Skincare is a ritual that should be performed daily. Perfecting your routine may take a while, but patience is time well spent. Simple toners, serums, and moisturizers unlocks radiance in the skin.
02. Bodily Health
Bodily health doesn’t just start with appearance. Starting within yourself, will make the health shine onto the outside. It is common to prioritize your outer being without taking care of your insides. This includes, gut health, eating well, and taking your supplements, vitamins, and most importantly getting your sleep! What you don’t take up for on the inside will show on the outside.
03. Keeping a Healthy Mind
It’s easier said then done, but, finding somewhere to start is the best way to kick it off. Journaling. Cliché, I know. But, jot down your thoughts instead of turning those thoughts into negative emotions and habits. Reading. Stop clouding your mind with the overconsumption of media. Picking a good self help book or a fiction book is the best way to clear the mind. Self- preservation. Get to know yourself, learn what makes you unique, learn what makes people want to surround themselves with you. Privatize your life.
04. Find Your Personal Style
Your style is your story and shows to your individuality. Finding a style that feels like you, can make you and others see you from a whole new perspective.
