I can’t believe people are still trying to say he wanted Tommy’s attention 💀💀 Was it even Tommy on the phone with Eddie? We don’t know which for a procedural show that every detail matters is important. Also there’s the Chris of it all. What are they going to say to explain that ? Buck was jealous of Chris because he wanted Tommy’s attention and Chris was taking it from him? Like these people need to be for real right now. And then at the end of it Buck himself says yeah I guess so? When asked by a very disbelieving Tommy about him wanting his attention. Like how is that a ringing endorsement he wanted Tommy’s attention at all 💀💀💀💀💀💀

We literally have no way of knowing who Eddie was talking to and, funnily enough, Buck probably didn't either. In any case, Buck wanted to get Eddie's attention back to himself, that's what it was all about.

The fact that the whole final scene between Buck and T revolved so much around Eddie!!! I mean, Buck saying how amazing Eddie is, how he's known that since the moment they met, etc. That was a confession if I ever saw one, and the reason why T was so confused when Buck said he was trying to get his attention when he wouldn't stop babbling about Eddie the whole time.
