“You don’t get it—we need to be fuckable!” Haechan stresses, and you roll your eyes in exasperation.

“Haechan, you’re already fuckable.” you explain calmly, and he opens his mouth in preparation for some witty remark, but after processing your words, his eyes widen and his mouth hangs open uselessly, his accusingly pointed finger now pointing meekly at the floor at an angle. 

“I—So—so you would fuck us?” he stammers, and you nod slowly, looking from him to Jaemin.

“Why do you think I let you get away with your numerous dorm violations?” you snort in amusement, and he blinks hard.

“I thought you just took pity on us, y’know? Like you had a soft spot for nerds or something.”

“I don’t have a soft spot for nerds.” you answer. “I have a soft spot for hot nerds, though.”

His mouth opens and closes pathetically as his normally quick-witted brain scrambles to process the information you’ve just presented to him. Jaemin is quicker to act, sitting forward so suddenly the move could be considered as predatory, and you’re not sure if it’s the lighting reflecting off of his glasses or what, but there is most definitely a glint in his eye as he regards you, his lips gradually stretching into a toothy grin.

“So you let us get away with stuff? Because you like us? Like what?” he questions, and you tilt your head to the side as you think. 

“Your candles, for starters. Haechan’s tapestry, your many many noise complaints from your neighbors when you two get too heated as you’re gaming,” you start to list off on your fingers, and you cross one leg over the other, not missing the way both of their eyes shift to your newly exposed skin and how… hungry they look. “The way you—” you point at Haechan, “always try to get away with looking up my skirt.”

Haechan’s face flushes a pretty shade of red, and you smile, amused, as he scrambles to defend himself. Before he can, you hold up a hand to silence him. 

“Haechan?”

“Yes?” he replies meekly.

“If I minded, I would have said something by now. I certainly wouldn’t have kept wearing skirts and accidentally flashing you.” 

His eyes roll back into his head with a whimper and he nods in understanding. 

“And you—” you round on Jaemin, who’s still perched like a lion about to pounce, and the male just smiles wider, tilting his head to the side curiously.

“What about me?”

“You probably think you’re slick with the little lingering touches on my back and waist when you’re ‘trying to get by,’ but I only let you do that because I like it.”

His grin widens more than you even thought possible, the glint in his eye now unmistakable. “Oh, yeah? Where else do you like being touched?”

“I mean,” you hum, uncrossing your thighs and smiling as both of their gazes hone in on the space between your legs, “I could tell you, but I think you’d rather have me show you.”

“I have a better idea,” Jaemin murmurs, moving towards you slowly. “How about you let us find out?”

Summary: Cassian manages to piss off the prettiest flute player he’s ever seen.

“Do you not know what pianissimo means?”

Cassian looked up from his sheet music to see the most gorgeous woman he’d ever seen staring daggers at him from the row in front of him. She’d turned halfway around in her seat to talk to him, her silver flute resting at textbook attention on one of her perfect thighs, and if he didn’t believe in love at first sight, then holy shit did he now.

“Huh?” Cassian managed to get out. Her eyes were so mesmerizing, especially now that they were narrowed at him.

“Everybody’s sheet music,” she said slowly, like she was talking to a child, “says pianissimo. As in quiet.”

“Okay,” he said back just as slowly. She was so beautiful that he’d probably agree to anything she had to say to him, and if she looked this gorgeous under the shitty lighting in the orchestra rehearsal room, he could only imagine how lovely she’d look with the sun shining in her hair to bring out more of the gold amongst the brown strands.

“So if you understand that,” she replied, staring down her nose at him before motioning to his trumpet, “why in God’s name do you keep blasting that thing right into my ear?”

“Maybe I wanted you to turn around and yell at me,” he responded with an easy grin.

She scowled at him. “If you wanted my attention, there are far less irritating ways to get it.”

“Like what?”

“Like using my name, for starters.”

“I would do that if I knew it.”

“Nesta,” Nesta told him with a roll of her eyes. Cassian just grinned back at her, unable to help himself now that he knew her name. “Now stop blasting that thing like you don’t know what dynamics mean.”

“Cassian,” Cassian introduced himself back. He raised his trumpet before adding, “And no promises.”

Nesta heaved a heavy sigh before whipping around in her chair, momentarily dazing him as the scent of her perfume — or maybe her hair products? — blessed his nostrils. Between her pointed glare, the perfect way she was holding her flute, and the way she hadn’t hesitated in turning around to tell him off, Cassian could tell he was in for something special.

What it was, he wasn’t quite sure of yet. All he knew was that it was going to be a beautiful semester.

Welcome to the Transformers Fandom

Did you just see Transformers One? It was good, wasn't it? Do you want to be fannish about it? This post is for you.

First thing to know is we use the tag maccadam. This practice dates back to when the live action movies would flood the Transformers tag with actor pics. Maccadam is where you will find the robots. It is a reference to Maccadam's Old Oil House. A bar found in some continuities. You can still use the Transformers tag

Speaking of references. Let me introduce you to your new best friend: TFWiki. The Transformers Wiki is the place to go if you want to know anything about Transformers. Shows, Movies, Comics, Books, Toys. It's all there. We're spoiled with how good this wiki is. Thanks, guys.

Now you don't have to watch more Transfomers to be a fan. If you loved the movie you're already a fan. You don't have to ever watch another thing and you are still a fan and welcome here. But I'm betting you want to see more Transfomers. Here are some other continuities and where to find them. This is not an extensive list. This is a starter pack.

The Transformers (1984) AKA Generation 1 AKA G1. The original that started it all. Dubious 80s animation and some of the greatest voice actors of all time. Available on Tubi for free.

Beast Wars AKA TFBW. If G1 started everything Beast Wars is what kept it from dying out. Absolutely bleeding edge computer animation in the 90s. It's, uh, very dated, but the story and voice acting still hold up and I recommend giving it a chance. Available on Tubi for free.

Transformers Animated AKA TFA (yes we fought the Star Wars folks over that tag) Debuted the same year as the first Live Action Movie. It is very anime influenced and shows a very different side to our favorite characters. One of the more popular shows in the fandom. Available on Tubi for free. Also on Pluto

Transformers Prime AKA TFP AKA Prime. Another very popular show with the fandom. Part of the Aligned continuity which featured books, games, and other shows. This is probably closest to Transformers One in characterization and I would recommend making this your next watch if you can. The First season is on Netflix with the rest available on Tubi. Yeah I don't know what is up with that.

Rescue Bots AKA TFRB This is a Show for Preschoolers, but don't let that scare you away. It is one of the best Transformers shows. Somehow also part of the Aligned continuity. Season one is on Netflix and it is also available on Pluto

Transformers Cyberverse AKA Cyberverse AKA TFCV. A fun Bumblebee focused show. Very few humans. Season 1 is on Hasbro's YouTube channel, Season 3 (????) is on Netflix, Also on Pluto.

Transformers EarthSpark AKA TFES. The most recent show. Lots of new characters and a new side to Megatron that I love. On Paramount+ and YouTube premium.

Live Action Movies. There are 7 live action movies the first 5 are directed by Micheal Bay and are collectively known as the Bayverse The other two movies Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts, are also sometimes lumped in with Bayverse. It is debated if they are reboots or prequels. Personally Bumblebee is my favorite. They are all available on Paramount+

Comics. Comics have been part of Transformers from the very beginning. First with Marvel and later with other publishers. Marvel Dreamwave and IDW are the best known publishers. IDW is still very popular in fandom. Currently comics are being published by Skybound. Unfortunately finding out of print comics can be very difficult/expensive and I recommend checking TFWIKI for summaries if you can't find them.

Just thinking about potential paths through the upper city reputation quests in BG3...

That the Baldur's Mouth Gazette running bad press about you doesn't really hit until you get into the upper city, and then it is extremely difficult to gain access anywhere. Guards know your reputation, people won't be seen to do business with you, building reputation is extremely hard and the work arounds mean you have to ally with questionable sources.

Unless!

You can get the remaining Jannath's onside. This reputable house's remaining child is having issues with her husband who you hopefully happened to rescue, and if you can solve them, you get a powerful ally.

You can sort out who is and isn't in the pocket of Gortash in House Ravengard, and restore unity to the household through saving Ulder and reuniting him with his son. This takes a good amount of detective work, as Gortash has been getting his agents into house Ravengard for DECADES. You learn LOADS about Wyll and the family during this quest, including more about Ulder's role in the last Bhaalspawn crisis and the impact of his reform on the city, and his relationship with his own father and his wife.

You get your ally in Ramazith's tower (which is now correctly in the Upper City where it belongs) who blesses you with an aura of charm, which helps.

Cazador is trailing you everywhere, and can also be a way to find favour if you give him Astarion. Failing to do so will mean that his people are also on your tail, until you deal with him. But you can't deal with him until after...

The inauguration ball! An exclusive event for the finest of Baldur's Gate. Gortash has invited you specifically, how wonderful. There's dancing, there's even a bit of time for finding out secrets about Gortash and the Banite cult and even stealing a dance with either your love interest or the man himself. If you agree to ally with him, you're taken to his private quarters in his estate... to avoid the bloodshed. The patriars are massacred in an unholy alliance between steel watchers and vampires... and you realise Astarion is missing. You then have to rescue him before the ritual can take place (which makes more sense for the doors being locked in the Cazador estate...) And if you don't? Cazador will support you in the final fight.

Okay so I'm going to be kind to my poor brain, and throw in the towel on something odd that I've been struggling with for ... a long-ass while now.

I'm going to poke through my drafts and, instead of trying to continue writing the replies I already have that are in the works, I'm just going to start the replies over from the beginning instead. Not only is it not working well because I have no idea what my train of thought was at the time when I was first writing the reply, my muse has also changed and grown since a good chunk of these RPs started out.

That's not to say I'm dropping any of them! Just... yeah. Going to stop making my life 10x harder by trying to pick up where I left off in writing these replies, especially with the ones that are literal months old at this point.

The guy who will read through the same case file for hours on end, taking more than half the day off? Yeah, that’s unlikely- she and Jae-hwan know that well. 

The same can’t be said about the new hire, probably. Grabbing their makeshift company’s newest employee by the arm, Suki drags her out of their drab office.

“C’mon,” Suki says, rather breezily, “He won’t notice if we take off for lunch. Or for the rest of the afternoon.”
