i have this theory that dess is the knight, and that her and Asriel were supposed to be part of the prophecy and that carol and asgore were working together to stop the prophecy which entailed doing away with their kids in different ways, asgore chose to do whatever with Asriel and just told Kris he went off to college and Carol decided to Knight dess but instead of stopping the prophecy it just transferred to Kris and Noelle Susie. which is to say I think toriel and asgore got divorced partially because of whatever he did with Asriel. there's more to this but I'm fighting a headache

i have very little to base this theory off of, but its a fun theory

just remembered a post i made a few weeks before Deltarune chapters 3 and 4 released where I jokingly said that Tenna was my favorite part of chapter 3 and that chapter 4 had a really nice atmosphere. and then I actually played chapters 3 and 4. and I later told a friend that Tenna was my favorite part of chapter 3 and that chapter 4 had a nice atmosphere.
