Hi everyone, and welcome back to the world of me doing cosplay. As some of you may remember, last summer I went to Comicon for the first time, and I’ve dabbled in cosplay in the past. My past cosplays include Claire Novak from Supernatural, Fem! Casual Sam from Supernatural, Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter, Phoebe from Magic School Bus, and Diane Court from Say Anything.

Plot: In the year 198 of the Age of the Sun, Tokyo is a crowded cosmopolis. But the world's most populous city is threatened by devils that cause people to burst into flame at random. The only ones who can stop it are the Pyrofighters, a team of specialized firefighters. The young Shinra, blessed with the ability to ignite his feet and travel at the speed of a rocket, wants nothing more than to be a hero, and knows that this is the place for him. Don’t let the poster fool you. This is a real good anime. From trailer on Netflix, I was immediately intrigued. I thought it was anime about fire fighters in general, and yes it is somewhat, but it’s actually more than that. The story takes place in the future, more than a hundred years in the future. Apparently, mankind did something that almost destroyed the world and rose the birth of special people who can control or use fire. There are also people who spontaneously combust without a reason (yet to find why).

The protagonists of this story are special fire soldiers who combat fire demons and rescue the lives of people. It’s funny and the art is really nice. Why does he remind me of the guy from BNHA Eijiro?  Would I recommend it? Yes. It’s a new concept and the skills, power and fighting scenes are pretty good too!
