Just a reminder that Steve and Bucky most definitely *do* know slangs like this, and it just cracks me up. Because they probably use it in real conversations like they did back then (assuming they did at all, but let's go with that), like imagine Steve asking Nat and Bucky over his comms during a mission "When did Sam get involved with the civilians?", and then Bucky out of old habit spells out "IDK" and then Nat's like "?????" Like guys I know we told you to catch up with the modern world and all that but let's never use the internet slangs on our missions ever again?

It's definitely opposites attract! Tyril and Rey are complete opposites in pretty much everything, and they learn a lot from each other! They bring very different ideas to the table which is probably the best thing about working with them, and that's something that the rest of the group will tell you immediately.

However, since they do butt heads a lot. They don't have big fights, but when they... Discuss their different points of view they tend to tease a lot and throw very tart remarks.

Reyna just goes for it 😂 She takes advantage of how easy it is to embarrass Tyril or strokes his ego and praises him a lot (not that's it's undeserved! We just all know Tyril's praise kink)

Tyril needs a particular setting for flirting. While Reyna doesn't mind being overheard, Tyril prefers to do it when they're alone, and, I'm not going to lie, he takes flirting really serious(ly). He never lies, but let's be honest, there's nothing less than perfect about Rey so why would he need to lie? His flirting involves a lot of praising and even more very formal words that Reyna actually doesn't know the meaning of 🫣 I would say Tyril's flirting is just a bunch of little love confessions.

Apart from lips obviously... Tyril's is the neck. Reyna's favourite favourite is shoulder blades. But ofc they love kissing each other everywhere.

Okay, picture this- It's almost high-noon, the desert sun is high in the sky and tumbleweeds cartwheel across the dusty town streets. All seems to be calm and peaceful when the sheriff rides in towards the saloon.

Parling her black stallion at the trough, she hops off the saddle, spurs jingling at her heels. Sheriff Encore strides in with a bandanna over her face and makes her way across the saloon over to the bar.

She takes a seat leans against the counter, uncovering her face to shoot the barkeep a bright smile. His big, blonde pompadour makes him hard to miss. He's so big and dramatic compared to everyone else in town; it makes her laugh.

"Afternoon, Bravo! Pour me whatever you recommend, I can't decide today." Emma says with a grin and a laugh. Johnny turns abruptly, glass in one hand and a rah in the other. "HUH-YUH-!" He exclaims, almost dropping everything he holds. "Miss Emma, you say that every time you come in! How come you never know what you want? Is that a woman thing?"

The sheriff just laughs, the upbeat music playing from the piano doing nothing to drown her out. She takes off her hat and sets it on the counter. She comes in every day at thw same time and has Johnny make her two of whatever he likes, one for her, and the other she leaves for him with a wink. It's the same every day.

"You should know better than to ask questions by now, Mister Bravo." She chuckles, watching him pour something into thw glass he had just "cleaned." Johnny was never very tidy. The neatest thing about him was his hair, which he refused to put a hat over. He spills half the drink on the counter every time.

Johnny shoots her one if his smoking, boyish smirks and a wave of his brows. That barkeep is just such a flirt. "Now why would I wprry about knowin' better when I could just get to knkw you instead?"

*end scene😚*

Anyhoo, in case none of that made a lick of sense, in a Cowboy AU Emma would be a sherrif and Johnny the barkeep(who low-key doesn't know what he's doing.)

The dusty little town of Aron is a peaceful one- there aren't hardly any bandits or fights, no, the lady sheriff keeps them all away... Until one day she can't.

A pack of wanted bandits ride in long after sunset and gang up on Emma five to one... And I'm sad to say it doesn't turn out well for her.😓

Johnny and the bar oatrons can hear the commotion outside, but it's only after Emma stumbles in badly wounded that anyone understands what's happened! Of course Johnny is mortified, he's never seen his sheriff hurt before!

He practically plows through half the tables in the saloon to get to her before she falls.

He and his Momma sneak her out to back to see the doctor, but Johnny is far from satisfied. Nobidy lays a hand on *his* sheriff and gets away with it, or his name isn't Johnny Bravo!

And so, with a flip of his hair and a flex or three, he stomps out into the night to deal with those thugs himself!

Now, does.he get his butt kicked? Most assuredly. But does he manage to win anyways and sent those varmints running for the hills? Absolutely!

Come sunrise everybody's having a ball, celebrating in Johnny's honor!

And once Emma, (all banged up but still a kickin') pulls him aside, she gives him two things...

A badge.... And a kiss.

And so the Sheriff and her new deputy ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after. The end.🤠💕💓💕

honestly i LOVED the our skyy episodes like i know im terribly biased, but out of all the ones we got until now i think the plot for vice versa felt the most organic and coherent to the characters and their journey. once again everyone involved in the show put so much care and attention into it, and jimmysea have such a natural easy chemistry to them, they sell the lovesick fools who have been married for five years SO WELL. IDK IF I CAN PICK ONLY 3 FAVORITE MOMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL SO GOOD BUT LET ME TRY:

1) the beach scene. IRREVOCABLY CHANGED ME MY LIFE MY PERSPECTIVE THE FOUNDATION OF MY PERSONHOOD THE BIOCHEMISTRY OF MY BRAIN AND THE ENTIRE MAKE UP OF MY BEING ON AN INTRINSIC MOLECULAR LEVEL. AGAIN. i haven't even begun to process A QUARTER of the insane amount of parallels they managed to pack in just 3 minutes of screentime and how, by doing that, they were able to show just how far puentalay have come in their journey: from strangers to lovers, from a one sided drunk kiss to a passionate yet tender mutual kiss, from a mouthed 'i like your name' to a mouthed 'i love you', from talay's life ending in the ocean to the ocean being the witness of his love, that same love he once thought was just an annoying distraction in the way to achieve his dreams and that now has become an essential color in the palette of his life..... literally made me experience every single emotion present on the spectrum of human consciousness, im gonna need a 2 weeks long vacation in a controlled environment to decompress and recover from the sheer high romance and the whole entire everything of it all

also not to toot my own horn but i love being correct and never losing:

2) both the birthday conversation and the drawing one. SORRY I KNOW IM CHEATING BUT I JUST CAN'T CHOOSE BETWEEN THESE TWO MOMENTS. WHEN I SAY PUENTALAY INVENTED COMMUNICATION UNDERSTANDING CARE LOVE SUPPORT!!!!!!!! im not mentally stable enough to be coherent about this but like.. one of the reasons i adore puentalay is that since the beginning they have always been willing to try to understand each other. no relationship comes without misunderstandings or conflicts, they're always bound to happen from time to time because we're all different and we all react to things in different ways, but what matters the most is the way you can come together after that to face the issue and make it better. i feel like people often have this idealized vision of love where everything must be perfect and passionate and all-consuming, but i believe love is actively choosing to share your life with someone every day as you help each other navigate through it and enjoy the quiet moments together, and i think these two conversations show that puen and talay have this kind of love, a love that will last forever because whatever happens being together is the most important thing for them

3) puentalay and jigsaw sleeping in the same bed. LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU EXCEPT THAT I PERSONALLY DON'T EVEN WANT KIDS BUT SEEING PUEN AND TALAY BEING SO TENDER WITH JIGSAW AND REARRANGING THEIR LIFE TO MAKE SPACE FOR HIM HAD ME LYING IN THE DIRT SOBBING FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO CLIMB DOWN FROM THE SUGAR HIGH THIS SCENE GAVE ME WITH ITS SWEETNESS. it also reminded me a little of the scene in episode 6 when talay admits everything he has missed about puen: talay has always been more rational and reserved with his emotions compared to puen, but it's in quiet moments like these that you can see how deeply his feelings actually run. both puen and talay have so much love to give and one day, when they will be ready, they're gonna have a kid of their own and expand their family, and this knowledge is gonna MAKE ME DIE HAPPY AND IN PEACE

Despite there being plenty of open seats—"plenty" in this case meaning all of them—Kokichi sidles on in between the one Kaito occupies and an empty one that would be perfect for his little booty if not for the other option. Which he takes up quickly. A confident little plop! right atop his astro-nut's knee.

"So, get this." Kokichi loops an arm around broad shoulders. "I came across this suuuper lame piece of garbage the other day, and I was like 'Man, what the heck am I supposed to do with this crap? Even the landfill doesn't deserve this,' but then—! I thought to myself"—he leans in some, bumping his head against Kaito's temple—"'Hey, I know a lamer! Personally!' Here you go! ♡"

Abruptly, from the hand still hidden behind him, Kokichi tosses a dark hakama right over Kaito's head. (And yes, he realizes it doesn't go there, stupid: he has a different plan.) Before the boy can so much as react to the assault, Kokichi cleverly yanks the indigo fabric right over Kaito's eyes, leans in to plant a speedy kiss to his lips, then springs up in the space of a breath.

"Happy birthdaaaay~! ☆" he cheers, and is no sooner racing away with a maniacal laugh. [[We're a little bit early, but I didn't want to end up late! ;w; ALL THE LOVE FOR THE GOOD SPACE BOY !!! Happy birthday, Kaito!]]

MAYBE IT WAS SELFISH OF HIM TO THINK THIS WAY, but Kaito didn't think that he would wound up celebrating his birthday in here. Even as a few of the others' birthdays have since come and gone, the teen didn't think that they would be stuck in here for as long as they have. Not when time itself was still of the essence. And especially when he... still haven't yet gone into space.

And the realisation would strike him nearly as hard as a blow to the gut that morning, when those annoying ass Monokubs actually ANNOUNCED that it was his birthday. Almost like some dumb workplace tradition, that would just leave nearly everyone of them feeling all the more awkward and uncomfortable than they already were. And anyways, if anyone wanted to remember it, all of their birthdays were already recorded clearly down on each and everyone of their Monopads.

... Still, he really shouldn't be thinking this way. Heck, he should just be thankful that he and the others would get to live another day. And as he would remember how much effort they have since begun put into every one of their friends' birthdays. Making sure that it was truly a worthwhile one, and not be just another thing for them to get depressed about, whilst trapped in here... that was what mattered. For them all to continue STICKING TOGETHER, as they worked together to make it safely oughta this place.

And so, Kaito would decide to simply start the day off like he would any other. Heading straight to the dining hall upon leaving his room, and putting together some breakfast for himself while he waited for everyone else to arrive. Making himself some UDON, this time round, with all his favourite garnishing thrown right in there. Just the way he likes it!

... And just the way his GRANDMOTHER used to make it for him each year... With vegetables freshly grown and harvested from their very own farm, it wasn't all that surprising that her udon would always be the very best in his books.

... Just, wait for me, okay? Please be okay... I miss you both so much.

Instead of digging in like he had planned to prior, Kaito would simply find himself gazing down towards the steaming bowl of noodles. Already knowing that it was a bad idea to dwell on these thoughts for long, but having a hard time stopping himself now that he did.

Though thankfully, however, he wouldn't be left alone with them for long. As an all too familiar voice would resound throughout the halls themselves.

"Ah-- Kokichi."

While his acknowledgement would lack its usual energy then, Kaito would noticeably relax. Having just been snapped out of that dazed stupor he had put himself in, as his chest WARMED at the very sight of him.

... Sigh, it was just like this guy to make him feel both hot and cold at the same time. For this guy to make him wanna pull him into a tight, affectionate squeeze, but also give him a hard, chastising shake by the shoulders (Not that it would do anything, other than further entertain the little gremlin), with each word that would escape those lips of his. And as the other settled himself atop one of his knees, all he would simply do then, was hold him in return.

As the touch of his head to his temple, would cause the taller to ever so briefly nuzzle him, while he still had the chance...

For of course, these things never tended to last for long, not with his boyfriend.

And before the poor astronaut in training could even fully exclaim his shock, his lips would be silenced by another pair. Leaving them merely agape but a second later, as a humorously wheezy little gasp would escape the taller male. Just as the other would lift himself off him after that much too brief of a kiss.

And while he barely had a moment to comprehend everything that had just happened, Kaito was already flinging that damn thing off his head. As he got out of that chair, and started running after his boyfriend without a second thought. Leaving his birthday udon, for the time being, untouched.

"Uuuugh, get back here, you lil' shit!!!"
