Parental figure!! Does Duck make fun of price for supplying his daughter and her friends with mail order husbands? Because that’s exactly what he did. Or!!! Other moms asking if he’s got soldiers for their sons and daughters

All the time. I think Duck realizes as soon as she gets home that the boys are wrapped around their darling's finger. Pokes fun at Price for turning a bunch of soldiers into puppy dogs, mail-order-husbands, voluntary cowboys, etc. He groans and tells her that he didn't expect the muppets to start falling in love he just needed the extra hands on the ranch.

Duck does get one or two mommas asking if Price has anyone else he's thinking of bringing to the states, but mostly it's playful jokes. Lot's of "Think that's the quickest anyone's turned an interloper into an in-law."

The town does become a sort of haven for retiring soldiers... Lots of pretty singles and plenty of work to be done, no wonder Keegan and the Walkers moved in.
