chill days must include working 8h+ on uni projects or they don't count ;^;

-> reviewed + cleaned up CG sketches 1C and 2C (my part of the project is ready to turn in)

-> read Comp project instructions + meeting to divide work and brainstorm

-> meeting + final review of CG project

-> watched Spice and Wolf ep 1

-> watched Kaiju n.8 ep 1 (much better than i thought!! super happy to have given it a try!)

Cute nerds boning!

Socially awkward guy meets girl who thinks he hates her, plot twist they love each other.

Good enemies to lovers content complete with forced proximity and a shared goal.

Their banter is cute and the one miscommunication part actually fit into the story and wasn’t drawn out to hell and back.

The end drama was unexpected and honestly had me clutching my pearls while I read 😂

What is your most fav and least favourite part about your degree ?

that's such a good question thank you for asking!!!

most favourite is definitely the wide range of topics it covers. there is something for anyone. traditional chemical engineering with industrial processes, plant design, environmental engineering etc. It prepares you in a way that whether you want to get into oil, energy, food industries or you want to go to the business and design aspect,or biotechnology and biomedical eng and or even to building/artifacts restoration you have the background and knowledge to do it.

least favourite definitely the workload. classes are hard from day 1 and get harder with each semester. and our department has a reputation of difficulty profs too yeah, it's hard.

I absolutely was not ready for how hard school is kicking my ass… but I was even less prepared for the change of mooing to another country with a completely different metric system 😭😭😭

national holidays are always so difficult because my uni always forces us to go to class on the previous day and it's awful. i had 2 tests today because of this. CG went horribly, couldn't have been worse. Comp was fine, i think, but haven't gotten the grade back yet ;-;

-> classes (total: 3h30)

-> Comp 2.4 notes + 6/6 exercises

-> took a nap

-> sketched for like 2h (working on faces, experimenting with different expressions and noses. next goal: colour, side profiles, dynamic poses)

Thinking of starting a study blog alongside all the misc stuff I usually post as I feel it'll help with holding myself accountable for my studies

I'm currently studying at university and planning to graduate in 2026 (hopefully). Majoring in astronomy, with a minor — education (tbh I'm not interested in education at all but didn't have choice there). Also really interested in humanities especially in languages and literature. I'm currently studying Lating and slightly dipping toes in Korean and Japanese
