After a conversation with my coworker, I've come to the realization that Cosmo Sheldrake's music better fits the image alot of people have been creating of Hozier than his own music.

This piece was inspired by and uses a quote from the Cosmo Sheldrake song "Tardigrade song"

Here is the piece before glazing, I used real dried moss as well as rocks to get the texture on the moss. Unfortunately I lost a lot of the texture in areas where I accidentally added too much glaze. I experimented with using glaze chips in the background for the stars/bits of moss.

couple days ago your Aisling Green song was in my brain again, and I tried to change the part that was looping to the bit of "the hunter and her daughter" cause I really like that bit, and my brain kept cutting immediately to a specific bit in his song The Moss, cause apparently those two lines have the same vibe

I am!! The Moss is one of my favorites of his, so although I didn't take direct conscious inspiration from it... I can't exactly deny that there might have been some inspiration there.
