I cannot caption this properly because my heart busted the moment I saw this pic — 2018 France F2 Round (Circuit Paul Ricard, Le Castellet)

The way Hanma looks so overly happy about the unexpected here. Love how him and Kisaki lost against Takemichi but he's still happy with the outcome.
Ngl it's pretty cute

Most dpxdc fics say that in the alternate timeline where Danny becomes Dan, Dan is ridiculously overpowered killed the entire JL. The problem is that idea only works if you ignore Batman entirely. Batman has a contingency plan for everyone. You could say that Dan caught him off gaurd, but tbh that’s kinda boring.
The only universes where someone managed to kill Batman, he was either killed by another Batman or by one of his children. Other Batman’s managed to kill him bc it’s a Batman v Batman battle and they’re evenly matched. For the other universes? Batman wasn’t fighting back all the ways he could.
Because here’s the thing about Batman: he has contingency plans upon contingency plans for Superman, for his rogues, for the entire JL. Superman goes evil in about 50% of the universes he’s in, and even with his friends he isn’t willing to let sentiment get in the way of saving the world from a potential threat.
But for his family? Batman doesn’t make contingency plans for his family. Even when he arguably should, even in universes where it leads to his death, Batman never makes a single contingency plan for any of his children.
What I’m saying is this, the only universe where Dan could successfully kill Batman is a universe where Dan is Bruce’s son.
And that, my friends, is a far more interesting story to tell.

September 18, 1966: After a weekend break in Paris with Paul, Brian, and Neil, John travels to Carboneras, Spain to continue filming How I Won The War. He first stays in a seafront hostel, Delfin Verde (The Green Dolphin). Here, he picks up his nylon-stringed Spanish guitar and a tape recorder and works on It's Not Too Bad, a rough idea that will evolve into Strawberry Fields Forever. To accommodate his visitors (Cynthia, Ringo, Maureen, and others), he later moves to a spacious villa, Santa Isabel, and continues to shape the song. The villa bears a distinct similarity to the grounds of the children's home that John visited as a child and may have unlocked memories to inspire the song's title. Before leaving, he writes "Santa Isabel Demos" on the tape.
These demos were released as a bootleg in 1997. The distinct "let me take you down" part of the song shows up at 5 minutes in, but it's missing the song title. Wait another minute to hear John to name it directly.
The back of the bootleg includes a tracklist with take numbers. It's not quite clear how those were decided; they look incorrect to me. I've used the Nothing Is Real numbers to give the timestamps for each:
00:00 Warm-up
00:28 Take 1
01:16 Take 2
02:38 Take 3
04:09 Take 4
05:58 Takes 5 & 6
08:13 Rehearsal

hey happy new years! you doing alright? i miss your posts<3
Hello and happy New Years to you as well! I am still here, I’ve taken a break because of college finals and then Winter break because my other family members were visiting from uni. I also suffer pretty badly from an anxiety disorder that really messes with my focus and it gets worse during winter some years. 😥
I was actually going to make a post today about it because I thought I’ve worried people by dropping off like this.
I have gotten back to work on a bigger project and a few comics I’m chipping away at, part 2 to the post movie comic, possibly another part for mama Leonardo and one with both Raphs. I’m also working on to answers from my ask box as well. I’m not used to so much activity on one of my blogs to be honest! ^^”
Here’s a doodle for the comic I hope to finish soon, it’s like 5-6 pages so fingers crossed really.
