Newly Awakened alterhumans when you are discovering yourself try not to push your entire life into the box of animal-hood. This can be beneficial but also a bit hindering to your growth. Not everything in your life and identity has to be 'animal', do you understand what I'm saying? You're alowed to have an identity outside of alterhumanity.

Now later on in your journey you might realize or decide that nothing in your life/identity/experience is human and thats ok but at the beginning don't force yourself into a box. Really think about and analyze yourself in all contexts, not just in an animal one.

You're alowed to feel human sometimes and your alowed to have an identity outside of alterhumanity.

I know I just got out of hiatus so this post might not get much traction (reblogs would be heavily appreciated) but I yearn for community and/or a pack lol

I'd rather create a discord server since there's more to do there, but I'd be happy with a regular GC here as well! I've managed discord servers in the past so I know how to make servers that are actually engaging and will open up discussion (since I know this has been an issue in the past with other Nonhuman servers) but I don't know who'd be interested in joining!

If a discord server is made, there will be: art prompts, game events, maayybeee a Minecraft server? Daily question events, a space to share one's alterhumanity, and much more!

I know there are several posts like mine, but from the bottom of my heart, I want to say I genuinely love the tumblr alterhuman n nonhuman community so much, for just having so many people that are open about being themselves. As a being who discovered it was nonhuman a while back, and went through alot of toxic therian communities filled with misinfo before finding tumblr communities n blogs like the ones I see now, it's a spectacular thing to witness.

guys if my inbox check says requests are closed and my ask button has a cross on it, do not send requests anyways??

i’ve gotten three requests now when i have pretty clearly stated that my requests are closed.

if people keep doing that, i’m going to just block them because it makes me feel pressured and it makes my PDA (pathological demand avoidance) much much worse.

tldr; dont send requests when my requests are closed.
