Strengths And Weaknesses
Entrepreneurship Skills: My Strengths and Weaknesses
Being an entrepreneur requires a variety of abilities, including problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and time management. Regarding these abilities, my strengths and shortcomings are as follows:
Strengths:
Teamwork: I like exchanging ideas and get along well with others. For instance, I assisted my team in maintaining organization throughout a group project and made sure that everyone finished the assignment on schedule.
Taking Charge: I have no problem taking the initiative and taking the lead when called upon. I've taken the initiative when no one else would in class or group projects, which has kept the group on task.
Patience: I'm not easily irritated. I know how to stay cool under difficult situations, which helps when things don't go as planned.
Weaknesses:
Time management: I have a tendency to procrastinate or underestimate how long activities will take.
Losing Motivation: If I'm not interested in a task or it feels too difficult, I might lose attention.
Financial Planning: I am not particularly knowledgeable in budgeting or handling money, which is essential for running a business.
Improvement Plan:
I intend to utilize a planner or calendar to better manage my time.
I'll make small objectives to keep motivated and measure my progress.
I intend to take a simple finance course or watch videos to improve my money management skills.
By focusing on these areas, I intend to grow as a stronger and more successful business.

#Week 13 Update: Chandan House Painting
Our journey as a grand painting is nearing completion. Each week has added layers of color, texture, and detail to our mural. Week 13 is about fine-tuning, adding the final touches, and ensuring every element harmonizes perfectly.
The vibrant colors of client satisfaction and team synergy blend seamlessly, while the occasional darker shades of supply delays remind us of the challenges we’ve faced and overcome. The emerging picture is one of resilience, creativity, and dedication.
As we approach the final week, we’re ready to add the finishing strokes, ensuring that Chandan House Painting stands out as a masterpiece of entrepreneurial effort and artistic excellence. The experience has been transformative, teaching us valuable lessons about business and self-discovery, and setting the stage for future success.

Strengths and Weaknesses
When I was young my parents bought a family plan to the Symphony. For a year, one Sunday a month we were introduced to the wonderful world of Theatre and music culminating in a final full production of “Jake and His Cat” an interactive musical. I was hooked!
Through my life, I strived to work in the arts with a focus on Theatre production.
A big weakness I had was that coming out of High School I didn’t believe I needed a post secondary education. I railed against it. I thought I could just work my way up the ranks and to a point it worked but then I hit a ceiling. Still unwilling to concede I moved to a different career away from the Theatre lights which also proved to be a dead end without further schooling.
I am now 47 years old and am putting down my sword and accepting that if I am to go any further in what I wish to do I must pick up my books and become a student again. I continue to remind myself that this is a strength not a weakness!
Even though I didn’t go back to school right away I have learned a few things in my 47 years of life. I am great with computers and technology; I am outgoing and sociable (I can still be a little awkward sometimes) and I love to learn about new things!
I have learned that life is too short, take chances!

"Being rude is easy. It does not take any effort and is a sign of weakness and insecurity. Kindness shows great self-discipline and strong self-esteem. Being kind is not always easy when dealing with rude people. Kindness is a sign of a person who has done a lot of personal work and has come to a great self-understanding and wisdom. Choose to be kind over being right, and you’ll be right every time because kindness is a sign of strength." U.N. Owen.

Seeing the discussion around Master Sol being the only one from that ill-fated mission to stay on Coruscant is interesting. Indara, Kelnacca, and Torbin all ended up exiling themselves to far-flung worlds to atone for what happened.
Not Sol, though. He stayed. Which is certainly a choice. He, arguably, is the most culpable in the Brendok disaster. His inability to divest his feelings from the mission cost Osha and Mae greatly.
There is a good argument that Sol should not be anywhere near younglings after what happened, let alone still be in the Order.
I disagree. We immediately see his regret and guilt in the aftermath. He’s a changed man after that tragedy and the lessons he learned that night creates the Master Sol we see in present day.
Sol chooses to stay in Coruscant - not in denial of what happened, but in full acceptance of how horribly he messed up.
What’s the lesson he’s teaching to the younglings when we first meet him?
“Do not trust your eyes. Your eyes can deceive you.”
He would know best the importance of such advice. To always question what you see. To think before you act.
While the others seek penance in exile, Master Sol stays and does his best to pass on his knowledge - his failures and mistakes - to others, so they can learn to do better. Like a Jedi Master should.

#Week 12 Update: Chandan House Painting
Reflections from the Easel:
As we near the final strokes of our 14-week masterpiece, Week 12 brings a mix of vibrant hues and challenging shadows to our canvas.
What’s Working:
Client Relationships: Our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has turned first-time clients into loyal patrons, resulting in a significant number of repeat projects.
Team Dynamics: The synergy within our team continues to flourish. Everyone is in tune with their roles, creating a harmonious workflow that enhances productivity and creativity.
Marketing Reach: Our digital marketing strategies are paying off. Social media engagement is up, and our online presence is drawing more attention and inquiries.
What’s Not Working:
Supply Chain Hiccups: Despite our best efforts, supply delays persist, occasionally pushing project timelines back and causing client dissatisfaction.
Market Expansion: While our current client base is strong, expanding beyond this circle remains a challenge. We need more effective strategies to tap into new markets.
Lessons from the Palette:
Business Insights: Running Chandan House Painting is akin to crafting a detailed mural, requiring constant adaptation and creative problem-solving. Each challenge is a new color on our palette, teaching us the art of balance and perseverance. The importance of a reliable supply chain has been a critical learning point, highlighting the need for contingency plans.
Self-Discovery: This entrepreneurial journey has been a mirror, reflecting strengths and areas for growth. I've discovered a well of resilience and a knack for leadership within myself. Balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations has honed my ability to stay focused and motivated, even when faced with setbacks.
A Unique Perspective:
Imagine our journey as a grand mural in progress. Each week, we add layers of color and detail, transforming an initial sketch into a vibrant tableau. Week 12 has seen us refine our techniques, address imperfections, and step back to appreciate the emerging picture. While some shades need retouching and certain areas demand more attention, the overall composition is taking shape beautifully.
As we approach the final weeks, we are poised to complete our masterpiece with finesse, ensuring that Chandan House Painting leaves a lasting impression on every wall it touches.

Hilarious that in the literal first chapters of TSCIR, Yoohyun tries to lock up Yoojin (keyword being tries) and we all, collectively were like “unbelievable! How overprotective! How irrational! Violence!! He’s locking up his brother!! How inhumane”
And now it’s somehow become “SOMEONE SIT ON HIM. LOCK HIM UP! YOOJIN WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE BOMBS PUT THEM DOWN! STOP BLOWING STUFF UP AND PISSING OFF GODS YOOJINNN”
While Sung Hyunjae is just in the back handing him bombs.
