need to get a new cover for both pillows but for now it's cute!!! also thinking about adding some leaves and stuff in there for extra wilderness comfort

i’m not sure if this is normal or not for other therians, but for the last day i have been feeling more connected to my cat identity, like mentally feeling less human and instinctively wanting to walk on all fours and meow and stuff…. i feel like i might shift and i honestly don’t know what to do 0~0

The irresistible urge to burrow into the ground and eat foraged plants. Specifically to dig my burrow with my bare hands then curl up and take a nap. This winter had me wishing there was more snow so I could burrow (we live in Canada for the record) - Bug

I was thinking about it all weekend but didn't have the motivation for it, yesterday I gave myself a little push and FINALLY made a den under my bed!!

I have a loft bed with a twin mattress underneath (practically a bunk bed) so I made my den on there with a curtain tacked for an entrance and privacy.

Hello friends who nest!

Whether you're kin, a regressor, or miscecanis, you might be affected by what I call the nesting season, and want to nest all the time! 🪹

So I decided to make a little post about stuff I like in my nest to maybe give some of you ideas or just some comfiness reading it, because nesting is taking up like 80% of my brain right now- 💚

My essentials are: 🪹 Blankets (the fluffier the better) 🪹 Plenty of pillows 🪹 A tons of plushies 🪹 Orange essential oil on the stuffs 🪹 A cedar or orange candle/incense 🪹 A cosy drink (like coffee with some cinnamon) 🪹 A cosy show or podcast 🪹 Some snacks! (nuts for my crow brain, sweet things for the omega cravings, and sometimes some other stuff personally)

I also like to kidnap my partner in it, but that's not always possible 🥺😞 Please feel free to add on with your nesting essentials! ☕️
