Yule Ball: Part III - Professor Snape x Reader [Smut]
Synopsis: You and Professor Snape sort out a poorly written examination in his classroom, but somebody sees. With your reputations at stake, only magic can save you now... and a little of something else too, at a time most inopportune.
Notes: Sorry this is three days late, but I wanted to edit it to perfection, since it’s been a year since the last part! Enjoy, I love all of you so much. Happy holidays x
@fandom-puff (sorry I know there are so many more ppl who asked to be tagged but I lost track!)

The soft bubbling in his classroom late at night was comforting to Severus. He found it helped him think... and grade test scores, as per what he was currently preoccupied with. The moon is full outside, shining through what little window Snape had left uncovered. He ignores the squawk of Hagrid's distant Hippogriff (that thing takes pleasure in ensuring he never got any peace and quiet as of ten o clock at night) and gets back to the paper. He scowls.
"What is it with these twits?" he murmurs to himself, using his wand to mark a large "fail" on Ron Weasley's test, flopping it onto the pile of Fred and George's equally dismal efforts. Just then, he flips to one with your neat, flowery handwriting on it, and stops.
Well, what's the problem? Just mark it as you would any other student. Besides, this will be nice and quick. (y/n) always gets a perfect score on my examinations.
Beginning to read though, he finds himself beginning to frown. Wrong... another one wrong... He looks up at the ceiling, and clenches his jaw. Of course. Why should he expect any less, when you'd been all over him for the past month?
----
The next afternoon, you’re wiling away potions by watching your quill spin in its inkwell. Wandless magic, along with perfecting the art of apparition, is something you’d been trying your hand at for years, and the fruits of your labor are just starting to manifest now.
“Miss (y/l/n).”
Your attention moves up to Professor Snape, at the head of the potions room.
This your last class of the day, before a much needed weekend rest. You're supposed to get the test grades back this afternoon, and you have to say you're excited-- you studied long and hard for it, attempting to make Snape proud of a little more than your talents of bewitchment.
"Miss (y/l/n). May I see you after class?"
You smile to yourself. "Of course, sir." You expect he'll reward you, calling you his good girl, telling you all about how much you deserve him tonight. Snape was rarely pleased with anything, but you're sure he'd find exception in your astounding work.
After class had finished on the note of homework and groaning, you stay in your seat, assuring your friends you’d catch up later. Once the rest of the unassuming students had filed out, you move to get up and join him by his desk, but he strides over before you can, thwacking the test down in front of you.
"What… is this?"
You look down at it, and give him a charming smile. "The best damn exam you'll ever grade."
Snape makes a noise halfway between a laugh and a groan, sarcasm dripping as he says, "I insist you take a second look."
You frown, and look down at your work, flipping through. As you do, you become more and more frustrated. "But-- but I knew this one! This is... this was clearly draught of the living death..."
"Was it?" Snape asks patiently, staring at you with his arms folded, "I pray you never need to brew it, then."
You huff, glaring up at him. "Do you know, I studied for hours for this--"
"Don't lie to me," he hisses, "I know what you're doing. Fail the exam, get called up to see me when everyone else is safely in their dormitories and get the punishment of a lifetime.” He leans in, glowering. “I know how your mind works."
You balk. "You actually think I'd sacrifice my grades in potions to have sex with you?! You have more of an ego than I thought, professor!"
Snape sputters. It does sound quite far fetched the way you put it, but...
"Perhaps your exams are a little too hard," you raise your eyebrows, and push the test away from you.
"Perhaps. Perhaps I was mistaken as well..." He holds his frown. "I want a perfect grade next time, do you understand me?"
"Oh, perfectly. It's just I've been so preoccupied with extra activities, like the frog choir, that whole tri-wizard competition-- I mean the tournaments are bloody thrilling! They'll be leaving soon, anyway, with all the visitors. Also McGonagall's lessons..."
"There's nothing Professor McGonagall can do that I can't do twice as ruthlessly."
"Yes. I know," you smirk.
“Do not let it happen again. My class takes precedence… you should know that by now.” Snape waits, and when you don't get up to leave, sighs. "That will be all, Miss (y/l/n)."
“Will it?”
He turns back at your teasing tone, and already feels a headache coming on. He fell right into your trap… which wasn’t even a trap in the first place. He brought this on himself, truly. Perhaps he should just forget how to feel guilty. After all, how many times had this happened?
"I'm not wearing anything beneath my robes."
Snape gives a tight lipped smile. "I was never foolish enough to believe you were."
"Proved it a bit difficult in class..." you begin to shrug the robes off, "Malfoy was hanging over my shoulder the whole time, it's a bloody miracle he didn't get an eyeful.”
"Perhaps he did," Snape muses, "We'll never know." You watch him closely, parting your legs. He still looks hesitant, even after all these times.
"We don't have to if you don't want to," you bite your lip, starting to undo the robe, "But Professor… I want to."
He puts a hand on yours to stop you, and you look up in surprise. Maybe this is really where he would take a stand... you were wondering when he would.
But he smacks your hand away, giving you that look. "Don't touch." He turns you around, and slots himself behind you, dark hair falling against your cheek. "That's. My. Job."
You grin, and he slowly opens your robes, admiring how your tie falls between your breasts, perfectly centered.
"This will have to come off," he murmurs, taking the tie with the tip of his fingers, then stops. "Unless..."
"What?" you breathe.
He hums thoughtfully, eyes narrowing. "Perhaps I ought to make sure you receive what you deserve. It was an abysmal examination score, after all..."
A thrill runs through you. "What do you mean?"
"This is the third time we've done this, and somehow I doubt it will be the last. You believe I'd let you get off without a punishment for your dangerous behavior?"
"I believe you'd let me get off.”
"Silence." Though he maintains most of his stern expression, you can sense his impulse to smirk. He takes the tie off, and ties it around your wrists behind your back, laying your back on his desk. He then begins to slowly tug the robes off, and groans when he sees your breasts bare to him in full. You moan, stretching your arms, and bite your lip, blinking up at him.
"You don't deserve what you have in mind," he whispers, "You deserve my lips on you, teasing you, bringing you close until I deny you what you need. That is what you get when you don't take my class seriously."
You whimper, rubbing your thighs together. "But Professor... please, I haven't touched myself all week."
He narrows his eyes. "Why? Preparing for something, were we?"
You avert eye contact, blushing. "I..."
"Go on."
"I expected a good grade. I thought you would reward me, daddy."
Snape inhales sharply at the name, and you see his hips start to slightly shift to rub against the desk. "Well, we both saw how that turned out. Knickers, off."
Just as you're reaching down, you both hear someone mutter an 'alohamora.' The door swings open on you and Snape. There, a boy your age stands, eyes a fraction wider.
"Krum," you breathe. He seems caught, and slowly backs away. Snape's eyes widen slightly, and you pull your robes back on. Before you can run after the visiting student though, your professor grabs your arm, tugging you back.
"He'll tell Karkarov," you protest desperately.
"He will," Snape nods, "Let him. There is little he can prove. It will just seem like dirty sportsmanship for the Durmstrang visitors to try and smear the reputation of one of Hogwarts' best teachers.”
Still... it was unnerving.
---
The next day, you're far more on edge than usual. A meeting had been called, as Snape had relayed to you, and you’re both so sure it’s about… that.
You lay on your bed, flicking your wand about as a feather dances atop you. It floats up, down, with each unspoken leviosa of your wand, and finally, you let it fall against your chest. You would much rather be practicing your apparating—it was a little harder, and would take your mind off the possibility of your getting expelled.
You try and push the thoughts of Snape out of your head, and replace them with where you want to apparate. Focus… focus…
In Dumbledore’s office, Snape takes his seat alongside McGonagall, Dumbledore, Sprout, Flitwick, Karkaroff, and Maxime. Pursing his lips and narrowing his eyes, he doesn’t say a word.
“Well. Let us bring to attention why this meeting has been called,” McGonagall begins, and Dumbledore nods.
“Quite right, Minerva. There has been an incident.”
In your dorm, you concentrate hard on apparating to the library. If you could only… focus…
“A special thank you to Karkaroff, for one his boys, Victor Krum, bringing this situation to our attention,” Dumbledore goes on. “It is a matter we here at Hogwarts, take very seriously.”
Snape is about to open his mouth, when he feels something under the table, directly in front of his legs.
You glance around, confused. Where had you ended up?
“A matter, I might say, that could even have serious repercussions if not looked into further.”
“Mon Dieu,” Maxime tuts, “What has happened, Albus?”
Oh, shit. Oh, shit! Your subconscious had won out. You had been thinking of Severus too much when trying to apparate, and had apparated to the meeting.
Snape could not, for the life of him, figure out what had just materialized between his legs. Pretending to drop a vial from his sleeve, he reached down to check… and the two of you came face to face.
Snape’s eyes widen, then he narrows them into slits. The glare is threatening in every way it could be, and you cower back a little.
I didn’t mean to, you try to mouth, but he’s already sat up again. His boot comes up, and lays to rest on your stomach, keeping you far away from him, yet close enough so the others can’t feel you. If anyone else was to check under the table, it’s not like you have an invisibility cloak—you’d both be dead meat.
“What, might I inquire, would this matter be?” Severus asks, in the most level voice he can manage. He was absolutely furious that you were where you were. Had you no shame? He was about to lose his job over this! You were simply taunting fate, at this point.
“I’m very glad you asked, Severus,” Karkaroff interjected with sinister glint in his eyes, “For this matter concerns you.”
Between his legs under the table, you try to apparate back. Only… you didn’t apparate with your wand on you. Damn wandless magic! Now you couldn’t get back.
“What have I got to do with anything, pray tell, Igor?” Snape is doing a rather good job of sounding unimpressed, bored even. You start to squirm, listening to his deep voice. It still does things to you, even in a situation like this. Especially in a situation like this.
“It is a matter of something Krum saw, Severus,” Dumbledore says slowly, “Something troubling indeed.”
Under the table, desire starts to creep up on you. You had been given a very rare, very exciting opportunity here. You could get back at Snape for grading your test badly, and have a little fun along the way… two can play at that game.
“You see, we have learned that it involves one of our students here at Hogwarts,” Minerva says sternly, “Namely, Miss (y/l/n) of (y/house) house.” You hesitate, then take the chance to unlatch him.
“Miss (y/l/n)?” Snape quirks a brow, “A model student.”
“Seems like such a lovely girl. Tres jolie,” Maxime comments.
Snape begins to frown, feeling your hands on his breeches. You weren’t. You wouldn’t…
“Yes, well there’s no doubt about that,” Flitwick says, “But the news we have heard of her is nothing short of shocking! Nothing we would expect from a young lady of her stature.” You take Snape out of his pants, half hard, and close your mouth softly around his tip. He tries to swat you off, but you dodge him.
“No doubt,” Minerva agrees.
“Surely…” Snape swallows, shifting his hips, “Whatever she has done… can be forgiven?” Oh….
“Why would you be so quick to forgive her, Severus?” Minerva asks, “We haven’t even learned of the situation.”
“I only wish to reprimand students when reprimandation is wholeheartedly deserved,” Snape clenches his jaw, giving you a good whack with his knee, “Otherwise, such punishment would subsequently lose its value.”
“Well. With that I agree,” Sprout speaks up, “But this, from what we’ve been led to believe, is a very serious issue!”
“Out with it, then,” Snape annunciates in that menacing tone, “What exactly has she done, and how exactly… does it involve me?” His hand grabs you by the hair under the table, and tightens. If you’re going to play with him like this, then he will remain in control.
“Why don’t we simply ask the boy himself?” Karkaroff smirks, and with a whisk of his wand and the utterance of Dumbledore’s secret password, the doors open. Victor Krum comes in, rigid as if he had been trained for battle. He gives a swift bow, and stands before them.
“Tell us what you saw, Victor,” Minerva encourages. Krum looks to everyone, brow furrowed. Snape guides your head, gritting his teeth. He’s already close, and he can faintly hear you moaning like a whore.
“Wait for a moment,” Filius says, holding up a finger, “I hear something strange.”
Snape coughs, trying to overpower the sounds of him getting his dick sucked by a slutty little student. “Must be Hagrid’s Hippogrif,” he grumbles, “The infernal thing does not know how to quiet down.”
“Buckbeak only caws at night,” Filius frowns, “This sounds much closer.”
Snape begins to sweat. This was it. If you didn’t quiet down your sounds of pleasure from under the table, you would both be found out, and that would be that. Disgraced, humiliated, cast out--
Igor clears his throat in irritation, and attention is once again collectively returned to Krum. Snape relaxes a little bit, this being the only time he’s ever praised his old death eater friend for interrupting something.
You smirk under the table, quieting your moaning down a little as Snape slams you back into him, your lips sliding down even further over his cock with each thrust into your mouth. It feels so good to be used, especially in such a dangerous situation—you’d never been so wet in your life, and you start to rub yourself, gasping softly and gagging on his large cock.
Snape curses you out in his mind. You’re a troublemaker, more than a troublemaker, and absolutely disobedient little girl. What he wouldn’t do to slam you down over a desk right at this very moment and teach you a real lesson.
“Go on,” Minerva encourages Krum gently, “What you say will never leave this room.”
“Unless required,” Flitwick sniffs, straightening his tie.
“Oh, Merlin,” Snape grunts, crumpling forward a little. He’s on the edge, he’s about to come… Everyone turns to him, their stares burning.
“Something to say, Severus?” Karkaroff jabs, sneering.
Snape’s eyelids flutter, and he white knuckles the table as his orgasm hits him. You moan under the table, feeling it on your tongue, and you come as well, biting back a whine. Fuck, you’re hit little whore… oh, yeah…
“Severus?” Minerva prods, frowning. Snape clenches his jaw, regaining his foothold on the conversation.
“Only a reminder that I am very busy and do not have all day. Consider this an encouragement, Mr. Krum, to spit it out,” he growls, then his lips tug up ever so slightly. “Though not everyone present in this room must take that advice.”
You hold back a giggle, and swallow dutifully.
Through the confused stares of the heads of houses, Krum finally speaks. Snape holds his breath, and you listen carefully, nerves buzzing. At least you went out with a bang.
“I was walking past Professor Snape’s classroom,” Krum begins, staring at the dark Slytherin head of house, “And…” Everyone seems to lean forward. “And spotted (y/n)…”
“Yes?” Sprout murmurs. Snape worries the inside of his lip. This was it. Perhaps he could apparate as smoothly as you had, out of this room. Though he could never match your impeccable timing, surely.
“—I spotted (y/n) stealing lacewing flies from Professor Snape’s personal storage.”
Snape nearly drops his jaw. Everyone at the table looks terribly scandalized, and he counts his blessings that it is not for the reason they should.
“Allow me… to explain,” he says, fixing himself discreetly under the table. “I had given (y/n) an assignment outside of class protocol, brewing a specially modified batch of polyjuice potion for extra credit. I have been tutoring her as somewhat of an apprentice.” He looks up at Krum with a curious sort of respect. “I… appreciate your diligence in reporting what would typically be an unforgivable offense against my private collection of ingredients, Mr. Krum. However, in this particular case… no further action is required, at the bidding, of course, of Headmaster Dumbledore.”
Dumbledore opens his hands. “Your explanation is quite sufficient, Severus. I see no further need to pursue any consequence toward Miss (y/l/n), if her intentions were warranted and academic.”
You sigh in relief under the table, and Snape smirks. Karkaroff is fuming, thinking the matter would absolutely ruin him. The potions master lifts his chin.
“Will that be all, then?”
“Yes.”
“Good,” he growls, and rises. He gets out a small vial, and hands it to you under the table, as the others talk amongst themselves.
“Drink,” he mutters, and you do. Before your eyes, you begin to turn invisible. His potion-brewing abilities never fail to astound you. Flitwick and Sprout spot the slight elevation in the tablecloth as you get out and follow Snape. They frown at one another, and check for an open window anywhere in the office.
You follow Snape to his classroom, and this time, he locks the door.
“You are lucky he said what he did, you little harlot.”
You smirk, the small vial already wearing off. “He knows Hermione. Hermione knows me. It’s only natural he’d cover for me.”
“And what you did back under the table?!” he continues, cape billowing as he paces. You grimace a little, waiting for that. He just sighs, glancing at you. “Will be the reason for my nightly shut-ins.”
You saunter over, kissing his cheek. “I knew you’d thank me.” He doesn’t look up.
“Hardly. Detention for the remainder of the school year.”
“But sir!” You slowly start to realize what that means. “Ah. Yes, sir.”
He can’t help but smile to himself as you leave for your dormitory, admiring your uniform on the way out. Perhaps he hadn’t taken such leave of his senses when he had found you that night at the Yule Ball, as he had so forced himself to believe. Perhaps, instead, he had come to them.

Be patient with me pt. 3
Pairing:Cedric Diggory x Sytherin Fem!Reader
Word count: 1.9k
Warnings: trigger: toxic parents & swearing
A/N: I hope this was a satisfying ending also request are open now. I'll post the list of people I write about later
part 1 , part 2
Tumblr media
Did Cedric Diggory just snap at me? Was this real? I couldn't process what just happened, I mean of all people Cedric was the least to get frustrated with a person.
I was currently lying in my bad and getting this kind of stomachache, like I'm not sure how describe them but sometimes you feel so uneasy or you feel regret that you body decides to make the situation even worst for you. I sat up because I didn't want to risk throwing up in my bed because of this weird feeling inside of me. Honestly I can't tell if I'm angry at him or at my behaviour...well he said that we will have a conversation about that tomorrow so it would be wise for to lie down at least for a bit.
When I woke up I start to realise that I have no idea if I should confront him with our last encounter or wait until he is ready to talk about this. Obviously the stupid person I am, I decided to confront him first because I wasn't willing to wait for his Royal ass to find me... but something made me freeze when I saw him sitting at the Hufflepuff table. I couldn't bring myself to walk there and confront him but why? What was I afraid of? And since when am I this nervous around him.
Fuck it, I'll talk to him later and with that I settled down at the Slytherin table. That didn't mean that I didn't shot glances in his direction. Unfortunately I wasn't as cautious as normal so my friend Arthur caught me in the act. "Didn't think you were the type to daydream about a boy"
"I beg your pardon?!", I replied confused.
"Well I have some advice for you, love . Advice number 1. don't make it to obvious otherwise everyone at Hogwarts will find out that you are one of Diggory's fangirls and advice number 2. you better hurry up I heard he is still a virgi-"
before he could go on I needed to take more drastic measures so that's why I slightly hit him with my book.
"Will you shut up for Salazar's sake, I can't recall since when it's any of your business who I find intriguing ?!"
As much as I wanted to wipe Arthur's shit eating grin out of his face, I had other plans. I stood up and wanted to go to the Hufflepuff table but again hesitated which meant I sat back down again. That shit went on for 4 more times before Cedric looked at me. He kept his stare for what felt like an eternity but suddenly broke eye contact and went back to the conversation he had with his friends. What the actual fuck?! When is the right time to talk about it? I inhaled and tried to calm my nerves. I decided to leave the Great Hall and go to the library... I needed to return that book anyway.
Arriving at the library I headed straight to the History section to choose another book. I need to admit the last one was pretty boring. It had alot of details but it surely did focus on the progress of every event rather than the historical events on their own. I hope the next one will be-
"Y/N"
I knew exactly who called me and with that turned around, faced Cedric and waited for him to say something.
"I have Quidditch practice in 15 minutes so how about we talk about you know 'the situation' before Herbology class because I have a free period then?" Cedric eyes were hopefully searching for my answer.
"Yes sure".
Great now I need to wait another 3 hours ... I guess since I have some spare time now I could go and head back to my dorm room and sleep for awhile. I really could use some extra sleep. But of course my pathetic fate had other plans.
A letter was lying on my nightstand and as much as I can tell it's a non magical one. That only means trouble because I knew exactly from who this letter could be. I knew I had only had some spare time before meeting up with Cedric but I also knew that if I ignore this letter from my parents I will probably forget it completely which means I can bet my sweet ass that I will have a huge problem because I didn't write them back. So I decided to open the envelope...
My eyes teared up when I finished reading the letter.
'DISOWN' ?! How am I supposed to find a place to stay, a job and proceed with school at the same time? Couldn't they wait until I graduated?! And where... where am I supposed to stay when summer holidays start?I have only 3 more months to figure this out.
It didn't shock me in the slightest that my parents disowned me but it did shock me that they did it before graduation. I was so filling with anger that I didn't realise that I was crying. I went to the mirror and wiped my eyes dry before heading straight to my escape place which is near the Forbidden Forest on a rock because I feared my roommates may return from their classes and I couldn't bear that they see me in this state. The reason why this place is my escape place is because I haven't seen 1 person going here and except for my friends nobody knew that I went there. So I sat down on the cold stone and stared at the Forbidden Forrest.
I didn't even realise how much time has past but regardless of my promise to meet up with Cedric I remained where I was and gazed blankly into the void. So many thoughts crossed my mind right now. No matter if it's about how I'll survive during summer holidays since hogwarts sents all students home or if it's simply about since when my parents stopped caring about me.
I couldn't tell to be honest it seemed like their hatred was always present or at least that's the only memory I have of them. Nevertheless I couldn't possible have a conversation with Cedric in my state of mind. I probably couldn't concentrate on what he says and just ignore him while thinking about my current situation. I'm going to explain myself afterwards right now I need to clear my mind.
But honestly it still shocked me that people don't realise that a child won't fix a doomed relationship. I mean why did my parents decide to keep me anyway if the result would be traumatising and abandoning me. Some people just shouldn't have the right to become parents in the first place.
I wiped my eyes dry and tried to think rationally about my next steps. Maybe if I talked with Slughorn about my situation he would understand and have a word with Dumbledore if it would be possible for me to stay at hogwarts during summer. Slughorn seemed to be a trustworthy teacher so I think I could talk to him ... well so is McGonagall but I don't really have anything to do with her. She just seemed like a compassion, caring teacher but-
"Y/N?"
Fuck, Fuck, Fuck .
"I thought we meet up before Herbology? I've searched you everywhere and only when your friends told me the places I could possibly find you, I did" Cedric said frustrated.
"I'm sorry Cedric, I didn't feel in the condition to talk. I would have apologised afterwards " I replied but still keeping my eyes on the forrest not daring to look at him.
"Have you- you cried, didn't you? Your eyes are puffy and red... Y/N... if something is bothering you, you should have come to me immediately" Cedric said with a soft voice and placed his hand on my shoulder. My body shivered when he touched my shoulder.
"Sorry I- I didn't want to scare y-"
"It's okay Cedric, you didn't and I know I can rely on you but I-... I don't know...". I could see him frowning and biting his lip from the corner of my eyes.
"Do you want a hug?" Cedric asked hesitantly.
This really caught me of guard and I just looked down on the ground before nodding my head. He started of with an awkward side hug, not knowing if pulling me into a firm hug would be to much but I did exactly that. I swung my arms around his torso and buried my face in his neck and stated to unintentionally sob.
After awhile I calmed down and slowly pulled back because I thought if I kept hugging him I couldn't stop anymore. He was so soft and smelled like honey and chopped wood. It was really hypnotising but also calming.
"Remember when you told me that Slytherins tend to say 'I care about you' instead of 'I love you'? You know I'm not a Slytherin but- Merlin.... Look what I'm trying to say is that I care about you a lot and it hurts me knowing that you are holding on to many unsaid things which is eating you up inside everyday. And I was so stubborn to see that so that's why I got so frustrated with you. I thought you avoided me on purpose or something. I need to give credit to your friends for that because I didn't realise that by myself", Cedric confessed while whipping away my tears from my cheek.
I looked into his eyes and honestly I didn't know what took over me but I pecked Cedric lips for 2 milliseconds and pulled back with wide eyes. Slowly regret started to built up and I felt completely embarrassed. It took Cedric quite awhile to proceed what just happened but he quickly pulled me in another, longer and more passionate kiss.
When we pulled back he pulled me into his embrace and mumbled into my hair
" Please whenever you feel the need to talk to somebody about ANYTHING at all just tell me. I will always be here for you."
This time he hugged me like a fragile glass figure that could break if you hugged it to tight. But I simply hugged him like I never wanted to let him go which results him to tighten his hug.
"I do have something important to tell you but this can wait because I want to enjoy this moment", I replied.
"Whenever you are ready, darling. I'll be patient".

Bitter Sweet Symphony
Jae x reader
part 14 - Hog's Head Inn
words: probably somewhere around 2.8k
A/N: I know that the timeline of the song and story don't match but just like ignore it please? Thank you. Also, I hope nobody gets offended by me mixing stuff up... it's called fiction for a reason🙄
tag list: @softminygi @zico-aesthetics (slowly building this little sections so do come along and message me if you wanna be apart of it)
-
Y/N glared over playfully at Jae and his friends as they both snorted out a laugh. Wonpil had woken up and proceeded to spam the girl with funny pictures of Jae, but at the same time sent some questioning photos of Y/N herself to the Slytherin boy. And now, both were wagging war on twitter, almost crashing the app on both of their phones.
Sunmi glanced at the girl sitting opposite her at the table and smiled in amusement as she observed her reactions to the Slytherin blond boy with the soft rimmed glasses. Even though they started out on the wrong foot, it seems they are slowly gravitating to one another in a finer manner.
"Sunmi-unnie." Momo whispered to grab the Ravenclaw girl's attention. "Don't you think Y/N-unnie and Jae-oppa would make a good couple?"
Sunmi almost choked on her butterbeer as the younger Hufflepuff looked on to the two. If even the dull Momo managed to figure out the chemistry between these two then who hasn't?
"I agree little Momo. They would make the fine pair." Sunmi nodded and caught the angered gaze of Sungjin directed at Jae. 'Ho, do I smell jealousy?' She smiled at the thought only for it to be broken by a ping on Y/N's phone.
The girl quickly scanned the message she got and sighed, standing up and grabbing the blue coat which was drapped over her chair. She met eyes with Jae and smirked at him endaringly.
"We'll continue our banter later snake boy." She said as she looked back over to Sunmi. "Don't wait up for me, I probably won't be back until curfew."
"Alright. I'll bribe our head girl again if you stay out later." Sunmi nodded. "Be careful Y/N."
"Thank you." She hugged the older girl. "And don't worry so much about me, I'll be fine."
And with that Y/N went off towards the exit, noticing just how much Jae was following her every move with his eyes.
"See you later, Jae." Y/N stopped short when the older boy blushed at her use of his name and at the same time blushed back.
She quickly scurried out the door into the cold and headed up the street away from the Three Broomsticks Inn.
"What the hell was that Y/N? Get yourself together damn it."
And with that she walked towards the Hog's Head Inn.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
-
Just as Y/N left the Three Broomsticks Sungjin turned to Jae anger evident in his eyes. Sunmi also noticed the shift in atmosphere because the Slytherin boy wasn't blushing so much anymore, rather he was now coldly staring at his Gryffindor friend.
"What?" Jae asked out loud.
"What? You dare ask me what when you know very well what?!" Sungjin looked like a volcano ready to errupt any second.
"You're mad at me because I talked to Y/N." Jae sighed and rolled his eyes. "I don't remember you having any power over me or her to ban us from talking."
"Jae you know I like her!" Sunmi coughed just as Momo took a very loud bite of her cookie. "I have a feeling you like her too and she likes you. Which means I have no chance to get close to her what so ever!"
Jae's eyes only grew colder as he looked at his younger friend with a slight annoyance in his expression. Both Younghyun and Dowoon moved over to the table where the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff girl sat, fearing the worst and not exactly wishing to be in the middle of this little argument.
"Sungjin, I really don't care what you are thinking about right now and the fact that I have to walk on egg shells around you is getting on my last nerve more than you know." Jae stood up loudly and sighed. "I'm going to be the bigger person here and leave the room so a fight doesn't break out between us, but remember this well Sungjin." Jae's pointed look stayed on the dark haired boy just as four pairs of eager eyes observed him from the next table. "I do like Y/N, and I will not give up on her just because you don't have the balls to confess to her."
And with that the Slytherin boy left the Inn, a very awkward silence falling between the students present.
-
The Hog's Head Inn had a distinctive smell of stale mold as Y/N walked inside. She noticed not many people ever visited this place and the people in here seemed to be either very grumpy old men or some very sketchy students.
No wonder this place was always full of Slytherins.
The girl proceeded to walk towards the rusty old stairs and took one at a time with caution as to not fall through the creacking wood. It didn't take her much time at all to reach the upstairs sitting room where a man in dark robes sat tending to the fire. With a heavy intake of breath, which almost suffocated the girl thanks to the pilled up dust of this place, she walked over to the empty seat beside the man and patted off the dirt from the cushion as much as she could before sitting down.
"It's good to see you daughter." The man spoke, his dark almond eyes meeting Y/N's presence.
"I could say the same to you, but we both know that would be a lie." The girl grumbled out. "Why am I here?"
"Straight to the point I see. No wonder your mother is angered with your sharp tongue." The man smiled softly. "It's the same as hers."
Y/N rolled her eyes not answering nor speaking further.
"It's a blessing to be able to summon a patronus Y/N. And you did that all by yourself without trying beforehand. I must compliment you on the execution of the spell perfectly." The man spoke as he leaned back into the armchair he was sitting on. "I spoke with Dumbledore and he praised your school work as much as your talent for quidditch. I'm very proud of your progress." The girl rolled her eyes at those words. "I have taken the liberty of asking Headmaster Dumbledore to let you take a break from school for a few days so you may visit your mother and brother."
Y/N eyes hardened at these words but she kept her tongue at bay. It wasn't the time yet to attack the man out of nowhere like that with her clear displeasure of these events.
"And why would I agree to this?" She asked stoic.
"Y/N, you haven't seen your mother or brother for the last 5 years of your school life. You always stay at Hogwarts for the holidays and never answer any of the letters your mother sends you." Y/N's gaze never wavered from the fire. "I know you and Sao don't have the strongest of sibling bonds but they are still your family."
"I thought I wasn't her daughter anymore since Sao didn't show any affinity to magic and I did." It was more of a statement than a thought. "I'm not leaving Hogwarts in the middle of the school term just because the woman can't apologise and for a brother that doesn't want to see me."
Y/N stood to go but stopped short at her father's next words.
"I don't wish to take these means but if you don't go I will have to resign you from Hogwarts for good." Y/N's eyes filled with wide anger bore into her father's. "I'm sorry daughter, but it's the only way."

The students of Hogwarts who lingered in the halls all began moving left and right as Y/N went full speed down in a running motion, her coat flailing behind her like a majestic cape. She was taking twists and turns and stairs two at a time to reach the Gargoyle corridor where Headmaster Dumbledore's office is located. With heavy breaths she stopped in front of the gargoyle and tapped it on the head for it to wake up.
The gargoyle stirred and glared at the girl as she only huffed before saying the password.
"Iced mice." The gargoyle groaned but moved letting the girl pass through.
She climbed all the way up to the office, entering it with a soft knock.
"My my Miss Jeong, I don't remember telling you the password to my office." Dumbledore spoke up from his seat behind his desk.
He smiled kindly through his long white beard and gestured for the girl to come closer and take a seat.
"Is it true?" Y/N didn't move from her standing postition in the middle of the room. "Is it true that my father will be taking me out of school if I don't leave?"
"Miss Jeong calm down." Dumbledore stood up and walked around his desk to face the girl fully. "It is true your father requested your absence for a few days but I have not given him permision. I believe that only you may choose if you wish to leave or not."
"But he said he'll take me away..." Y/N fidgeted with the sleeves of her coat not understanding what was happening.
"Miss Jeong you have nothing to fear. Professor Flitwick has been notified of this and will not allow such actions to take place. Do get some rest, curfew is soon upon us." The headmaster smiled as a confused Y/N went to leave. "Oh and Miss Jeong?" The girl turned around. "We'll talk about you knowing about the password to my office tomorrow. Good night."
Y/N moved through the halls not paying attention to anything or anybody. The halls were mostly empty with a few prefects walking about to check who is still out to remind them of their curfew. And just as she turned the corner she bumped into somebody stopping in her zombie like pace.
"Y/N?"
She looked up to be met with a thick tuff of blond hair covering a pair of eyes behind some glasses.
"Jae?" She blinked a few times until she burst into a fit of soft sobs and grabbed onto the taller boy's green bomber jacket. "...Jae..."
Jae barely had time to come to terms with the fact that: a) his crush had just called him by name while sobbing, b) his crush is literally clinging to him and c) the Slytherin prefect is out looking for students that are out after curfew and he's one of them. So what does Jae do? Jae gently takes Y/N's hand and they run through the halls to the more secluded part of the Hogwarts castle and hide in one of the many towers where they will not be bothered.
"Are you okay?" Jae asked Y/N as he gently sat down next to her on the ground.
"No." She squeaked out and sniffed.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked her again.
"No." She answered again.
Jae blinked but nodded understanding her completely. He felt a small hand wrap around his and he blushed intensely when the smaller girl placed her head on his shoulder.
"Just... stay here... like this..." She whispered out.
"Okay, I can do that." Jae said nervous, adding in a giggle or two. "I can do that no problem."
Y/N only snorted but tried to calm down her extenseve sobbing. Jae placed his head on the cold wall and began humming softly to a song in his head, earning a curious glance from the girl.
Y/N kept quiet as she listened to the soft humms of the young boy.
"That's pretty, what's the title?" Y/N asked.
"Oh? Well it's a song by a muggle band, The Verve." Jae looked down at Y/N. "Bitter Sweet Symphony."
"Kind of sums up my life right now." Y/N giggled and looked up at Jae.
Their faces were only inches appart, their breaths mixing as their eyes lingered on each other. Y/N felt the mint radiate off of his lips just as Jae enjoyed the smell of lillies from her hair. The milisecond of bounce in Jae's eyes that went from her eyes to her lips didn't go unnoticed by the girl and she darted the tip of her tongue out to wet her plump lips.
"Oh fuck it." Jae hissed and leaned in to the girl fully, placing his lips on hers.
The kiss was hesitant at first, Jae being so unsure and slowly regretting the fact that he even made a move. That is until Y/N placed her arms around his neck and kissed him back, catching him by surprise. His hands travelled down to her hips just as the girl climbed onto his lap, their lips moving in union.

When they pulled back from each other to grab a hefty fine of air Jae noticed the lust in Y/N's eyes and she too noticed the need in his. The girl only smirked and kissed the boy again.
"Oh fuck it well Jae." Y/N pushed him down to the floor just as he moaned into her mouth at the sudden friction of his lower body.
The sudden darkness of the lonesome tower aided the two in this night adventure as both did their best to keep the noise to a minimum.

Yes, I did
New Start - Part 2
Part 1
Pairing: Draco Malfoy x reader Word count: 1,3k Warning: none A/N: I really like this one, kinda proud of it.
Draco is upset by your reaction, and you are angry at him, but you both want to make peace. Your friend takes you to a small park, where you will discover that you are not as lucky as you thought -- not in the way you considered it, at least.
“Wait!” you shout, hating yourself for it. “Draco!”
As you got out of the bar just seconds ago, head turning left and right looking for him, you prayed Merlin that he hadn’t disapparated.
Fortunately, your recent disagreement has left him quite unable to do the simplest thing, even holding his wand, and you spot him pacing on the sidewalk to calm himself down.
As he did not hear you, or faked to, you start running to catch up on him, so it’s a sweaty and out of breath Y/N that intertwines fingers with him.
“I- you- it’s-” you puff, unable to line two coherent words inside your head.
He doesn’t say anything, simply hopefully stares at you with those stolen moon rays that he uses as eyes. Merlin’s socks, those eyes.
What?
“You-” you gulp some air -- and push any awkward thought far away from your mind -- before resuming, “you left too much money.”
His gaze drops to your other hand, that you held up at his chest height, clutching a couple of banknotes.
“Um- thank you,” he hesitates, then adds, “Do you want to walk a bit?”
You nod in approval, and the both of you lazily start walking.
You shoot him a discrete sideways glance, and you bit your lip. His gaze is off, and his face is expressionless. That’s what you call his wall, the one behind which he hides so you cannot guess his feelings.
For three years, he’s been the one to help you the most, to support you on every move, and you still dare to deceive him.
It wouldn’t be hard to put a little effort from your side. You could try. But it hurts so much. It feels like you’re betraying your boyfriend. Even if he’s dead. Even if Draco and you are just friends.
Still, you need to do this for him. He needs to know that you appreciate him as much as he does.
As you wander in the street, without saying a word, some sun rays shyly show themselves from rare sky spots that are not covered with clouds, and you find yourself appreciating it. You’re missing a steady source of warmness in this moment. Something to guide you toward the right things to say. You don’t want to harm him, but you don’t want to hurt your feelings either.
Draco gently pulls you toward a secondary street, and then across another one, then turning left, and right, and finally right again.
“Where are we going?” you ask, in a soft voice that makes your recent anger seem so far.
“You are the Muggle that lives in London,” he replies, exposing his teeth in a gentle smile, “you should know.”
“Don’t you start making fun of me,” you pout, causing him to grin even more. “So?”
For an answer, he gestures toward the metallic gates of a small park. As you step past them, you feel your heart lighten as if you had entered a protective bubble. The birds chirp, the sun shines, and the butterflies dance around the recently bloomed flowers.
This is the happier you’ve been on a second of May so far.
“Would you like to sit?” he asks, face now contracted in preoccupation. “I still need to tell you something.”
With a small plop, your imaginary protection disappears as his words make their way to your brain. “Oh Draco, I- It’s great to go out with you, but you know that today- today is not the day.”
His grip on your hand tightens.
Of course, he knows it. It’s never been the day since the second of May of three years ago.
His eyes lock with yours as you stop walking under the shadow of a willow tree. He brushes your hair as carefully as if he was touching the petals of a flower, and his pursed lips finally relax as he offers you one of his rarest and most sincere smiles.
He knows that today is not the day, but he still needs to give it a try.
“You’ve never been caught by the Inquisitorial Squad, have you?”
This unexpected question startles you. “What?”
“Just answer. Have you?”
It was more than five years ago, under Umbridge’s rule at Hogwarts. You were part of Dumbledore’s Army. You enjoyed every practice, the progresses you were making, the new friends you were meeting. You liked the fact that nobody considered your blood status, just your abilities. It was one of your best memories of Hogwarts.
But the Inquisitorial Squad was raised. Everybody was questioned. No, not everybody.
Not you.
“No,” you whisper, still lost in your memories. “Why?”
He kindly dismisses your question with a movement of his hand. “I’m the one asking for answers now.”
With a new smile, though this time it’s a sad, concerned one, he continues, “The night when- when I led the Death Eaters inside Hogwarts, you weren’t able to answer Potter’s call, were you?”
Your eyes prickle.
That night, you had checked your coin once more, in a foolish hope to see it display a message, when your heart skipped a bit. Somebody had summoned the DA. You jumped out of your bed, ready to assist your friends, but after getting dressed up you couldn’t manage to get out of your dormitory.
You heard muffled screams, sounds of a fight going on, and were desperate to go help whomever was battling, but there was no way to open the doors.
“No,” you repeat, slowly starting to get his point.
“Do you remember what happened to you during our second year?”
The year when the Chamber of the Secrets was open. Every Muggleborn in the castle was a nervous wreck after what had happened to Colin Creevey, Justin Finch Fletchley, and Hermione Granger. Something, whatever it was, was chasing your blood type.
You were at the edge of a nervous crisis when you received a convocation from home, saying that you were to urgently come back. Professor McGonagall let you go, even before the school was put on lockdown.
Strangely, when you got home, your parents denied having sent any message.
“Yes,” you let out, comprehension faintly hitting you. “Draco, what-”
“Wait,” he interrupts you, “let me finish.”
After a small pause, during which he seems to gather his thoughts, he goes on. “When you managed to break out from the manor-”
You make a strangled noise, showing how hard it is for you to hear about this.
“Who was chasing you?”
“Dolohov. Antonin Dolohov,” you spit, hatred in your weak voice.
“And did you seem him after?”
“Yes,” you recall, trying to remember when. “During the battle… He was injured. Jim managed to shoot him a curse, I heard-”
You stop, awareness and shock spread across your face. Jim couldn’t have shot him a curse. You had no wands, the Death Eaters had seized them.
In three years, three bloody long years, how could you miss this detail?
“Draco. Did you avoid questioning me?”
He knows what you are talking about, because he imagined your reaction to be like this. His first question was about the Inquisitorial Squad. “Yes, I did.”
“And did you seal the door of my dormitory?” you ask, realizing how crazy just the thought of it is.
His answer comes as simply as the previous one. “Yes, I did.”
“And did you fake my parents’ signature to get me home?”
Again, plain answer, “Yes, I did.”
You had always thought that you were an extremely lucky person.
As you look back in your memories, you find other of these strange incidents: your unexpected soft landing after a 10 meters-high fall during a Quidditch match, how Pansy Parkinson suffered a whole day with a rodent tail attached to her bottom after calling you a “rat of a mudblood”, flowers, from an anonymous friend that, that you received during your recovery time after you caught a violent flu in fourth year…
How could have you been so blind? These were not coincidences, but how were you supposed to guess…
“In the bar, earlier, you said that you saved me. Draco, did- did you curse Dolohov and let me- escape?”
“Yes, Y/N, I did.”
