ooh interesting question. I guess there are ships I used to be pretty into where I stopped watching their shows (Ruby/Belle on OUAT), but a lot of the ships I was really into I've basically become a sleeper agent for, where I can be activated at any time. The nice thing is that I'm not really involved in fandoms anymore to the point where I get turned off by annoying sections of the fandom if I already ship something (there are a couple of big femslash ships I would maybe have been into where I was turned off purely bc of the fans lmfao).

this is a silly Skimmons one, but like, there's a tumblr post where like Grammarly or something suggests correcting "good girl" to "satisfactory small woman" and I think Daisy saw that, laughed her ass off, and immediately changed Jemma's contact info to it. Also Daisy texted Jemma this tweet and Jemma responded "reported blocked unfollowed."

my interpretation of "tried to change the ending, peter losing wendy" is the fact that peter lost wendy is the thing that james is trying to change. peter lost wendy bc wendy wanted the chance to grow up and peter NEVER would, so these two characters (wendy & peter) want different things out of life. so the way i see it is like at some point james knows he's losing betty somehow and tries to go back and change it (showed up at the party?) but to me it seems like it doesn't work (cont)

pt 2 - so wendy/betty is the person who makes the choice to move on (though she will always remember peter/james fondly) and peter/james is the one who realizes what's happening and tries to hold onto something that's already over, i don't know if i phrased this all very well but that's how i see it

hi eryn! thank you this helped! i think i was reading the line wrong, that james was trying to change the ending to “peter losing wendy” instead of wendy actively, willingly leaving him (emphasis on losing almost like an accident or circumstance instead of the pain of knowing she chose to leave him). but i think it makes more sense to read it as james wants to change the ending from “peter losing wendy” to something else, which picks up with what you’re saying.

oh my god lol they all blend together but watching nolan’s first home run was great as was watching cargo and tulo combine to hit 5 home runs.

honestly all of them are fun to watch (i may only be watching wins right now lol but..... it’s what you need to do to get through this!!)
