"if they don’t tell me explicitly that mike was never attracted to el then that means he was"
[removes hands while kissing]
[unresponsive to kiss & "i love you," eyes wide open]
[the sunglasses stay on during kiss, also get off me you're crushing the flowers i carefully placed right in between us]
[no fear]
[one fear]
"idk if they don’t make it clear to me that he doesn’t love el romantically then that means he does"
"they haven't given any indication yet that he doesn't like girls..."
"yeah, mike has definitely shown attraction to girls"

miles getting kicked out of a bar and calling aaron to go instead is the exact type of interaction i was hoping to see between them <3 but i still can’t believe he really thought life was easy peazy lemon squeezy??
Kamala literally asked him why he didn’t just say he was 21 and he was like “but then i wouldn’t be a friendly neighborhood spider-man” but i 100% believe he just didn’t think of it in time

WHILE I'M HERE the debunk for today, scarf vs. fluff! a lot of people get confused about this and tend to headcanon their personal preference, which is fine! for me, it's scarf – the option with the most canon credibility! (i don't prefer it for solely that reason, though)
as we know, in the game, it's a scarf, and in the comics, it looks like fur; meaning that in a way, both can be considered canon. however, if you take a look at his concept art, in the final design as we know him, it's a scarf! given that it was the intention, i consider it to be more canon than fluff, and this is also because this isn't the only element of his design that's inaccurate in the comics – with other examples being his back being black with only white stripes present on his sides, and the ears of the mask being symmetrical. it definitely adds more evidence toward them being rushed.
whatever your preference though, follow your heart! do what you want! this is purely for informative purposes, fun facts, trivia and all that :]

imo, its not a bad thing to want big CCs to talk about issues btw, no one expects them to ~lead the cause or ~be an activist btw, no one is asking that, we just wanna know who we're supporting.?
I remember a lot of you begging ur CCs in 2020 to say gay/trans rights, thats political.
me personally, if i know someones racist or homophobic or anything else, i don't want to support them, this isn't a bad thing.
no you can't force a cc to say anything, you can't force them to have certain opinions, yes we all know this, its just something nice to know, y'know ??
its also the fact that people with a big audience and influence saying GOOD things are important to society. How many shitheads are spewing and spreading far-right rhetoric that impressible fans just absorb and repeat ? Its good to have a combat to this, how many of you get excited when you see ur favourite band wave a pride flag on stage ? come on now.
just my personal thoughts and feelings. i think theres a level nuance to this tho

this was an addition on another post but I thought it deserved its own because I keep seeing posts about marriage that would fit in on right wing conspiracy YouTube
people should be allowed to choose whether or not they want to get married. posting about how people who don't want to get married are idiots and there's no viable reason why a person might choose not to get legally married makes you sound like Jerry Falwell. marriage should be legally accessible by ALL people regardless of disability, gender or sexuality, but basic rights should ALSO be available to all and not, as this person puts it, locked behind dominant cultural institutions
