on Spitfire so no happy ending for him. He’s in an equally-abusive fickle relationship with Quincy Svengallop the III, a fellow divorced cheat, fueled entirely by loneliness. On the upside, Brimstone Sparks found a best friend through learning their dads were fuckbuddies. She and Cherry Chapstick are practically sisters!
