nate is a known advocate for therapy. he’s been seeing a sports therapist since 2017

they wear matching clothing all the fucking time, sid has said publicly that he started wearing white sneakers and updated his wardrobe due to nate’s influence (iirc nate might’ve even bought him his first pair of white sneakers? either that or it was a “he told me i need to so i did” situation). they share a tailor. unfortunately i now have to bring your attention to the fact that since they have an alarming amount of matching clothes that they’ve bought for each other, that means that they in fact have to know each other’s clothing sizes off by heart. they also low-key share clothing btw

The most outrageous thing, tho! The thing that drives me up the wall!! Is that his convoluted plans work like clockwork!!! If Sam wasn't an MVP that she is, then Technus' plan to take over the internet by playing a fucking videogame would have been successful. Combining Technus' technology and Skulker's mastery with weapons was a real pro gamer move, and they did almost beat Danny's ass in under 5 minutes. His plan to distract both Danny and Valerie by matchmaking them was stupid as fuck and yet it fucking worked!! How the fuck did it work.

His downfalls are literally 1) his arrogance, and 2) simple dumb bad luck. The reason why he and Skulker failed was because they both were pretentious fucks and were too prideful to cooperate with each other properly despite literally sharing a body. And if Danny and Valerie were a little less afraid of the other getting hurt, he'd have succeeded there, like, for real-real.

His failings more often than not are really just unlucky coincidencies. What a loser lmao.

I think I've seen some thoughts swirling around the fandom that it refers to the roman numerals like Veronika's, Whit's, Arei's, etc., as in literally taking 4 out of them like Whit's XV-IV becomes XI Mai's, but maybe considering it's colored green like in Arturo's section, it's referring to him? What does this mean? i dunno. could it mean he only lives to chapter 3? or chapter 4? either Whit or Veronika is involved with him as either his killer or victim? could J's "do it like that, let's live together" be a reference to her+her family literally living together?(as in, the line is literal with them) not elaborating cuz it's just a guess. i think some of the drdt side characters have colors in this mv too, since although the same colors show up many times, they are usually in different shades of the color. i think the only colors i remember with the same shade showing up a lot is a dark red and black.

what is going on with that broken clock stuck with a fork in it having approximately the same frozen time as Xander stabbing Teruko in like... was it episode 5?(read the clock as 15:31, or some time close to that idr) i think so. considering there's a fork-like object, that might have been the weapon used to play optometry simulator with Xander's eye. it's probably a bit more symbolic than at face value something something xanruko but. more guesses. eden immediately becomes suspicious but like ehhh. funny coincidences. i don't want to think about it, plus it's such an immediate connection that it's almost suspicious in and of itself.

why did Teruko bump into Xander? i don't mean this in a super deep philosophical way, I just mean that logically, she bumped into his eye, meaning it was a (semi) head-on collision where their faces were both facing each other. It could be that Xander bumped into her head from behind but I'm really trying to envision that and it's not working. maybe i have rocks for brains :( but yeah it sort of implies that Xander was going back to the dorm rooms which... why tho? if she turned the corner and bumped into him, he would have to be going in the direction of the dorms(i think, unless there's some secret passage shenanigans going on). so like. did he already get that note to kill teruko and just sort of went back there to check for stragglers? forget something in his room, even though teruko proved they can't go back inside? if it's the former why didn't he just bare-hand teruko to death in the infirmary?(JOKE) this is another dumb question that honestly needs no explanation i just like thinking about needless things.

ok before I get booed off the stage!!! Like everything else here I'm not opposed to the idea or this being wrong. I'm just thinking that in order for the motive to work, Eden would actually have to like. remember which girl it is. if it is Mai that makes Eden immediately suspicious, because I feel like with how much of an impact she had on the class they would have brought her up at least once if they can remember her, even if she is dead. I mean none of the class seems to remember any maybe past time in East(?) Hope's Peak, so. Anyone even remembering is suspicious. weak argument i know, it just boils down to "you would think Eden would remember which girl it is she kissed" when I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation to untangle that knot, but this entire post is full of weak thoughts for a fittingly weak mind 😔

(cw: description of murder but like ...this show... uh... you know) what is going on with how needlessly complicated Arei's murder method was? Like, what's the motive behind it? obviously it'll be explained in part 2, but why wouldn't the kiler just let her asphyxiate? I know i know human decency, but mercy is a luxury these days. and if the killer accidentally applied too much force her head would snap off like a funko pop and i really doubt any killer wants to deal with that mess so like. why take the risk? there are plenty of easier options that i can immediately think of like suffocation or drowning. i don't really think "quick death" works as an argument here since it probably takes longer to set everything up with the fish than wait for her to die. I have my guesses for this but they contain so many logical leaps that at this point you're better off letting a wheel randomly pick her killer and going with that.

what is with Eden's tendency to get involved in every murder? Ch2 is obvious, but in Ch1, let's assume that plot armor was on Xander's side and Teruko used up all her luck. It's still hypothetically possible for her to have pointed out Xander as the killer and defended Charles due to seeing the wound in the infirmary. from a story-writing perspective, i kind of get why she had to be in the room and be told to leave, but that's still suspicious to me. another weak thought.

what's with the eerie level of sympathy that whoever constructed the motives has for whoever has the entire family died secret Xander? (I'm just going to say this secret is Xander's just to have an easy way to refer to it, but I fully acknowledge it could be someone else's. I just think it's his due to parent(s) and sibling(s). Hypothetically, Teruko would just be kinda :/ at a more than 1 sibling reveal and Levi only brings up having a mom, though I get this is a weak argument too considering that others are unaccounted for.) All the motives are written with some level of blame in it, some being a bit hostile(like the 3 time attempter) but Xander's feels like it barely works as a motive due to how...kindly it's worded. I get why it does work, but kind of like how they say death games say more about their creators than their participants or human nature, I think it's revealing of something about either the audience, the mastermind, or the traitor that his is worded in such a way that it's like "well... okay...so?" like yes Xander absolutely wants to keep it a secret based on the infirmary talk with Teruko, but it really inspires no sense of urgency and it's not anything new to anyone; not the audience(us, I mean), not the mastermind or traitor(assuming they're not amnesiac), not to whomever owns the secret(probably), just the participants and maybe the hypothetical audience in drdt's fourth wall. And it inspires sympathy by specifically absolving the secret owner of guilt, which no other secret does. Sure it works as a gut punch but unless the character was already at a breaking point, it's a very weak motive.(imo, of course) not that weak motives are new, but...

"disowned" and "doing the laundry" are incredibly funny euphemisms Levi. No context, moving on

Lastly, I did some thinking about what Teruko's plan is in ch2 ep 7. No clue what that is! But I was thinking about Veronikas(? sorry idr) hypothetical plan where they just bore the audience out like a certain mainline dr title. Even though it's not entertained as something practical, I do think that the hidden text in the about page implies that it wouldn't work due to the fact that they can just starve to death according to timelooper. Is the hidden text even talking about this specific killing game and not one that's happened in the past or future with completely unrelated characters? who knows lol. but the pronoun "we" in it during the segment at the end of "i wish i could feel something" paragraph is kind of weird if this looper is not with the killing game participants, or at the very least watching, with different scenarios playing out each time. It's weird to just plop this on the page and have it not be relevant to the story in some way. Anyway, even if starvation is simply an entire chapter motive on its own, the fact that they all collectively starve to death without a murder means this is something that mastermind is chill with. So, despite the comforts that the mastermind/broadcasters provide the students with, there is some kind of soft time limit in this game, though I'm sure that can be artificially messed with at will. Regardless, I think it implies boring people just doesn't work.

A mix of CPNs going around turtle spaces lately and I thought would be nice to talk about on here. either to archive or to share to those who probably have missed it— and they are not very well known ones that’s why i love them. aside from galaxy brain cpns, candy archaeology is my favorite thing 🍬 especially if it’s suspicious ones.

I. Skateboard as a Distraction

This is post Tencent Starlight 2019 when they left the event together. What’s special about this is how it shows how they protect each other. How their teams operate and work well together, tho this was early on, I think both their teams collaborate much better and smoothly now. So what happened was there were many people waiting for them to come out and Bobo suddenly appears— on his skateboard. This is unusual for him because he usually doesn’t show off especially in public places like this. He was also not wearing a mask, making him easily recognizable, something he surely wouldn’t do at this time knowing that people are waiting for him. The logical deduction here is he wants to be seen. He wants people to follow him and have their eyes on him.

A few moments later, we know why. XZ appears with his team with no luggages on hand. He was able to make a quiet exit and wearing the nike paranoise shoes ( which is another story ). What’s funny here is some XZ weifen were scolding WYB because he was causing a ruckus skateboarding, in the meantime XZ just appeared quietly. NOT KNOWING THAT YIBO WAS THE REASON WHY XZ WAS ABLE TO DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. WYB did that to distract people, his staff even holding XZ’s things/luggages so that XZ can exit quietly ( well as quietly as he can ).

I wonder how many times they did this, I can think of a few more after this incident. Protecting each other like this. I feel so soft because WYB didn’t care about what people will say about him. He will use himself as a distraction to make things easier for XZ. Incidents like this, even if you don’t szd, even if you just know of them from the Untamed — this is proof that they do care for each other. Them and Their team tried their best to work together to navigate the chaos that their new found fame brought them. This is why XZS 🤝 YBO cpn is popular because they were already doing it before so it only makes sense that it still goes on. This gesture seems so small & simple but shows what love is. Love is protecting you. 🥺

This is the same event where people were saying someone was following XZ’s car, then a fan said, the car was Yibo’s team. So they really left together.

II. White Hair

A short one and more of speculation. I’m so sorry to XZ for exposing his one strand of white hair. Lol. Anyway, On 10/19/2019 there was a post somewhere online that had this subject : Very distressed, I really want to announce this to the world loudly.

and the post said : I am a man, I have a boyfriend who I met at work and we have been together for a year! But he is 6 years younger than me, and because of special reasons at work, so it’s not convenient to make it public, but our relationship is really good.

One of the photos had a person’s head on it but you can’t see it except for a strand of white hair— which people think is GG.

LOOK BRO, I do believe in coincidences but this is too much. It’s one of my favorite BJYX fandom story and it’s because, again, what are the chances? We don’t know if it’s really GG that is on the photo but still. Anyone can post that — I have a boyfriend blah blah blah. sure. But Yibo posting the next day when people asked the OP to? What? It’s either the universe is fucking with us or it’s truly SZD. 🤯

III. The W Hotel Story

before we go any further, i will mark this section as fake and fan fiction. none of this happened. it’s all made up.

The date is 7/23/2018, the boys were still filming CQL and were not yet the XZ and WYB we know now. This is why I think these clues were able to make it out there cause no one was looking. No one cared — compared to how it is now. So they were both in Hengdian, after work, they spent time at this hotel in Shanghai before Yibo went to Tokyo. The thing is, fans were already waiting in Hangzhou, thinking Bobo will be there to ride the international flight to Tokyo. But he didn’t. His itinerary was hidden. If this happened in 2022, I think we will CPN the same thing, as per the same city and well — stuff like this:

Upon further investigation, the suite XZ photographed is from the Fantasy Suite in the hotel. This is a luxury hotel and at the time was hard to get in because it’s new and popular with rooms sometimes being up to really expensive. The suite he stayed in was the 38th floor and most of it is color red which is GG’s favorite color.

The reason why this cpn was buried was it was used by antis to say that GG was staying with a sugar daddy at this hotel. So this is why turtles need to be careful with certain CPN because some people may twist it into something else. I hope that our boys get to spend days together and i’m pretty sure they are more discreet now. We will barely see any clue. 🤐

Finally watched spiderverse so here some initials thoughts / analysis / theorizing...... This is all messages I originally sent to my friend so if they're worded nonsensically that's why 😭

Just so u know I'm genuinely mad at Miguel for acting like that towards my cousin Miles so it's gonna influence some of my thoughts on him 🫶🏾 warning for spoilers for Everything of course 😱

I started thinking about it and I think Miguel is wrong about Miles being an anomaly btw.

My thought is that... Yeah the spider is from a different universe, but Miles is from a different Canon, if that makes sense 😭 like he doesn't have to follow the same canon as every other spiderman cuz his story is His Own. Not to mention the like... Puzzle pieces falling into place. If he wasn't meant for the role, why did he lose his uncle? Why is he at risk of losing his father? It's not by sheer coincidence!

Miguel didn't dare consider the fact that some stories will take different directions, and not everyone's Canon Events are gonna be the same because not every spiderman is the same!!

I hope Hobie and Pav get more screentime in the next 😭 they're both rly charming but I don't feel like I got a chance to rly Know them yet .... Especially when I feel like a lot of Hobie's dialogue was Quips 😔 his personality rly shined thru his actions + interactions with Miles tho

I don't imagine Miguel would be #Killed in the next movie but I do think he would need to like..... Damn what's the word.... He would have to realize that he shouldn't force his pain onto others if that makes sense 😭

The fact that Miguel just.... Slotted himself into this universe where he didn't Belong. Like that says something about him that he was so willing to Replace this dead version of himself. That his Spidermanning wasn't fulfilling to him and he thought he'd be happier with a Normal life. And for a time it worked.... This all implies something about him but I don't have much more of a developed thought than that

I think Miguel is jealous of Miles... That Miles is determined enough to Change things, to try something new. Miguel gave up on that kinda thing long ago, but Miles is still young and bold.

It's not like [Miguel doomed a dimension] Intentionally 😭 and it was probably that that led to him forming the Spider Dimension Bureau of whatever the hell he called it... It's easy to imagine him feeling envious that ah..... Other spider people got to have Happy Endings, essentially, despite their pain n suffering

I wanna say Miguel shouldn't be the Leader but I like... Get why he Is 😭💔 compared to the other Spider People he's... Ruthless. He'll do anything to get the job done, he's managed to shut off the part of himself that Cares basically. He'll put himself in the position of Spiderman and make sure nothing else matters but that role and ensuring the #Multiverse doesn't collapse... also, i wonder just how strong sophie is. like, the way she knocked fitz into the wall ??? thats her not knowing the full extent of her powers. i have a feeling shes always gonna be one of those main characters whos extremely powerful but constantly throughout the series she finds new abilities she has. kinda like percy jackson

im also realizing how stupid ill seem if im just overanalysing everything and my guesses are too far-fetched or too deeply thought out to really mean anything lololol

I enjoyed Sabrina's album more than I thought I would. A little hit or miss, but overall pretty solid!!

I also enjoyed it way more than I expected to. There were a few things I really enjoyed about it: firstly, as always, her voice. Sabrina really and truly has one of the most, if not the most, beautiful voices of the Gen Z pop stars. Secondly, I liked the length. I liked that it was short and... sweet lol. Thirdly, well... let's get to the contents and do a track by track breakdown lol.

Taste - strong opener and my first thought was like "damn what a sick bop" but then I started thinking a little about what she was actually saying and I'm... what a fucking bizarre concept for a song. On the bright side, it's a little bit gay, which I really like, because okay girl yes she'll taste YOU on him - this is not a totally original concept and it's always a bit gay when girls start saying this kind of thing ngl and I'm into that aspect of it - but... the part that truly baffles me... is the "I heard you're back together and if that's true". I was following the whole message, and really vibing with the subtextual gayness, until that specific detail. Sabrina's essentially saying: "Camila, I know I got your sloppy seconds and he dumped me for you but I stole all his clothes in the period we were together and now even though he's back with you, you're gonna have to remember I had him in between you having him the first time and having him now." Which is... kind of a self-burn? Or is it? Is she like reclaiming being the August girl in this song lol? What is she actually saying? I'm baffled by this song, I truly am. Sick fucking vibes though if I turn my brain off and just vibe and don't think about the lyrics at all. I will listen to this song again. But I don't understand what the fuck she's saying lol.

Please Please Please - I disliked this song the first time I heard it, and I still dislike it now. I'm not sure if it's meant to be purposefully funny. "I beg you, don't embarrass me, motherfucker" could be funny? But the whole song isn't really that funny? Also it's about Barry, clearly, with the whole "you're an actor" bit and I'm just like... is this woman addicted to self-burns? (Saltburns? Self-burns? Both seemingly lol). Because he sure as shit looks like he'd embarrass you, and y'all have now apparently broken up, so idk that you got what you were begging for here. I'm also going to be honest, the first time I saw the title I expected it to be an orgasmic thing like "please please please [get me off]" but it's not (that disappointed me the first time too) and idk I just don't vibe with this song at all. 2/10 maximum. Sorry. It's also just not vibey enough for me.

Good Graces - another solid bop. Kinda boring tho. Very standard like hype up gym music but feels deeply inauthentic based on the rest of her album and also her overall vibe because "I won't give a fuck about you" is... seemingly not true like at all lol. I feel like she phoned it in on this one tbh.

Sharpest Tool - this was the first song on this album I REALLY actually genuinely liked. I enjoyed it beyond just "yes it'd motivate me to keep running/rowing/stepping/cycling". I really like this song. I also must say, it sounds like Shawn really fucked her over. I think the confusion and the hurt is relatable and feels authentic and I just... I like this song. I also love the fact that she's like "you're a fucking idiot and I guess that makes me an even bigger idiot for falling for you" because I've definitely felt that way/thought that about some people but I am not certain I've heard it expressed in a song as directly and I just... really dig this song.

Coincidence - okay so I can see how if you're in a situation where someone you're seeing goes back to their ex, which is not an uncommon situation to find oneself in, this would be on repeat. It makes sense on account of how, as Sabrina has now repeatedly told us, Shawn went back to Camila. I do like the continuation of the Sharpest Tool thing where she's like "guess this makes me a bit of an idiot but not as much as you apparently think I am" and it's boppy af but yeah not my fave.

Bed Chem - I actively fucking hate this song. My first problem is that I just can't not see Barry in my head as she's singing it and I keep judging her for that. I know I've judged Swifties for that kind of thing before but I just... it's a pretty accurate description of Barry's vibe, same as Please Please Please, and I'm just sitting there like... "Sabrina, are you seriously telling me you looked at BARRY KEOGHAN AND POPPED OFF LIKE THIS?" Then I think like, actually yes, I can imagine that because despite her trying to make this probably the sexiest and most explicit song on the album it's super fucking unsexy. I hate positions and 34+35 (Sabrina also tells us the thermostat is set at 69 in this song and I'm genuinely asking if either Ari or Sabrina have ever had really good sex because thus far nothing has convinced me that they have) but I somehow hate this song even more ardently. It also sounds like it got lost from a shitty long forgotten 00s/10s one hit wonder's album. I just fucking hate this song. Everything about it is terrible. I wish I could unhear it. Then again, this appears to be a recurring theme for me and things to do with Barry - I wish I could unsee his "big bad mmmm" as Sabrina called it but here we are, I live in this timeline now.

Espresso - I've obviously heard this song before and look, it's cute enough but originally struck me as utterly forgettable. There was nothing to like or hate about it because it sort of just exists. However, the rest of this album has made me kinda reassess this stance because it has some unintentionally hilarious lines. "Too bad your ex don't do it for you," sings Sabrina, seemingly totally unironically, on an album primarily about how Shawn went back to his ex. I also find "I can't relate to desperation / My give-a-fucks are on vacation" very fucking funny, again because of the contents of the rest of this album. Bestie, all of your songs about Barry are desperate as fuck. You can't get over Shawn going back to Camila. When have your fucks ever taken a vacation plz stop lying to us. Also, on the bad sex thing like the whole Nintendo metaphor makes me... unconvinced she's ever had good sex because idk if I've ever been like "woah that was incredible, I got played like a Nintendo." It's also unclear to me from the lyrics who's the one playing Nintendo and while I can see how you could sorta do that vibe on a vajayjay if she's keeping HIM up by playing him like a Nintendo then that sounds like it'd be very fucking weird.

Dumb & Poetic - I'm not lying when I say to you guys this is one of my favourite songs I've heard this year. It is so fucking funny, it's so relatable, her voice sounds grand on it, I just love it. Honestly a 10/10 song. This is one of the songs I'm not totally sure is purely a Shawn smackcam - it's obviously inspired by him, but parts of it remind me of us. so it could also be a bit DoB. I think that's partly why I love it, because there are SO many guys like this in the world lmao and this song sums them up so so so so well.

Slim Pickins - RIP Gaybrinas, she just killed y'all dead. Aside from being one of the straightest things a woman has ever written I guess I can see why it'd be relatable to girls and gays who are feeling frustrated with their dating options bc boys are menaces, this is true.

Juno - Sabrina is truly at her worst when she tries to make sexy songs. This song is terrible. It is marginally less dreadful than Bed Chem, on account of how the title and concept is kinda funny to me (and that's intentional unlike with the accidental jokes on espresso, like she's making a funny intertextual reference and it indeed is pretty funny, I'll grant her that) but there's just NOTHING sexy about it? It's also another Barry song, evidently, and another funny thing about it is imagining his "whole package" somehow fitting inside Sabrina lol ngl.

Lie to Girls - like Dumb & Poetic, this feels like it could be an amalgamation of several arseholes she's had the uncertain pleasure of meeting. I also think it's a (mildly) mildly original and legit relatable concept in terms of us lying to ourselves if we like someone well enough lol. I think we've all lied to ourselves in order to justify being with someone we're into or to justify being into that person in the first place. It's not even just girls, everyone does this. It's also just a pretty song tbh.

Don't Smile - I like that she's honest in this song. Yes, girl. We know you're a petty and vengeful bitch. That's been evident on this album lol. It's much more like her based on her personality that I gleaned from this album than "my give a fucks are on vacation" when I don't think they've ever taken one in her whole life ever. I also like Sabrina best when she’s not trying to be a cool girl or a sexy girl because what I get from this album is she’s not naturally either of those things. She is deeply, almost painfully uncool. It’s funny that Olivia had an issue with her being too cool because Olivia naturally is fuck cool lmao and Sabrina is a whole ass nerd and very desperate to be liked and petty and vengeful and insecure and when she leans into that side of herself, she has some cool songs. Like as much as she wants to be sexy and nonchalant and brazen, she actually just hopes that no guy smiles that it’s over with her and it really disappoints her - deeply - when they leave.

I haven't listened to this one because it wasn't part of my Apple Music album but I went into Genius to make sure I remembered the lyrics right to make this post Needless to Say really makes me want to tell Sabrina to keep my lil sis/niece Olivia R's name out her skanky donkey dick sucking mouth. Genius tells me it's about her ex but idk it sounds like a pretty direct Olivia smack cam and she should stfu and stuff another donkey dick in her plastic mouth. (Jk, clearly I kinda like her now and I just wrote a very nice thing about her in the para above, I just like Olivia a loooot more lolol and actually on Needless to Say she is once again being uncool and petty if - as I think it is - it’s about Liv lol and that’s not cool of her but Sabrina at her best isn’t). I also don’t like that she had 13 songs as her deluxe album, feels very Swiftie of her but then again that’s also uncool and lowkey as I say likable re her. She should lean into that more.

IN SUMMATION: This is a solid album. I really like some of the songs on it. It's a solid 7/10 for me. I also respect just how much tea there was on this lol she really fucking is very upset that Shawn went back to Camila lmfao and I... respect that lol I guess.
