I was feeling the Dre’s little ghost au vibes so take Crypt with Ghostbur and Revivebur :D

Crypt really likes Ghostbur! even thinking of him as uncle Ghostbur! They’re just silly little guys doing silly little guy things!

Crypt does not have as favorable view of Revivebur..

They have a very inate sense of who are bastards. and Wilbur rings all the alarm bells. they don’t like how he acts towards Cala either and are absolutely determined to keep their mama safe!

they hate him immensely. he is right up there with Sam and Quackity(who specifically they have SO much beef with. and not just for Cala and Dre reasons!)

anyway yeah did you know ladybugs are assosiated with protection amoung other things(mainly luck)? well they are! and Crypt is incredibly protective! they very often step in front of Cala and Dre and effectively hiss at whoever they deem unsafe. or in extreme cases bite them!

this is somewhat hilarious as an image because they are literally 3’8 and very obviously 8 years old, and also they’re mute and their sounds end up.. kinda strange? but they refuse to let being small and unable to curse out their opponents stop them from protecting their family!

also I gotta mention that while they are glaring or hissing at people they are absolutely cursing them out in their mind. they internally swear like a damn salior when angry because of ahem backstory reasons tm

they get nice and creative with the insults too! they lament not being able to say them.

The singular jazzprowl mention has amused me greatly. Their asses got clocked and people just accepted that they were weirdos like that

Another thing that particularly stands out to me is the friendship between Twitch and Frenzy!!! It was so so nice seeing Frenzy open up about, well. Kinda everything and finding a new place that she’s comfortable in, even though the people around her are weird as fuck. Twitch claiming the best friend title was great.

Oh and the whole Rumble situation and how you used that as a catalyst? Genius. So fucking genius. Characters who haunt the narrative always gets me in the emotions

Breakdown and Knockout were the couple goals ever. People around them need to take note because that’s what a (mostly) normal relationship looks like. I’m so happy for them. Undoomed by the narrative!!! BD saying that everything he does it for KO was so endearing never let that man go!! Idk just them <3

The megop pining is boh very sad and super funny at the same time LMAO grown ass mechs </3 theyre so not normal about each other. But in all seriousness I really like the direction you took Op’s character, it’s very interesting to read. He is so full of unwarranted guilt 🩷🩷

I hope Screamer gets to talk about the whole Skyfire situation eventually because I fear that he’d explode at some point if he doesn’t. But unfortunately he got screwed over by The Plot like a LOSER /silly. Everyone in this fic is yearning so bad

On a lighter note, Optimus using emojis when comming Megatron pre-divorce was so goofy. Why is he like that 🩷 he wants that mech so bad it makes him look stupid /lh

Back to Soundwave and Hotrod for a second because they’re on my mind today. Roddy immediately going after Soundwave after he left in the middle of the night leaving an Ominous Message was very sweet. Looking at this from Hotrod’s perspective, Soundwave was probably the first person he’s had around in a pretty long time, so yeah, he kinda got a bit attached to his new friend relatively quickly because he’s lonely—his words. It seemed like he tried to play it off as just a single one-off statement, but idk, it stuck out to me. He’s a social guy! He seems to like having people around in a casual setting, helping others out, that kind of stuff. But with his decision to “retire”, it kinda took that aspect of his life away. Not all around of course, he’s still in contact with Op and probably a number of other Autobots, but he doesn’t want to get involved with basically anything. So his new friendship with Soundwave is kind of forcing him to get outta the house again and really get involved, because his whole “staying out of the drama” schtick wasn’t going to last forever. My point is that I like Hotrod and how you wrote him and he’s a character that makes me think thoughts. Would love to see more from him and maybe interacting with some more characters!

As a whole, I love Elita One. She’s so supportive and also a bit of a hardass and I love that for her. Strongarming Op into actually taking care of himself is definitely an Elita move, especially considering her tfone personality and how it translates into ES. I liked her conversation with Ravage a lot! Her offering the documentations of Megs time as an Autobot prisoner because she wants Ravage to see how Megatron changed during that time was a good choice. I like to think that Elita mellowed out a little bit more as time went on, especially after the war ended. Still a hardass though because that’s a key trait of her personality, but probably a little more relaxed for the most part because she’s not constantly under the pressure of being super responsible over people (her time as the leader is her mining team, leading people during war, etc.). And I absolutely adore her conversation with Megatron from a number of chapters ago, their friendship means so so much to me and I don’t get to see it a lot! I think they’re super interesting, especially when they’re kind of parallels to each other in a sense

Not a lot to say about this one, but Solus and Optimus <3 that was so sweet. She’s like an auntie to him and I think it’s wonderful

You really jam packed a lot of really good character interactions into your writing and I’m so thankful for it

People saw Jazz and Prowl together, stared for a bit then shrugged and yet: 'yeah alright then. They're a thing.'

It is disappointing that the Terran's were never able to have some one on one time with the Cassettes, because what brief interactions we do have are kinda funny and casual. I always got the vibe that Twitch and Frenzy would be friends. The Hothead and the Goth Music Daughter. Frenzy's lived with the Decepticons all her life, there's nothing she finds weird anymore. Plus, Twitch now has Soundwave's blessing, which is something super hard to achieve.

Oops, deceased Rumble. Megatron still holds out hope he can find that key. But is Rumble still able to be saved? That's the question.

Knockout and Breakdown are the couple ever. They're just so comfortable with each other, arguments don't break their bond and they have no problem with their significant others hanging out with their friends. They're dedicated to each other, no matter how far the distance between them. Couple Goals!

The Megop pining is more or less on one side at the moment to be honest. OP really wants Megs but Megs is still clutching on to the memory of what he had with Soundwave. OP's jealously is also probably a big turn off for Megs because even if he doesn't comment on it, he knows it's there.

Screamer really does need to address his relationship and where it's at with Skyfire. There's unresolved stuff there for sure and the universe keeps slapping Screamer on the aft and saying: NO! The only people who aren't yearning are BD/KO and Elita at this point.

OP's been trying to emulate humans to seem more threatening at this point in time and it slipped into his texts with Megs. Megs does not approve and is very confused at these strange hieroglyphs.

Hotrod's worried for his new friend. Even if it might not be mentioned, though he lives alone he does get . Thundercracker and Ion Storm live nearby and they're chill, even if TC thinks fishing is a bit lame. Hot Rod really is a social guy, but the war took a toll on him and he needed to rest, not to mention he wanted nothing to do with GHOST once they started locking up Decepticons. Now, Soundwave is in trouble and needs help and he doesn't hesitate to help because that's just the kind of guy he is. A guy who's worthy of the Matrix of Leadership for a reason. They'll be a lot more of him later, don't worry, he is on a mission after all!

Elita is probably my favourite character to write simply because she's the same head strong femme from ONE, but she's chilled out to the point that she's mature and has great wisdom in her processors. She knows that Soundwave needs to see how badly Megatron took the divorce. She knows that Megatron and Soundwave need to talk because she sees how badly it still affects Megatron. Honestly, she was one of the first people to trust Megatron because she knew D16 so well as miners and saw D16 coming back. Elita is probably the closest friend Megatron has at the moment, bar Dot.

Solus is a good maternal figure for OP. She's there when he needs him. Which isn't often but she always watches over him.

Chapter Seven time baby!

I have so much trouble sympathizing with Helena because, unlike her, I don't put much thought into my appearance. I could be five minutes from needing to be somewhere and looking nice and I'll just… grab something outta my closet. Helena would be so disappointed in me, I worry! Because here she is, worrying and running late for the banquet because a dress she specially ordered hasn't arrived. She needs that dress to look her best and fit the aesthetic of her hosts and that consciousness of hers makes sense considering her background. She grew up with eyes on her and with the expectation that she presents herself within certain criteria. The assumption of Helena's, that the dress's arrival wouldn't really be such a close call, being proven wrong gives a sense of Helena's optimism. She hopes that things work out neatly even with a warning. It's something small but considering that she's surrounded by the elder Silvas who pessimistically look down (mostly on others), I think that every moment that can show a part of Helena contrasting the nature of the Silvas is a good part of the story.

Lmao, Nozel accidentally perved on Helena! I mean not that much since she had the bathrobe on. But like, coming to a lady's room only to find her underdressed would probably be considered perverse in the setting. And congratulations, Helena, you broke Nozel's nose! Or maybe just left a scratch on his hairpiece. Either way, smooth move slamming the door on him.

I will point out that Nozel is wrong in saying that he "barged in" on Helena. For me "barging in" implies walking into the room without announcement. Helena, while expecting someone else, opened the door for him. Really, Nozel merely checked in at an inopportune time and Helena unintentionally revealed herself. So… social interaction points for neither of them, they both fumbled here. (Also, you'd think that the maid bringing the dress would actually be the one to rush in, hurrying to get Helena her dress and all.)

This is probably only because I am separated from the scene and have extra awareness as a reader but… Nozel… Buddy. Helena just said that she's waiting for her dress. Meaning that she's intending to put on a specific article of clothing. Shut the heck up with your nonsense of "don't you have anything else to where?" If someone is of the mind to where something in particular, they're not just going to throw whatever on! You silver dolt!/lh

Helena's assumption that Nozel wouldn't do a proper job and escort her to the banquet is a bit insulting. Not a super scathing insult but it's the kind of high society jab that fits the two of them. Being accused of impropriety seems like something that Nozel would in fact take seriously. I mean, the fact that he made quite the silly effort not to look at Helena while she's underdressed backs up the idea that he's conscious of propriety.

"I meant it when I said, it was going to be worth it wait." Glorious show of confidence from Helena. She can work it!

I can't believe Nozel can already read Helena well enough that he can tell by her face that she's going to say something that's going to bother him. Aiasgjklbnairugh! He's got his eagle eyes locked onto things that displease him, I guess.

Maybe this is just me nitpicking a particular detail but I think mentioning that Nebra gave Helena the Silva earrings should've only come up when Helena arrived at the banquet. The first mention of the Silva earrings could've omitted where Helena got them, probably leaving readers to assume that they were procured by the maids. Then later, Nebra's comment reveals that she gave them to Helena. It would've built off the scene that ended the previous chapter where Nebra helped plan Helena's outfit and showed how the women are developing the start of a friendship. As it's already written though, it's fine. But a small question and reveal never hurts.

(I'm thinking of some writing that was shared with me where Character A is depicted needing help getting a gift for Character B, their love interest. And at first, they're only shown asking Character C for help picking a gift but then it's revealed that C actively helped make the gift for B, making a romantic moment for A and B also a background B and C friendship moment. It's a small detail but it can still leave an impact.)

Also, Helena and Nebra's outfits sharing a general silhouette is a nice touch. As of right now, they're the ones who are the closest.

It probably wasn't your intention with the scene but Helena interacting with the Vermillions shows why she's been placed with the Silvas. She fits in too cleanly with the Vermillions, being open and amicable. But her role in the story is to interact with the Silvas as they stand in opposition to her beliefs. She challanges them. It's not in the sense that she's saying "I'm going to change you to be what I like" but in the sense that she's saying "I'm here with you but you won't steamroll my beliefs and you'll have to live with that." I know you say Helena is a narrator to the Silvas' story, but I'm not really seeing her that way. She has her own plot/character arc but it's like thinner threads woven into a thicker rope. Helena has stuff going on for herself but it's encompassed by a larger entity, that being the goings-on of the Silvas.

Now I know this is just a me thing but Helena opting to refer to Fuegoleon by a nickname during their first meeting felt rushed. Fuegoleon is more amicable than Nozel, and Fuegoleon being open to a nickname does highlight that and Helena's affinity with the Vermillions. But you also point out that most people don't call him by a nickname and the only canonical example I can think of is Sister Theresa. And Helena doesn't have the same weight in Fuegoleon's life that Sister Theresa does. Sorry to harp on something so small. It just felt off to me.

As the chapter nears its end, I don't really have much else to say. Helena presents herself well and nothing goes wrong during the evening. It's a lowstakes, low drama chapter. All that drama is for later chapters, I know. But the beginnings of Helena and Nozel's future closeness shows in the end. A genuine compliment from him. And a flustered reaction from her. It feels like a nice parallel to the end of the last chapter, where it was Helena and Nebra being shown becoming closer to one another. However here, the energy is charged with a different kind of emotion.

I’m so excited you got to this chapter because finally it’s a bit funnier. 

Helena puts A LOT of thought in her appearance, but that’s normal for a Royal, she knows it’s more than how she feels. She needs to represent a house, carry the right symbolism, reveal just the right amount of skin… and so on and so on.

I love how you caught that part in which it shows how much of an optimist Helena is. Just like in previous chapters with the Silvas she was once again convinced that everything would be alright. Sadly she got disappointed again… But yes it’s all about contrasts and parallels and you’re catching on to them.

Well… he still checked her out. He didn’t point out to her how she was in her bathrobe, he just… stared. And in Royal setting any private interactions between man and woman could be considered this way.

She didn’t break his nose… yet… okay HELENA doesn’t break his nose. But yes it accidentally became a repeating trope in PH that Nozel’s nose gets assaulted.

Everyone is angry they’re late.

To the next one, he is a silver dolt! And once again *late bird noises* that’s all that’s happening in his brain. Well maybe for a moment Nozel.exe stopped working as he started checking her out, but then it went back to the late mode. 

Yes Helena’s assumption is insulting and it’s meant to be. Helena… has this tendency to stick the needle where it hurst. She’s very good at that whether she wants it or not. So yes she knows it’s expected of Nozel to do that and is not actually surprised he did it, but… once again she knows how to insult people. (She’s not super mean… but she kind of is at times).

Helena’s almost always confident. I look up to my own OC for that. 

So it’s not about Nozel being able to read her that well, it’s more about Helena being an open book. People don’t have to know her that well to recognise “I’m going to say something silly” look. Also yes Nozel is an expert at finding stuff that annoys him only so that he can criticise them. 

You nitpicked at the right detail. I feel like I should rewrite that, because the earrings are kind of a symbol of Helena and Nebra’s friendship. Nebra helped Helena pick her outfit, got her the earrings as in “you’re representing our house”, but also an olive branch of sorts way. So the thing with Nebra is that she really doesn’t have friends. And now suddenly there’s another woman around her age, another Royal, who lives with her and is not the most awful person to be around. She’s… willing to take that shot. Especially since she appreciates fashion.

I totally agree with you. Ehh I wrote this so long ago and you know what it only shows that my writing and planning has improved so I’m happy. I’m glad you’re pointing these out, because I also know what I can do in the future, so please continue to do so. Another writer’s honest opinion is always such a great source of information to get better. 

Helena and Nebra are the closest for now. A budding friendship.

It was EXACTLY my intention with the Vermillons scene. Helena and the redheads vibe right away.  So we’re seeing how good she’s here and how much she doesn’t click with the Silvas at first. And exactly Helena has her beliefs and since the beginning she doesn’t let Silvas wipe the floor with her. She has her pride. 

I’m glad she’s standing out as more than a narrator to this story, because the more I wrote the better grip I got on Helena. I obviously had a character art for her as well, her own story, because I thought it would be boring without it. I like to compare her a bit to Aaron Burr from Hamilton. Hamilton is the main character, but Burr is the one telling it while having his own character arc and motivations. 

However I may personally see her more as one simply of how she started form the Silvas and was created for them. You got to know Helena as Helena from Tumblr, with the Silvas but still separate to them. 

Yeah… nickname part. It’s awkward. I’m not proud of it, I simply wanted to show them get along well, also Helena crosses boundaries pretty easily when she feels that she “can”, so I tried to show that a bit. But still this is not the best part. 

Helena is your perfect princess who knows how to behave with nobility. There’s no drama here. We’re still before “crossing” the BC storyline so it’s still setting the scene in a way. Building up and this was the first moment when Nozel actually saw that “hey she’s not the words, she can behave… I can… tolerate her… and admit the truth” It’s a compliment but also an observation. He certainly didn’t mean it as a pick up line, because he just doesn’t work that way. He decided to stated the things as they were. And Helena was caught of guard.

Hah the emotion is supposed to be different ^^

Analizis - I make lots of analizis about people inside of my head.

Bands - There are so many bands that i like or would want listen to.

Citruses - I absolutely hate eating citruses.

Duality - I have a dual personality, i can be cute and in second to change into deep dark depressed weirdo.

Eating - I love good and tasty food.

Writting - I could write all day long if my hand wouldn't start ache and ideas wouldn't stop flowing to my mind.

Xenon - I love equations. Chemistry is full of them but i stil don't like it that much.

Yarn - Thing i spend lost of my money on. I have extreme amount of it at home.

Zentangle - Style in which i draw mostly, if i even draw. I love drawing cartoon flowers.

A- ATLA. Another great show and a childhood classic of mine.

B- Books! I love reading even though it's hard to focus on them from time to time

R- Raccoon. I love racoons so much I wish you could kep them

S- Summer. My favourite season even though mosquitos are a pain.

T- The Owl House!!! Go check it out. It's an amazing show and we were robbed of s3

U- Understanding. I'm usually the mediator of my group so I'm pretty good at trying to understand people before judging

V- Vacation. One week of school and I already need it

W- Winter. My second favorite season! I love sculpting things out of the snow so much

X- X-ray. Because I've never actually had one thanks to never breaking any bone in my body I still find them quite scary

Y- Yo-yo. I have a friend trying to teach me yo-yo tricks even though I'm horrible at it

Z- Zombie. Because I feel like one whenever I'm at school. It's tiring.
