I just saw Black Panther Wakanda Forever and without spoilers let me just say

I have never in my life seen a movie that was so clearly made with so much love, and unity, and art. This movie was such a monument to Chadwick Bosemans memory and legacy, while doing every single character justice in a new story line. Ryan Coogler made one of the best, if not THE best movies there is, and I can't wait to see what comes next.

Can we talk about Shuri’s wardrobe and how it changes after she becomes Black Panther (is that necklace the suit???)

She only wears black now. That black dress and sandals like her brother, the black hoodie and shorts when she goes to Haiti…

Babygirl changed up her style when she got her new position, and while she looks great in anything, I can’t help but mourn the younger, vibrant, bubbly Shuri that we knew before. It’s one thing to go through all the shit she did, it’s another to let it change your outward expression of yourself.

Old Shuri is dead.

The Black Panther lives.

Is it possible to request one of you amazingly brilliant artists to create something that depicts Shuri as the Queen of Wakanda? (Either on the throne or at her coronation, etc?)

I'm not gonna lie, at the end of WF when I saw the Wakandans all dancing and chanting Shuri's name (like they did T'Challa in the first film) my heart was so full, I was soooo ready to hear her proclaimed "Her Majesty, Queen Shuri of Wakanda". . .and then of course M'Baku's thick ass steps out -__-

I was ready to greet our Nubian Queen y'all and now I can't stop thinking about it. I could use some amazing artwork to tide me over.

No matter how you decide to read this scene, I can’t get out of my mind the idea that even if Namor did have his agenda, he was not expecting her to basically offer to be kept there

Poor dude really thought he would have to resort to every last inch of his charm, or at worst threaten, to convince her to at least hear him out, instead she did listen to him, intently, then batted her eyelashes and asked to see his nation with the biggest smile on her face

My girl Shuri truly gagged an immortal mutant feathered serpent god and had him giggling kicking his feet twirling his hair HER POWER TRULY IS UNMATCHED
