something i found in Thanks To Them is that hunter, the boy who was never happy, never seemed to really enjoy himself, was happier than luz fucking noceda. luz noceda. the girl who always saw the good in everyone and thing, who looked on the bright side for every terrible situation, who was almost never upset.

hunter is happier than her. he smiled more than she has.

My favorite scene from the owl house season 3 special, part two

DEAR GOD HUNTER, PUT DOWN THOSE SCISSORS RIGHT THIS SECOND YOUNG MAN!! I’m really glad that willow noticed when she did, cause I’m afraid that at that angle hunter could’ve cut his scalp. also I tried cutting my hair by myself once when i was younger (with the situation being a lot different) and let’s just say that i quickly learned my lesson.

Also I NEED someone to write a full length one shot about this scene, describing how hunter felt in this moment upon finding out that “dear titan, I look just like him.” And willows reaction and thoughts during and after stumbling across this. you know what the worst thing about this is? Willow doesn’t know that he’s a grimwalker, and so she doesn’t have the added context to truly understand this.

And in the next episode, when she finds out, she’s gonna look back on this and go “OH.” like not oh as in a word, but “oh” as in a feeling.

Anyway, this little scene towards the end is really cute. with willow casually cutting his hair, and hunter blushing while sweating, this time for a completely different reason XD

Also I’d like to imagine somewhere off screen flapjack and willow’s bee palismen are just peeking around a corner while sharing knowing looks
