πŸ”†πŸ”…πŸ”…πŸ”† Gingerbread Snack Cake Just like Grandma used to make... ⬛◼◾β–ͺ️◾◼⬛ 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup molasses 3/4 cup hot water or coffee 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg ⬛◼◾β–ͺ️◾◼⬛ Heat oven to 325Β°F. Line 9x9 square pan with parchment. ⬛◼◾β–ͺ️◾◼⬛ In large bowl mix all ingredients together with wooden spoon, scraping bowl constantly.
