For a minute there, I actually forgot how the game ended. But then she put the hand on the chest and the Wii PTSD started flooding back in.

Honestly it feels kinda weird reading TLOZ Twilight Princess manga in the year 2023. When everyone else is super hype about TLOZ Tears of the Kingdom. Because although it is technically speaking the same fandom.

It's also feels like, the fandom just dosen't exists at all when comes to other game titles. At least that who I felt on Tumblr, I found very little Twilight Princess content here.

the best part of Tears of the Kingdom was when Zelda said “IT’S TEARIN’ TIME” and teared all over the kingdom

in both BOTW and TOTK Zelda spends aeons waiting. She's been alive for hundreds and then thousands of years, playing the long game, hoping that her trust in Link isn't misplaced.

Meanwhile link wakes up in his underwear and saves the world 3 days later

I know Zelda said that she has no memory of her time as the Light Dragon and says it was like sleeping but imagine if she was conscious during her time as the Light Dragon but she just doesn’t remember being conscious. Imagine spending thousands and thousands of years watching the story of Hyrule be written before your eyes and you have to wait until it’s finally your time. And the second she returns to her human form those memories are taken from her and disappeared along with the Light Dragon.

Tears of the kingdom carrying over all my horses from Breath of the Wild got me😭 I wasn't expecting them to be there when i registered a new one! I'm so happy the devs thought of such a cute small detail

in order, the final shot of the game, link putting away the master sword on top of the light dragon, link about to strike the demon dragon's secret stone, link reaching to catch zelda, the light dragon and demon dragon facing off, ganondorf's first boss title, link looking into the sunset, link and riju meeting the sage of lightning, link on the overlook just outside the shrine of resurrection on the great plateau, and a guy in hateno village calling link weirdly handsome.

I’m fully convinced that if Zelda didn’t return to a human at the end of the game Link would have tried to get one of the secret stones so he could turn into a dragon just so Zelda wouldn’t have to be alone.

He was visiting Sonia's grave just one last time, taking the chance as the sages prepared, and knowing it would be his last time seeing the stone above her resting place.

He didn't want it to end this way. He just wanted peace.

That's all Rauru was trying to achieve throughout this entire feud; peace. That's what he was trying to do when he decided to keep Ganondorf at bay, and when he met him halfway before that. He let him in, he thought an agreement could be made, a peace could be wagered, or so he foolishly told himself. Hyrule could be at peace; together. That was thrown out the window the moment he saw his dead wife in Zelda's arms, backstabbed by Ganondorf. Now? Now, after he's tried everything he could other than war, now he knew that he had to stop it, to fight for Hyrule. He had to seal Ganondorf away. Never has he been more sure, even as his mind was whirring with a thousand rage, grief-fueled thoughts while he turned away from Sonia's grave one last time. As he tried to clear his head, he could barely hear the words from Zelda as he leaves the fresh row of graves.

"Ganondorf has grown too corrupted to yield to him... so we fight it." He replied, nodding to Zelda's attempt to urge him. "I know what I must do, I cannot yield while he rains havoc upon Hyrule." He finished just before the sages started to join them where they stood. Before losing Sonia, the reality he found himself in had not occurred to him as a possibility. Losing Hyrule, losing Sonia, the thought that both could happen never sunk in because there's never been a threat as large as this ; and now, as he stood with his sages, he felt so naïve to think so. But he couldn't focus on that anymore, not while he still had a chance to save Hyrule.

"I thank you all for fighting alongside me, I trust you the most to help me in this war." A brief thanks to the sages as they gather, then features harden. "We are leaving. Now."
