Hello again! I hope you're doing well. Say, when it comes to Kaiju war forms, so far we've only seen Macaque, MK, and Mei, and Ao Guang if you count those dragon spirts as those too. Do you think we'd see others' Kaiju war forms? What do you headcanon SWK's to be like, other than the usual three heads six arms thing? What do you think the material will be like? And why hasn't it been shown in the show, or in the flashbacks? Have you ever watched Steven Universe? In one of the finals episodes of the show, all of the CG (Crystal Gems) and Steven fused to create Obsidian, a magma like being with a LOT of arms. I imagine SWK's Kaiju war form to be like that, but more red and fresh lava, with lightning emitting from it. Like a volcanic lightning creature. Very cool pics of those phenomenon. What do you think?

Hey! I am doing well 🥰 a little nervous with classes beginning soon for me but eh

so I have watched Steven Universe, but not all it. mostly bc I watch the episodes with my younger sibling who is a fan of the show and he only shows me the most plot relevant episodes. anyway, yes I have seen the Obsidian episode (super epic btw) and yeah that’s a huge kaiju kind of beast. Terrifying & magnificent

although, I personally don’t think of SU when it comes to thinking about giant. multi-armed kaijus. Obsidian is huge and magnificent, but I honestly imagine Sun Wukong’s kaiju form as bigger and more monstrous. like he’s got multiple heads, not just multiple faces. his arms vary in size and shape (some have razor sharp claws, some claws are poisoned or something). his bottom half is the most monkey part of him simply because he still has his feet and tail. they just grew in size to match the monstrous form that is his torso.

so yeah, I see the Monkey King’s kaiju form more as a giant, furry, scary-looking monster (there’s a reason why his own army got terrified of him during the War with Heaven in the book)

as for seeing more kaiju forms: I fucking hope so! I really, really hope to see SWK’s kaiju in s5 (crossing my fingers for it to appear at the special) and maybe even kaiju forms of other characters 👀

You know what's sad about bad end SWK needing to be freed is Mk would know what he's asking of reader. How he's asking her to give up her newly found freedom for the universe to not fall apart and convince SWK to save stuff. Granted its for kisses but it's still a lot to ask of someone.

yep. mk really, really doesn't want to put reader in that position—but there's no one else who can fight at his level. mk may have mastered his powers, mastered control over his kaiju form, but he alone won't be enough. he's practically begging reader for forgiveness before he lets wukong out, and...reader grants it.

she knows he's doing what's best for everyone.

(and you better believe wukong is gonna demand a LOT more than kisses. man's gonna be pissed when he's freed and while a fight against the new "most powerful" being in the universe may help settle some of his anger, it won't settle all.)

a really cool set that we'll all THINK is relevant to the plot of the lego monkie kid series and then it turns out it's not relevant at all (like the ao guang palace set we got before the s4 special)

If DBK had rampaged with the intent to protect Wukong than there should be a very big difference between how their relationship is portrayed in Canon and how they act in stone egg au. For one thing, Wukong would probably be the more aggressive of the two, he missed his brother but it doesn't change the fact DBK chose to cause so much chaos and havoc that he'd be forced to intervene RIGHT after he asked him to do something so monumental as to wake him from his stone hibernation and protect his subjects in Wukong's absence, while DBK would still be stubborn and aggressive to everyone else, but less so to Wukong since, well, in this case Wukong has every right to be pissed at him.

yeah, DBK is in the wrong in this scenario. But ultimately; he couldn't bare possibly losing his last sworn brother.

And in trying to "save" Wukong from what he saw as a dangerous decision, DBK accidentally sacrificed his time with PIF and their child.

Wukong may not have wanted to seal DBK away, but he wanted to have a child. And unfortunately, if DBK continued causing Havoc to draw the Monkey King's attention; Heaven was going to intervene eventually and not be as merciful. DBK was one orchard raid away from facing the Furnace.

When the two kings meet again centuries later, it's gonna be a loud shouting match while their respective spouses are just hugging joyfully in the background.

PIF, hugging Mac: "Oh, didi! It's so wonderful to see you again!" Mac, hugs back: "Hi Tieshan. Sorry it's been a while." DBK and SWK: *having a kaiju battle behind them*

In my Anathema AU, it is an ancient evil that had been sealed away in the stone that Six Ears first emerges from. One that almost no one, except a handful up in heaven, know the existence of.

Since Six Eared Macaque emerged, it has been (albeit very, VERY slowly over the course of centuries) trying to take control of his body. The shadow being takes on many shapes and forms, the "Smoke Monster" is simply one of many. The entity only ever appears to macaque, unless macaque is using supposed "kaiju form"

And so is this fucking guy, who for the life of me I CANNOT figure out what his name is, besides the Demon King of Havoc referring to him in the show as "Grandpa Qian" I think (correct me if I'm wrong, I've only seen the first 14 episodes of the show 💀)

In Anathema AU, Demon King of Havoc and Grandpa Qian have no association with each other. DKH simply wants to take over the mountain that Old Chief Monkey & Macaque reside on to further spread his forces and territory (to which he succeeds in running the monkeys of the mountain and takes Six Ears as a prisoner for 700 years.)

This is the form that appears most often to Macaque. For now we'll refer to the entity as "Qian" until I either figure out a name for the entity or learn what this dude's name in particular actually is lol

Qian is manipulative and messes with Mac's head a lot, slowly chipping away at his will in hopes of making him vulnerable enough to fully possess him one day.

The color of Macaque's fur is usually a pretty good indicator of how far along Qian's possession of him is. The darker his fur is, the closer Qian is to his goal of being in full control.

At times he'll so much as twist reality in Macaque's head for his own goals. As a result, Six Ears to keep to himself a lot of the time distrusting everyone and everything around him. The only other person he ever felt comfortable being around was Old Chief Monkey, who Six Ears viewed as a grandfatherly figure.

Old Chief Monkey knew there was something up with Six Ears (yknow besides being born from a rock lol), but could never figure out what it was. Regardless, he truly cared for him as if he were his own flesh and blood. The loss of Six Ears during the DKH invasion of the mountain filled him with so much grief, which he still feels to this day.

Sun Wukong didn't even know of the entity trying to slowly possess Macaque, not during all their years of friendship, not during all their years of rivalry, and not in reconciliation did he know about it.

Before the two monkeys ever met, Macaque had long since given up on trying to get rid of Qian. Even if his resolve against Qian hadn't wavered after centinues of being in chains and scorn from both regular mortals and other demons, it's not like the shadowy entity would just let Macaque mention anything about it (at least not explicitly)

SWK had figured this entire time that Macaque's darkening fur had to do with his shadow powers growing. MK (along with his friends) believe something else is going on with our fav fruity goth monkey

...but Qian will not let go of this vessel so easily.

I just thought if this and couldn’t help but laugh! This is if Dove Satera’s universe and Tangled Star AU mixed together:

Negative Powers: *trying to attack Dove*

Mac, SWK, and Nezha: *fighting to protect Dove*

Dove who is with Tang and Xiaohua: *sarcastic* “You know this is really scary…”

Negative Powers: *in the background* “And that little celestial monkey cub will be the first victim of Satera-“

Dove: “…..” *dangerous aura activated*

Tang: *covers Xiaohua’s eyes*

Mac: *is about to go Kaiju but stops when a crater of a size paw steps in his view*

Dove: *in Satera form* “OOGLY BOOGLY BISH!” *punches Negative Powers into the outskirts of the universe*

SWK, Mac, Nezha, and Tang: *shooketh*

Dove: *growls at where NP was at* “Come after me all you want, but not one shade…and I mean not a single shade, goes after Xiaohua on my watch.” *shrinks down to normal size to cuddle Xiaohua* “Isn’t that right, little star?” *makes baby noises at baby Xiaohua*

Nezha: “I like her…”

dove and Nezha are the Xiaohua protection duo.

Man, the monkeys aren’t getting to fight anyone. They must be getting restless. Imagine, MK goes out to kick the tail of some demon terrorizing the city only for one of them to just beat him to the punch. Maybe MK will get a break from demon-fighting, since there’s all these non-retired SWKs running around. Or word will get around that there are multiple OP monkeys spoiling for a fight, and all the demons just collectively nope out of the city…

At first the many non-retired Wukong’s would handle the fights, changing to look like the current world’s Wukong or MK. Unfortunately for them, the demons they fought started to pick up on the fact something was different, and somehow word got out that there wasn’t just ONE Monkey King anymore. Any demons that lived in the city before quickly packed up their shit and moved to a completely different country on the other side of the world soon after. They were not dealing with the possibility of more than one Sun Wukong, thank you.

This ended with the stir crazy Wukong’s coming to a compromise. Everyone unanimously agreed that if any of the Wukong’s needed to let off some steam, they were to do it in the desert. This worked, thankfully. But some times the monkeys will go a tiny bit overboard when fighting and will occasionally go kaiju on each other. This has happened so many times now that the citizens of the city just go outside to cheer on their favorite monkey whenever they can catch a glimpse of the battle. And people have of course recorded this, so at this point the entire world knows there are Wukong’s visiting from different universes. You can imagine that once word got to heaven they didn’t take it too well (but we’ll get to that later 😉)

   im not gonna lie, i was really, really, REALLY hoping for the swk-mk parallel where mk brings out his kaiju form, and at first wukong is super proud of him for learning to take control of his monkey side for that part of the fight

   until he keeps watching and the scene is slowly becoming a little too familiar for his liking.. to the one where he once used HIS big scary form, but has since not used it because it made his monkey friends terrified of him.

   wukong going up to mk, who has been beating emperor azure like a punching bag the entire time that his mentor had That flashback, with azure being a strip of the towering authority figure he tried to be and mk just... not letting up, and taking all his frustrations and anger and sadness from the past 3 seasons out on him.

   im not saying im not happy with the ending we got ; im saying i was hoping for mk to feel like a real threat and not your weekly hero just Doing that Average Tuesday Boss Fight
