For a novelist, turning mundane moments into delicate prose is simple. Orpheus has to admit that this set is a bit too delicate for the both of them. After all, the only thing he was doing was forcing a hairbrush through the unkept hair of his slightly unwilling participant.

This is just Orpheus lovingly brushing Norton’s hair while being pretentious and gay about it. This is probably the sappiest thing I’ve ever written and they don’t even kiss or anything!

I’m back! I’m ao3 user Sugarysweet and I write the series ‘Memories lost to the game’ first and foremost. I’ve also written a few Luvky Guy- centric oneshots and am also working on a magic/ high fantasy au, but I’ve sidelined it temporarily for my main Lucky Guy series! Only Friends - what would I like?

The grand finale is upon us and I'm honestly curious how this series will end. I'm afraid that the series will end on a sugarysweet-positive note, that everyone will reconcile with each other, all wrongs will be forgiven and the characters will discover that there is nothing better than friendship, which nothing can destroy. Also everyone will live happily in their cute little unproblematic relationships.

Boston and Nick I'm afraid that Boston will be graciously welcomed back into his group of friends 🤮 of course after a scene full of good-natured insults, that he will apologize to them because he thinks they are the most important to him, that he will declare that he will change for them, meaning: that he will stop sleeping with multiple partners. I'm like 99% sure that Boston will do some "heroic shit and defend his friends from the big bad wolf Boeing" instead of befriending him lol and everyone will throw themselves into each other's arms with tears in their eyes 🤮 What would I like? That Boston would be himself, that he would continue to be honest and direct, that whatever his choice would be: an exclusive relationship with Nick or a continuation of his lifestyle, that these would be his conscious choices, not forced by the society or anyone's expectations. And most importantly: for him to find a new group of good friends 😤

Top and Mew Honestly, this couple ended up being so bland and boring that I don't really care what happens to them. But if I have to say what I would like, I would prefer each of them to find someone else, I especially think that Top deserves someone more mature, because Mew is very childish, I can't imagine him coping with relationship problems, especially after Top's "betrayal", which he will surely use at every opportunity, no matter what he says now. I would also like them to consider to what extent their relationship is based on true love, and to what extent it is based on an unhealthy approach to sex and the influence of the other people, which has collectively insisted from the very beginning that they are a perfect couple and they simply MUST be together. Strangely, only Boston pointed out that they might not be as good a relationship as they thought they were, he proved it and became hated for destroying this fantasy. But as I already mentioned, they are both so uninteresting that maybe it's even good that they will be together 😀 (what's funny, at the beginning of the series I thought Top was the most interesting character next to Boston, he was full of life, had an expressive face, had an interesting personality. But since his entire personality was reduced to begging for Mew's love, he became a virtual backdrop to the rest of the cast, constantly sporting the same expresionless face in every scene. He only had one glimpse of his old self, in one scene in the previous episode, when he briefly stood from himself.)

Sand and Ray I think they will definitely be together, and this is a couple that I personally think should break up the most. There, I said it. I absolutely think Sand is losing out on this relationship and the only winner is Ray. With each episode I realize how toxic Ray is, starting with his addiction that is constantly swept under the rug, forgiven by everyone, disregarded by himself, treated with contempt, emotional outbursts and aggression by those around him, but ultimately always forgiven. Also Ray has a tendency to manipulate, test partners by creating theatrical, malicious scenarios - like Mew - instead of just fucking talk about their doubts, problems, and what particularly disgusts me: physical violence. (I noticed a tendency among Ray's fans to downplay his aggression and violence because "it was just a push against the locker" and that it was just "one time". Well, Ray had a serious fight with Sand TWICE AND EVERY TIME HE PUSHED HIM, strong enough to knock him to the ground, or on furniture, causing bruises. When it happens once, it can still be treated as an accident under the influence of strong emotions, but if it happens every time in a given situation, it is already a pattern that cannot be ignored). Ray brings nothing but problems and destruction to this relationship, from the very beginning we see how Ray uses Sand and his altruistic, giving, caring personality traits (plus the need for money which can't be ignored) to take care of himself. Sand gives in to him all the time and with everything, he can't set any boundaries. Every time he tries to do this, he eventually gives up anyway. I would like this relationship to end, for Ray to undergo in-depth therapy, and for Sand to find someone who is at the same level of "giving" as he is. Because Sand is weak and he needs someone who won't take advantage of his weaknesses.

Phew, ok, that was a lot 😆 But what I really would like most is:

Nick and Dan have a healthy, mature relationship

Boston in an open relationship with Boeing (omg they have such a potential 😍) / Boston going to the USA and living happily in a queer, non-judgmental commune, living his life to the fullest and having fun, making a career, being happy 🥳

We will see what will happen! 😎
