Stannis was 19 when he hold Storm's End and nearly died starved by the Tyrells. Jaime was 15-16 when he was forced to kill Aerys to save thousands of lives.

And now that we touch Jaime's age. Cersei was the same age as Lyanna. Fucking Tywin wanted to marry her when she was still a child (three years earlier) to a Rhaegar already at his twenties.
