Heyyy I'm trying to get into hozier and was wondering what songs would be best for newbie fans??
when i tell you i am so happy you asked this question!!! this took me a long while but I really enjoyed it. happy to get you listening to more than take me to church and too sweet lol
(btw im assuming you already know take me to church and too sweet, just because they are his most popular songs ofc)
Welcome to Phoebe's A Beginner's Guide To Hozier <3
(starts under the cut bc i yapped a lot)
personally, as an entry point i'd recommend some songs of his that went viral or were popular online that you might not have realized were him: work song, almost (sweet music), would that i, and someone new are some good examples.
then moving on to some deep(er) cuts, depending on what you like about the songs above. if you appreciate a good love song like work song, i, carrion (icarion) and like real people do are perfect. if you like the beat of would that i, sunlight and movement are similar and both amazing. if you like the upbeat vibes of someone new, jackie and wilson and from eden. if soul-crushing lyrics to a happy instrumental like almost (sweet music) are your jam, then francesca and all things end.
and of course, songs that fall into none of these categories that I feel are necessary Hozier listening:
- Cherry Wine (absolute masterpiece of a song)
- Unknown/Nth (devastating breakup song, get ready to cry)
- Eat Your Young (Anti-Capitalist jam)
- Abstract (Psychopomp) (get the tissues out for this one, too)
- Dinner & Diatribes (Hozier isn't always sad, sometimes he's horny!)
- finally, his cover of Say My Name (makes me ascend to a higher plane of being)
if any of these songs stick with you, I'd recommend listening to an album in full :) especially Wasteland, Baby! bc I love love love that album
thank you so much for coming to me with this, feel free to keep me posted on which songs you like and welcome to the hozier cult fandom!

6 for darcy!! Especially considering their own medical experience
OC Asks!!
6: If they were badly injured, and for whatever reason couldn't go to a hospital, who would they go to for help?
Bold of you to assume he would ever go to a hospital in the first place. He just deals with things himself. He would amputate his own arm if it came down to it, because he just trusts himself more than anyone else.
Most you're gonna get out of him asking for help with anything medical is "Hold this tourniquet for me. Great." or "Here's a watch, if I can't get the finger reattached within five minutes, yell at me for making it unusable will you?"
Even when he was alive as a resurrectionist VERY LEGAL AND UPSTANDING SURGEON he just cut out the middle man in everything. If you want something done right just do it yourself and all that jazz.

You’re the resident chilchuck expert, so I was wondering about it there’s any canon evidence that he did smoke or drink alcohol when the kids were younger. I always thought it was something he picked up due to the strain of long jobs, when the kids were already older, but you seem to think differently and I was wondering if there was anything in canon that made you think that way!
Now that you mention it I guess it’s true there’s no evidence he did. Smoking we literally only know he does at all because of one post-canon panel where he has a pipe, so no, maybe this stick-looking thing in the panel below too though, I’m not familiar with medieval blunts eh. We’ve only gotten one panel of him and his daughters interacting when he was younger so that’s not too insightful on that end, and every time we see him young and freckled it’s in a job context so again not really where we’d expect him to be drinking. The earliest proof (/heavy implication since we don’t see inside his cup I guess) is 3 years before canon when Laios hired him, where he’s at a bar, classily placed in front of all the bottles ✨
Tumblr media
Yes alcohol is almost certainly a way through which he copes especially with stress, so if we go with the theory he started around when work got stressful, well… Chilchuck started working as a dungeon diver ~10 years ago so when he was ~19, making Mei, Fler and Puck ~6 and ~4 respectively, so from that draw the ‘stressful enough to start drinking’ line wherever. We don’t know what he did before that with any certainty, and it could be he did odd jobs, lived off mostly mutual aid and community work, or just focused on only raising the girls. Half-foots tend to be poor and I see a lot of that in Chilchuck specifically so I don’t think he could have afforded to not have some paying work though.
Alright, so then why do I think he did drink when the girls were younger?
I give a more complete rundown of the info we do have on his alcoholism & his family with panels and references + all the speculation I make from it here. But the most targeted and objective answer I can give is:
Of course there’s just very very little we know of Chilchuck’s life with his family, and I think that’s by design too. I think the details being up in the air is to allow more nuance of the topic, like, will trying to reconcile go well, is their relationship salvageable? We don’t know, because we don’t know. So the message of giving hope a chance even if it’s a long shot, that things could truly go either way, is more relevant, impactful and meta in that way. How long was he usually away for work travels into dungeons here and there? How did he act with them? All we can really do is "it’s likely that", it’s a game of which way we think it’s more implied. There’s no right and wrong answer, it’s all Marcille-like larping the events out.
My main reason for thinking he did is that his father died from overdrinking and Chilchuck is very aware of that. He mentions his death casually in the extra about their stance in alcohol and in his Adventurer’s Bible profile, etc. He acts towards the alcohol presumably the same way his father did: with abandon, uncaring for the health effects, probably happily too considering Chil says "dying doing something you love is a good way to go". Very nonchalant. So you see what I’m saying here right, wether he started early or late, his view of alcoholism is very influenced by what he saw of his father growing up, it’s something he’s always been aware of and saw in a mostly positive light, something that was inherited you could say. It’s something that was normalized to him from a young age. Regardless or where it goes from there I do think this part is pretty inarguable. If he views it positively and we know that in the present alcohol is his favorite food that he loveees, why would he have held out on it? Personally that all makes me think he started drinking very young, especially since I don’t think they limited alcohol to age as much as modern standards (and I mean, teen drinking is obviously still a thing). And here you could argue, maybe his father only started being more alcoholic later when Chilchuck moved out, or something! And to that there’s nothing I can say except I think that’s a strained theory, and that Chil might even have largely cut contact with his family after moving out (since he and siblings are listed as almost strangers and he doesn’t seem to have much emotional attachment to his parents, but also we know he rents out his place to "a relative"), but it’s true we have no evidence. "I’ve picked up the same unhealthy substance abuse as my father haha! No big deal right haha" repeated several times to me just reeks of intergenerational trauma, & the alcoholism gene as they call it. Like effortless sliding into drinking as if it’s second nature, it’s natural after all, it’s normal after all, it just makes sense, it makes you feel good and that’s what matters.
BUT from my interpretation then we have a whole other layer: Alcohol is of course not all bad always. I think he’s always liked alcohol and drank it on occasion and it brought him joy etc etc, but I think here the implication in the question is, how much effect did his drinking have on the family relations and how early? And that isn’t so much about when him drinking started but when the alcoholism started. Addiction is defined by a habitual need, that has negative effects from filling that need (physical, psychological, social, etc) and negative effects from withdrawal. If Chilchuck drinks to cope and he can’t not cope without it, that’s addiction, if it affects his relationships, if it’s a need he has, it’s addiction. Addiction can be very insidious or look very casual, and how much people around the person are affected by it is case by case. Cheerful drunks can be sooo annoying and uncomfortable though let me tell you. Drunks are drunks. And this sounds harsh, but even if people around them don’t mind drunks it’ll still have some effects here and there, living with one can be such a challenge, ily drunks good luck with everything much like Chilchuck you deserve good things 🫡
Ok so with the dad thing and the "ok well maybe he’s always drunk casually but it grew worse with time around when he started working as a dungeon diver" precision made, the other bit of info we have that can inform this is that Chilchuck is on a harsh diet and that alcohol is a hunger suppressant. We know Chilchuck "used to be fine not eating for two days", that literally on screen to quench his hunger so it doesn’t keep him awake he goes to drink water, drinking is his instinct to hunger. Again alcohol is a hunger suppressant and if you want info on that the internet has a lot of research and anecdotes about it. He diets to be light enough to not trigger traps, so it’s something he’d have started after dungeon diving most likely. Between the stress and the diet, yes it’s extremely likely he started going harder on alcohol after he started working in dungeons. There’s arguments on wether two days without eating is less bad for half-foots than humans, but apart from smaller portions there’s nothing that indicates half-foots should get less than 3 meals a day. They need less food but that’s because their bodies are smaller: the need is proportional to the body, not smaller than others’ races, the % of need is similar even if the kg amount of food isn’t. There’s also a popular headcanon with support basis that half-foots run hot and have a faster heartrate and whatnot, and that points towards a faster metabolism rather than a slower one: a bigger need for eating rather than a smaller one. He has the same bmi, 18, as Mickbell, but perhaps because Chil is much taller he’s less intensely visibly underweight with ribs showing than Mick during the bath extra, it’s most apparent when he becomes tallman.
Alcohol is something so important and omnipresent in his character that I have trouble believing it’s something that was part of only a small fraction of his life. It’s his immediate go-to, his no-brainer solution to a good time, I’ve sort of always assumed especially after looking at his family that it’s something he discovered decently young. Like he just acts like someone who’s always had alcohol to fall back on and started young idk. Alcohol is one of his 5 keywords. Alcoholism is very ingrained into his world view and life, his "it doesn’t matter" stance his ‘work hard play hard’ mentality his idea that the world is harsh so you get relief where you can, so it just makes sense to me that it’s always been in his life, if not actively then at least looming.
So yes, in summary, my take: Alcohol was always something he wholly enjoyed to an unwise level, but it could have been considered casual until he started working into dungeons and his need for it on a regular basis intensified. Alcohol has always had positive association to him as far as we see, so when it started being a problem he didn’t see it as such. To quote him, "I drink anytime I get the opportunity to". Why always? Approval of father’s alcoholism. Why alcoholism at all? Diet + stress & coping mechanism & emotional stunting + relationship issues, and she decided she had enough after they went out for drinks.
Conclusion
Chilchuck having drunk from a young age makes sense to me and it’s the strongest narrative angle I see on the table, but that’s objectively a me opinion, yes! There’s no evidence, moreso there’s canon basis and supporting info, but it’s all very left up to interpretation. I’ve made my own interpretations of things from the scraps we see, like everyone else making Chilwife and daughters content. Wether you have a stance on the topic or prefer to leave it vague in your takes, it’ll be a matter of what you think makes most sense, or what you’d rather believe I suppose (which is literally fine)
There’s a lot of subjectivity in even just setting up causal links like you probably noticed during this and I was careful with my word choices, because we’re just extrapolating from what we see and unless Kui states it explicitly from a reliable mouth all we can do is have informed opinions on most things. This particular interpretation is influenced by other details I’ve come to form about my interpretation of Chilchuck too, the more psychological and emotional sides of him and the timeline and how his marriage even happened, unplanned pregnancy imo. Like I hope you see what I mean, this wasn’t supposed to be a speculation post just a quick simple answer but there’s sort of just no other and concise but complete way with the subjectivity nuance to put "maybe it could be yes because of this but maybe it could be no because of this" haha
Edit: Wait the phrasing on this… Interesting. "In recent years"— This does imply that if not just his alcohol consumption increasing then the diversity and quality of it did, so either he indeed did start drinking more (not necessarily meaning he didn’t drink before) assumedly because of his wife leaving, or he started drinking other/more different kinds of alcohol maybe due to the union he formed + his experience gave him greater salary than he had previously (and no wife and family to provide money for), a mix of both perhaps.
Tumblr media
#Also he’s a lot like my own dad so to me with how he is it’s just an immediate “oh yeah he has always drunk duh of course”#So i can admit to bias. Or to specialized knowledge and authority on analysis idk in which way that tips the balance in my favor or not lol#Dungeon meshi#chilchuck tims#meta#alcoholism#This post was meant to be short :|#-slaps chilchuck’s family- this baby can fit in so much projection#I have like 3 chil alcoholism & chil family fic wips rn weeeeee#I’m the kind of alcoholic’s kid who grew up to never touch alcohol btw so like. Ik Chil could not have drunk young i just think he did#Can we appreciate the alcohol opinion & resistance chart actually. So often in media it’s either “alcohol’s a source of fun yippee” and#“alcohol is evil”. Thank you Dunmeshi for diversity of opinion thank you for nuance i rarely feel so seen#Izutsumi deserves to tell Chilchuck he stinks#AND BY THE WAY I hope you don’t feel talked down on anon. Ik you seem to have your own interpretation already & that’s good#sometimes i was adressing like. The General Public TM more than you which is why I spent time on some things like ‘think what you want’ etc#Okok i hope that covers it. Help where does the time go#It’s the sort of thing that makes Kui’s masterful storytelling by implying things here and there until it forms a big picture frustrating#for meta. Like! You can’t prove Chilchuck has been poor/grew up in an empoverished family/environment. There’s no evidence#but also you cannot tell me with a straight face that he isn’t and hasn’t like omg. But then it takes 30 pages to explain how he’s coded#Stop showing and not telling Kui smh /j#Ask#I think a lot about the trolls comic and man he was already so tense and grumpy and yelling. I do think that guy was stress relief drinking

Every word you wrote about Tamara is just FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!! What I would have given for Grag & Tamara to be so broken because of magic, that they both had plans of revenge. Getting more people involved behind the scenes even. Tragic, yet understandable backstories and a real threat to Storybrooke from the outside world. The fears of some folks in town coming true (the whole E.T. thing Leroy mentioned in the hospital after Greg first showed up). The danger of having magic in a non-magical world.
EXACTLY!!! 'Tragic yet understandable' is the perfect way to phrase it, because OUAT is very good at including antagonists with these kinds of backstories (although, the effectiveness of this varies from character to character) and I'm sad that Tamara didn't get enough attention to receive the same treatment!
Okay, so, I'm gonna lay out some thoughts properly because why not:
(Disclaimer: I'm adding a read more because this got VERY out of hand. But please read on if anyone is interested in headcanoned Tamara backstory!)
(Second disclaimer: I've actually used this general backstory for Tamara in one of my fics before, although I wasn't able to go into quite as much detail at the time)
So, imagine. Tamara is a child (maybe 10 or 11). She has a happy family; parents that love her, a younger brother that she cares about a lot, a pet goldfish, whatever. And then imagine that, one night, 10 year old Tamara hears a noise from her brother's bedroom. She goes to investigate it but, when she opens the door, she finds herself frozen in shock. The window is wide open and her brother is floating in the middle of the room.
There's the faint sparkle of a glowing green dust on him and a dark shadow with bright, hollow eyes floats just beside him. Tamara pinches herself. She thinks she's dreaming. She's not. The shadowy figure spots her and before she can do a thing to stop it, the creature has taken her brother's hand and flown out the window with him. Maybe he cheerfully waves goodbye, maybe he doesn't even notice that she was there at all.
When Tamara finally works up the courage to move, she rushes to the window. Her brother is long gone, but there's a very fine sprinkle of green dust on the windowsill left in his absence.
Of course, she goes to tell her parents and, of course, they panic. Tamara tries to tell them what she saw but they naturally ignore any claims that she saw her brother flying or that the person that kidnapped him was nothing but a shadow with white, glowing eyes.
There was no sign of a break in from anywhere in the apartment. And the investigation team are baffled as to how anyone could have clambered in and out of the window when the room is situated on the third floor of the building. Tamara's brother never comes back and it's eventually considered a cold case.
Tamara has always considered herself honest, logical and responsible. For a long while, she insists that what she saw was true. It's only after she starts getting therapy that she begins to doubt things.
Therapy does little to fix things. Her family is completely broken. A year or so down the line, her parents divorce. Tamara starts to visit her Grandmother more and more often and she develops a very tight bond with her.
Tamara grows up and moves on from it all as best she can. She eventually stumbles into the same conspiracy group that Greg is a part of. They don't connect right away, but, after a couple of meet ups, they discover that they have a lot in common and also come to realise that, perhaps, they're the only two people in this group that have actually seen real magic.
They eventually confide in one another, talking about how 'magic' has ruined their lives. How it's hurt them in ways that no one else in this group that they're a part of will understand. They connect (idk, they can still get together romantically if they want, although I personally didn't see much chemistry between them and the show only really paired them up for shock value let's be honest) and they start talking about fairy tales and Storybrooke.
(Side note, since Greg is kind of aware of Regina being the Evil Queen (right? or is he not aware of that until he reaches Storybrooke again?) maybe he's even able to suggest that it could have been Peter Pan/Peter's Shadow that kidnapped her brother. I like the idea that he's very overly familiar with a lot of fairy tales and stories is more than willing to consider them in the real world ever since his interaction with Regina)
Anyway, I don't know HOW (and forgive me if I'm missing something from canon here, I'm guessing it maybe had something to do with Pan) but I like the idea of Greg in particular managing to track down either August or Neal (since, aside from Emma, those two are the links that lead back to Storybrooke). And, from here, the pair of them start working on plans to get to Storybrooke.
Greg and Tamara are both therefore stuck with these similar backstories, involving someone they loved being taken from them by someone magical. And ALSO similar in the sense that...no one believed them when they tried to tell the truth about this... Not only would this be about getting some kind of revenge (Greg wanting to get closure on his father and then kill Regina when he confirms that she did murder his dad, and Tamara desperate to find some trace of the shadow that took her brother), but it would also be about proving that they were right this entire time. That they weren't lying or 'crazy' or making things up. That magic is real and it's dangerous.
I guess the dilemma for Greg and Tamara is: how? How are they able to prove that magic actually exists, in a world where magic is unseen to those that don't believe in it? (This is a question that I will be pondering on, but not one that I'll be answering here. This ask has already gotten too long, ahahah)
(Still, there's one final thing I'd like to address)
Because, you see, there's something so deliciously tragic about Pan being the one to cause this trauma in the first place. For him to be so heavily responsible for Tamara's tragic childhood and then him continuing to have a chokehold on Tamara years later on. OUGH.
That said? yeah, I absolutely would have preferred if the Pan arc had been kept entirely separate from Greg and Tamara's (aka, they were there exclusively for their own reasons and not just because Pan said so). Greg and Tamara deserved their own arc that had nothing to do with Neverland. No 'home office', no dumb crystal that was triggered to explode the town or whatever (or! DO include those things! but tie them exclusively to John and Michael's story instead!)
I just!!!!!! I have way more feelings about Tamara (and to a lesser extent Greg/Owen) than I know I should and I'm getting a bit weird thinking about her lately!!!!!!

Thinking about the orange/golden fireworks that symbolize Mobius in s1e3 and the green fireworks that represent Frigga when Loki was talking about how much she believed in him, just like Mobius does. Also thinking about Loki's golden ornate dagger that Kid Loki hands him in s1e5, the same dagger that's deliberately in every close up of Mobius during their hug, that erupts into a flaming dagger after Mobius specifically says “thanks for the spark,” about how he carries the golden dagger with him throughout s1e6 (only when he drops it does sylvie betray him, AND there is intentionally NO DAGGER during the betrayal kiss, deliberately showing the emptiness of the harness) and how Loki's throne is golden and how Mobius has a heart of gold. Thinking about how, for Loki, “love is a dagger” and the tva's symbol is a golden dagger (symbol of Mobius’ and Loki's love for each other) impaling a Mobius strip, aka an infinity symbol (Loki and Mobius’ love being infinite, endless, for all time) with two eyes staring ahead (Loki watching over Mobius on the sacred timeline). LOVE IS A DAGGER. 🗡🔥⏳
(idk if you take requests, and if you don't that's perfectly fine, but i'd LOVE to see a gifset for these connections someday!! your gifsets are just so beautiful, i couldn't resist requesting!)
Thinking you and I are thinking on the same wavelength anon! 😅💖
Asks like this make me so happy because stopping to pick up on all the details and parallels of their relationship is unbelievable, it's why I sometimes end up summarizing every scene they've shared throughout both seasons in replies because they really didn't waste a second showing how the impact of knowing each other is this giant ripple effect on every aspect of their lives from that moment on?? Never seen a ship portrayed in such a way where both parties somehow manage to gravitate around each other even when they're not physically together, it's just a natural, unspoken fact their presence has essentially become the grounding force of every move and decision they make from that point forward and I can't imagine finding anything more romantic in a piece of media for as long as I live.
(Also LOVE IS A DAGGER 🗡🔥⏳ because of course it is and Loki is such a dork I know he'd probably think of that phrase at least ten times a day trying to come up with a smoother way of explaining it to Mobius 😂)
I absolutely do take requests for anything and everything Owen related to the best of my ability and it was a pleasure to get yours, the finished set is right here and I certainly hope it's even slightly close to what you imagined or wanted 🥰

Sorry if this is out of line or anything, feel free to delete, but how would Keeper Simon react to a Feral who kind of lapses into a sort of… childish mindset?
Like not in a spicy way obviously, but as time goes on and she becomes more comfortable he realizes that she’s doing this to help her process the situation. So maybe she plays with dolls a lot, or colors in coloring books, or bounces on her bed, or watches cartoons like Bluey. Maybe she races around the house, or carries a Stuffie and blanket with her, or uses a nightlight and music box to help her sleep, or even has something like a teether or pacifier to keep her mouth busy.
Once again, sorry if this is weird or out of line, but I happen to be both violently autistic and an age regressor (for trauma reasons) and I use regression to cope with and process trauma and other situations (for example I was really uncomfy and exhausted after a long car ride to get home from a vacation, and it was late at night, so I regressed involuntarily due to the discomfort). Feral gives me the vibe of maybe a more impure/vent regressor, and Simon seems like he’d be pretty accommodating in that regard. Once again just clarifying this is not sexual in any way, age regression is something completely sfw
Feel free to delete if I’m being out of line here. I love your stuff and wish you all the best!
Hi, bean!!! Not out of line at all! I appreciate you explaining and clarifying that it’s not sexual. I don’t think that’s something I’m familiar with enough to be comfortable writing, but I think it absolutely works for Feral as a coping mechanism!
(I’m not uncomfortable at all and you haven’t upset or offended me! I just wanted to respond to let you know your Thought is really good and would fit in the au)

Hope this'll help kick HR talk along So, just to make sure I got my facts right: Adriel is a virus that can inhabit machinery, right? Was he something intentionally made? A programming bug that got out of hand? And the thing Knife was working on in your sketchbook doodles, is that Adri's 'core'? (I remember him having something w/ a core but that might've been an old version)
YES!!!! that's so kind of you to send these in, I rly like these questions too
Yeah! Adri himself is a computer virus, and he has stolen his current body which is a nanomachine array :] though he could change bodies if he wanted to (if he needed to), he's actually quite attached to the array and is immensely possessive over it He's also a little bit of both too. In the Hollowridge world if AIs are advanced enough they will gain sentience and go rogue, effectively acting of their own will rather than programming (they are called Daemons when this happens) Adri was meant to be a virus that simply did software damage, but it managed to evolve and learn until it became a full fledged AI of its own, so thats where the programming bug that got out of hand bit comes into play. The lead bad guy of the story noticed it happening and instead of destroying him (what should have happened) he instead trapped adri to keep around as a pet superweapon project, which is where the 'intentionally made' bit would come into play
And yes that's correct! That is Adri's core. I draw it differently every time bc I'm indecesive about its design (usually it just looks like a heart though), but it's purpose is always the same. That thing is basically what houses Adri (the virus AI), and the array moves around it Any damage to it is damage dealt to Adri himself, it's why his eye is scarred over, and if you destroy it he will cease to be ...unless there's a copy of him somewhere.

What would happen if Fleetway met Surge?
Surge isn't technically a lookalike since she isn't even a hedgehog, but this doesn't stop him from calling her a lookalike because in his eyes she is, for all intents and purposes, fulfilling a lookalike role. Although she is the first one to be Scourge's lookalike and not Sonic's, but that. Doesn't really get her any points. If anything it insults him even more. He knows why people want to be associated with him, he's the hero of mobius after all, but Scourge? What do they get out of being a lookalike to his boyfriend? He's not cool enough for that. (Scourge is protesting in the background that he's plenty cool enough, go fuck yourself, Sonic.)
They'd probably fight and he'd throw her out of his dimension, because the only way he's meeting anyone from any other dimension is if they come to him. He's not moving from his own dimension unless he's forcefully removed, and if he's removed, he's just going to go right back. So Surge would have to wind up in the fleetway universe somehow, which seems cruel bc Sonic would toss her out on her ass and make her find her own way back to her own dimension

Hello there! I was just reading your gregstophe headcanon post & I love how Christophe is very confidant in the kitchen! I was doing a bit of cooking myself tonight & wondered: would Christophe be into gardening for food?
OOH this is such an interesting thought to explore, as I love both gardener Christophe and chef Christophe 👀💕!!
so, I do hesitate a bit to immediately say yes if only because I feel Christophe doesn’t really eat a ton of veggies 😅 French cooking is a cuisine with a lot of heavy ingredients like meats and dairy and whatnot… there are lots of herbs involved though and I think it’d make sense that Christophe would always use fresh herbs. even if he’s living in a shitty apartment he can grow those in the windowsill.
now as for the Creole side of Christophe’s cooking heritage (per my headcanon), I could definitely see him growing easy stuff like okra and onions. I don’t think it would be til much later in his life that he has a lot of space to grow a lot of stuff. Gregory may want to big house but Christophe is content with just a little space to fully call his own.
I’ll be honest, him growing veggies might be the only way to guarantee he eats them frequently bc otherwise it might not occur to him. so maybe he should grow stuff to eat.
