(Junior swimming lessons are taking place, and Sasha is among the kids)

(The Akuma class is supporting Adrien and Kagami at a fencing competition. Ivan is babysitting Sasha so she came along.

(Sasha has a little toy magic wand that she uses to clumsily imitate the fencers’ movements)

its so frustrating seeing guys in theatre (really just tenors tbh) do barely anything and getting the lead no sweat

and girls who have worked their asses off feeling absolutely blessed to get a callback for the ensemble

like, I have pretty much the same range as a tenor.

Batraculous: Home Bases

When the four groups of lifelong friends decided to become the Bat Heroes, they quickly realized they would need secret bases all across Paris with access to all of France. After discovering some underground caverns in each side of Paris, they used money (from the rich kids) to turn it into Batcaves, with passages to each Batcave in case they all needed to meet up.

North Faction - Adrien's Home

South Faction - Reshma's Home

East Faction - Austin T's Home

West Faction - Evie's Home

Knowing that they couldn't really hide the constructions of the caves and passageways, Reshma, Austin T and Evie told their parents that it's just a hangout spot. Adrien did the same with Natalie. Thankfully, they all bought it.

The Bourgeois also have emergency passageways just in case.

Cave Bat (Austin B) mainly operates at the East Faction's batcave, only wearing a batsuit in case of an emergency operation or an intruder.

We finally picked a play to perform for theatre class!!!!!!!!

I just had my first Greek Tragedy class...

After the class I began to cry. Literally...

Mostly because, before the class, I was already having headaches and pains in my back. I couldn’t sleep well either last night. And a blister emerged in my big toe in my right feet and it was cut in one of the excersises. It bleeded afterwards.

When I returned home it wasn’t any better and I cried again.

My head still hurts and now I’m having a sore throat.

I’m physically destroyed.

And emotionally, but that’s other story.

Okay, the funniest thing happened in my theatre class today. So we were all talking and being theatre kids and the teacher was trying to get the classes attention. He was trying every trick in the book and then a kid in the back just started singing rly loud “you are, my fire” and EVERYONE JOINED IN and it was amazing

school theatre fucking sucks

like, in professional theatre, you don't book it, it's not personal, you just weren't right for the show, you usually have other options

But with school theatre, you don't get in, it's just 6-9 weeks of seeing other people do something you want to be in so desperately. It feels personal. The closest community theatre to me is 30 minutes away, and they usually only cast adults (they do a kids play in the summer, but it's mostly really young kids). And youth theatres cost alot of freaking money. I scoured Facebook last night for literally any show I could be considered for, and I found 1, at a theatre 1 and a half hours away

I might get into tech, and while I THOROUGHLY appreciate techies, they do so much, and the show would absolutely fall apart without them, it's not really for me. It's not my thing. Like tech interviews were today, same day as the first dance call, and I just saw everyone getting their dance shoes on, stretching, learning the choreo, and i wanted to cry. I don't think I've ever wanted something so badly

And my director somehow ALREADY has favorite freshmen. It's pretty much 3 carbon copies of the same girl. Can dance, Can kinda sing they just have a big belty voice so it sounds more impressive and can kinda act. And I feel like a bitch for saying that, and I'm not saying I'm so much better than them, but like one of these girls I went so school with before and she was in theatre, SO MANY PEOPLE said she wasnt that good of a singer.

It just feels so personal, and to not have other shows to do, or like another club or sport to do (cause I'm pretty sure all of the favorite girls do some kind of sport) I'm not good at anything else. this is my thing. and it's a mix of senority rules, not fitting the favorite character, under confidence probably, and it just doesn't feel good

People will sometimes assume that college theatre classes are just a bunch of senior college students running around pretending to be dinosaurs. And you know what? I find that highly offensive.

Because they're right. That's exactly what I did in one of my senior theatre classes today. I was I dinosaur teacher in drag, trying to stop one dinosaur student from stealing another dinosaur student's pudding cup.
