I'm mad HBO had to limit the budget so Spielberg had to cut down the episodes and now we are deprived of this domestic winnix scene of Nix trying to take a shower and then he found Dick in another room writing V-Mail and Nix persuaded him to go to the aid station to look at the leg...

I think the biggest rip from the bong out of New Dawn for me it's how Eden's Gate is treated. IT JUST...... Loses me so much, because it could've build this amazing morally complex and yet simple on presentation moral dilemma of what if the cult leader was right and *what* comes after everything before this.
The Judge although very much confirmed that *IS* our deputy and has certain voice lines where they're sobbing out of nowhere, they're pushed aside by the narrative so Joseph can fully take it, which is funny since I feel THAT is what hindered the game the most, I already had my time with Joseph, I want to see the twins and this post-apoc society but no :) Joseph time!
Which again, I think it absolutely trims the fat of all the interesting stuff it could've have in it regarding Joseph, like yes he might need right but could that have excused *all* of Eden Gate? Jacob's zone is the most glaring that yes they could absolutely survive post-apoc but how come after all that SHIT you been out through you're going to turn into a just a farmer UwUr and not fall into the same cycle??? Specifically on a post-apoc setting. That could've also resonate with the theme of Joseph and Ethan, the trying to pass something but your dad is too much of a cunt.
Like they just wanted to show us Joseph and wooo and ahhh at him but Jesus Christ, I liked Joseph because he was a monster, a VERY scary monster (which also shows with FC5 aesthetics leaning into horror cinema at times)

With the amount of places Buck lived, im surprised there’s not an ongoing “I know a guy” for any situation subplot

Wondering if somewhere in Wymack’s desk is a buried file of one Jeremy Knox who, unbeknownst to the Foxes, was offered a position on their line but stayed in California instead
