I would guess…

The hardest part about having a strong MARS in your chart is not being able to control how other people fit into your life. You can get anything you want, but you can’t control the people playing their parts in your reality.

With a weak mars sign, I feel like I just go with the flow most of the time, because it is *easier* to do nothing than to do something and be disappointed.

2023 is the year of the taurus visionary

Gemini full moon at degree of “desire to reach beyond established forms” inflicted by Mars Saturn square is like driving a race car with breaks on. It’s frustrating & we resent the caution as we itch to move fast.

It doesn’t help that ruler of this full moon - Mercury is in a turkey stupor with a confused mind, low immunity & possibly a flu or stewing in self inflicted mental inferiority torture chamber. Neptune while helping us blur the boundaries so we can color outside the lines - is also making us procrastinate in vulnerability.

Gemini full moon aren’t known for explosions of emotional anger or repressed feelings - May be verbal diarrhoea to be entertaining but not compulsively contrarian. We seem to be compulsively contrarians right now & it’s not funny or entertaining or well contained!

Reminds me of slime - not the dirty kind, the play kind. It has no purpose but to probably let one know some things can exist outside a defined container. Looks yucky to observer but entertaining to owner

Playful slime as it tries to reflect a child’s brain evolution is surely reprimanded shortly by Saturn as it despises the glitter on the wooden floors which would probably never get out & makes once formally set house look like a semi playground of a creator with no clue of end result

“Rules control the Fun!” Saturn is the apex of this T-Squared full moon.

A t-squared full moon comes with conflicting choices - normally we duck to make the choice but Saturn leaves no room to duck out.

To avoid making this choice we could color our hair & join the revolution blowing up whole world into a goo of our colorful slime or repress telling anyone what we intend to do & withdraw totally where no one can question our playful slime.

Saturn would like us to get hold of this bipolar full moon & make it hunker down to have some good old slime making rules. No hardwood no upholstery for example (true story!) Yet some formally allocated time to color outside the lines & a tangible outcome ?

We would retrace these steps again as these are not final decisions as Mercury will walk these degrees again as it goes retrograde on 13 Dec. Rethinking, deciding again, making rules, resenting the boundaries, being compulsively contrarian again as Neptune makes the year end fog thicker as it dawns on us by going direct on 6th & strongly debilitating our ability to act & think decisively. Health and immunity also become a key topic.

Expect less of you, expect less of the moment, expect less of playtime as slime is not the outcome its the process.

It’s there to stimulate the senses we would normally suppress or ignore. It’s calming, it’s grounding, its formlessness surprisingly brings us back in current moment instead of future anxiety. The first of the earth Mercury retrogrades this year, in your sign of Taurus. Being an earthy & sensual sign and your 1st House, you’re most affected by this retrograde, along with the other fixed signs. Being at a time when Mars is in your 3rd House, be careful with the way you phrase things and the manner you come across with, as these things may be misinterpreted, misunderstood, and used against you. You could unintentionally hurt feelings or offend on a public scale or in your career. You’ll find it difficult to get your words out, or translate the vision in your mind to the paper/conversation in front of you. Pay close attention to how others may be perceiving you, and make the appropriate changes, and possible apologies. Jupiter enters Taurus, and immediately squares Pluto Aquarius. This is going to magnify anything difficult that’s occurred in your Mercury retrograde, possibly making things more difficult than they need to be. If you’ve made any social faux pas, you can expect to be in hot water. If you’ve made any drastic changes to your appearance, it could be worse than just a regular slip up. If you’re working in an industry that’s heavily focused on appearances, how you look, you could be taking a major hit to your self confidence due to assholes on the internet, or hurtful comments from others. Try to take these things in stride and don’t let anyone put you down, and by the same token, watch what you say in a defensive & reactive response.

June 1

Jupiter conjuncts N Node Taurus in your 1st, where the Node has been for the past two years, signaling destined connections and beneficial (possibly fated) events regarding the same issues that cause difficulties throughout April & May, you’re going to get back on track in the direction you’re supposed to be heading in, and Pluto is going to get out of your way to allow this to happen. When Pluto does make the permanent shift to Aquarius next year, the other planets will be in different places, but you may see these same issues resurface in the future. Both of these placements are very beneficial for your first house, and you can expect positive attention, and blessings to come your way. You’ve received many of these already, and Jupiter comes in for one last beneficial experience before the Node moves on. Pluto retrogrades back through Capricorn to handle any unfinished business, for the rest of the year. Expect old issues to pop up again, and this time they have to be solved for good. For you, this would be regarding travel, learning, cultures, religion & beliefs - and having to deal with the fallout or accountability of these experiences, or make final decisions regarding them. Wherever you may have messed up - if you have messed up - the solution is to go back, review, and learn how to do better in the future. We all mess up.

July 7

North Node moves into Aries, signaling destined events for those that have this placement. Being your 12th House, this is a very important period for you, as this placement is as intense as Saturn and Pluto’s wrap up & impending change. For the next two years, while Saturn is teaching you lessons in discipline on a social level, the North Node will be opening the doors to your subconscious. You could have intense spiritual experiences, especially with Pluto returning to your 9th. You will be made aware of how you may be sabotaging yourself or in your own way, addictive and codependent behaviors will be drawn out of the shadows and brought to light - for the purpose of positive change. You can deal with these things privately, and be made aware of them. Everyone deals with these sorts of issues when power players enter the 12th. For you, the North Node is beneficial, it’s a softer energy than Saturn, preparing you ahead of time for the intense sorts of things you’ll be experiencing ahead of Saturn’s future arrival - when your Node will move to the 11th and they switch places in two and a half years time. This placement will likely bring people into your life that teach you things about yourself, making the unconscious more conscious in a positive way, making you feel motivated to begin working on things you’ve mulled over for long enough. Being Venus, an ex could always come back around, but being in the 4th it’s more likely to be a childhood friend or a distant family member. Memories may overwhelm you, positively or negatively, probably both. You may find yourself overwhelmed when it comes to family pressures, miscommunications, delays, arguments & misunderstandings. Being related to love, something frustrating may be happening in your relationship that causes you to lean on your family for support, or they’re doing that with you. If you have children, especially with the next aspect, you could find yourself very nostalgic about childhood, or your children’s younger years, as time goes by - very aware of the changing circumstances within your home.

August 23 - September 15

Mercury retrogrades through Virgo, and your 5th House of romance, fun, children, media, creativity, sex, and artistic expression. You could have misunderstandings with your child, combined with Venus retrograde in the 4th. Or a parent, particularly your mother. Arguments are likely, especially regarding interests, hobbies, things you would consider fun & enjoyable. Being in Virgo, you may be forced to be scheduled in a routine, health conscious, which you don’t find fun and stubbornly push back against. Or you have difficulty enjoying these things in your life, or disagree with family opinions about these things in your life. These are tricky waters to navigate, where you should be respectful, and also what’s no one’s business. If you’re doing things family members view as harmful, you can expect them to step in and say so, and vice versa.

December 13 - January 1

The last retrograde is in Capricorn, again this year, through Sagittarius as well. Expect last minute changes, mixed messages, delays and cancellations around the holiday season, it could be beneficial to do as much as you can early this year to avoid these things, if you’re a seriously scheduled sort of person. Especially in regards to travel, grandparents, education & learning. Those of you in school may find mid-term exams especially difficult and confusing, more preparation and study is necessary, double checking everything, especially due dates and your calendar. Mercury will end its retrograde in your 8th house of death, endings, joint finances & transformations, possibly triggering a particularly difficult experience in your world, or a situation that possibly triggers an ending of some kind right around the end of the year, which may simply be you realizing how much has changed in your world 🙏

We have two astrological aspects lining up at 21/22° Virgo - the mercury retrograde that begins in the week ahead overlapping the Venus retrograde. Yup double the case of re-s financially, in work & health. Past coming back big time & a past self revisited. Same time 14/15 Sept new moon with a Uranus trine saying welcome the change that refining your approach offers you. It will be a more solid plan, it will be more long lasting & hell yes after much self reproach it would be more realistic.

We go back to eclipse of Sept/Oct 2015 which started a chain of events culminating to fated new start of March April 2016. Some food for thought this weekend to look back to as we revisit events, people, projects, health shifts & work shifts from that time.
