He withdrew from her slowly , [ [ j u s t ] ] enough that their eyes could properly meet . He did HAVE a plan , that much was apparent ; but , not here . Not now .

He gave her a small kiss , long fingers drawing meaningless shapes along the tender skin of his neck . His eyes PULLED from hers to watch his fingers , stopping [ [ j u s t ] ] between the nape of her neck and her shoulder .
