TW: Body image
Honestly, I’m really frustrated with myself right now. It’s been incredibly difficult trying to stay motivated during this fitness journey. I feel really discouraged. My clothes don’t fit me anymore. I really hate what I see whenever I look in the mirror. I’ve been trying to adopt the mentality of loving myself no matter what, but it’s really hard. It doesn’t feel genuine. But, I really want to be able to love myself at all stages of this journey. I’m just not sure how to at this moment.
Tomorrow’s a new day and the start of a new week. I’m really hoping I can get back on track, especially with the semester ending soon. Maybe I’ll have more time then to really just focus on myself and my goals.

Just wanted to share my #SundayCheckin to Coach @Austincarterfitness with you guys!!⁣⁣ ☑️ ⁣⁣ Feeling good about my progress even though the scale hasn't moved much over the last few weeks and THAT'S OKAY! 💪😜⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I don't always SEE the progress every week. Sometimes, it seems like weeks have gone by and not a single thing has changed. Then I look back at pics from more than a few weeks ago and see that things have changed a little bit over time, I just gotta keep workin'!⁣! ⛏️⁣ ⁣⁣ I try my best not to worry that my progress is stalling or that I need to be doing more and just continuing to put in the work. If I worry or begin to stress about it, it only makes it worse; water retention, digestive issues, loss of sleep. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I must stay focused and continue to trust the plan! Having confidence in my Coach helps a lot too! As long as I stay the course, continue to communicate and give good feedback on the details, then THINGS JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER!!! 💪🤩⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ "Let neither failure nor success get to your head. #Fhysiqueupdate comin' at ya a little different this week💪😜⁣ ⁣ Trying on bikinis to help me decide which to take with me on our trip this weekend and this @berrybeachyswimwear neon 'south beach' baby keeps stealing me heart!❤️⁣ ⁣ 👙 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞 20% 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞: 𝐋𝐘𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐄𝐇20 ⁣ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .⁣ #SundayCheckin with Coach @Austincarterfitness 🌟⁣ ⁣ This past week was a rough one with some serious cravings and 'I don't want to leave the house' syndrome but I got through it!! ⁣ That time of the month is always my laziest few days of each month tbh😅 but I feel great about my progress this week! ⁣ ⁣ Got all 5 training days in, not focusing really on the number or my strength, just really focused on the having the best form, slow and controlled, contracting the proper muscles for the correct lifts. ⁣ I felt so good after each training session and I really needed that this week!! Got in all 3 cardio sessions, 11 incline and 3.0-3.2 pace, which was pretty easy since I was hyper focused on watching #npcnationals videos on @npcnewsonlineofficialpage to get me amped!🔥⁣ ⁣ The number on the scale has been all over the place the past few weeks but average is staying about the same. After several fhysique photos this week, I can already see and feel the changes in my body!!⁣ ⁣ **𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮!!⁣ ⁣ Super amped about the progress to come!
